Love the Dripping Springs Home Depot. All of the lumber and typical household goods you would come to expect from a typical Home Depot. The outdoor and garden section in this Home Depot is exceptionally large. They have a wide variety of lawn mowers and yard equipment as well as patio equipment to choose from. Great central location right on the main drag in Dripping Springs. Lots of easy parking. The staff is helpful but you do end up running around trying to find things as you usually do in a Home Depot. Returns are easy and you don't need to have your receipt if you have your credit card that you used for the purchase

Hello! I'm CJ, a local metalSmith Jewelry artist in Wimberley, Texas. I frequent my local Home Depot in Dripping Springs, always greeted with a welcoming hello and exceptional customer service to always help me accomplish all my visions and workshop supply needs. This specific shopping experience I had to share! I walked in determined to make my own fume hood vent to keep my workshop safe while I solder and melt down my mixed metals into jewelry. I knew I needed to put my safety first, but couldn't afford a prefabricated fume ventilation system... I was stuck. I knew if anyone could help me it would be my local Home Depot! I knew I was in for a challenge, but nervously walked in with nothing but $150 and an idea to safety proof my daily workspace. I met Charles, after descriptively describing to him my hood vent vision he was fully committed! It was as if I could exhale knowing I wasn't in it alone anymore and hope that my vision will come to fruition. We got a game plan and set out piecing together my whole fume ventilation system with an industrial fan as the motor. This thing is RAD! Now I can rest in knowing I'm not breathing in toxic fumes and staying safe in my workspace. I seriously couldn't have done it without Charles' help. I left that day with a new found confidence to challenge myself and take on more projects knowing Home Depots got my back. My local Home Depot is more than a home improvement store, it's a family you can rely on.

My dad owned the local hardware store in a little neighborhood in Los Angeles and I worked there as a young lass up until I went to college.

I really appreciated that they grow their own plants and trees. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. Ashley was especially wonderful and made my visit a great experience. Because of the excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere, I'll definitely be coming back to buy my plants and trees here. Highly recommend!

She was either on her phone or using it to look up the questions I had about a few plants they had. Either way, off putting and completely useless. Also (for those looking): They also do not grow/stock veggie starters or any herbs really. Very minimal and overpriced selection of old, basic Texas yard plants and a dusty little succulent and houseplant tent. This was the third time I have been here in 2 years and nothing has changed for the better. Not worth it, I do not recommend this place and I won't be back.

The gentleman we initially met at their yard gave a tour of all the trees in his golf cart, asked us several questions about what we were replacing, and what we thought we would like to replace it with. He stopped frequently to identify the different trees, provide all the pros and cons of each variety, whether they were particularly suitable for where we live, etc. We didn't feel rushed, he was exceptionally pleasant, and was happy to answer all our questions. When we decided what type of tree we wanted, we were handed a flag, picked out the exact tree we liked best, and they delivered it in a matter of days. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and for a reasonable fee, cut down and removed the dead tree. They were finished in no time, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. They only asked for payment when the old tree was gone, the new tree was planted, staked, watered, and we were 100% satisfied with their work. I really didn't think this level of customer service existed anymore. Go see them. You won't regret it.

We called several nurseries in vain and we decided to stop at Copper Rock to see if they have this plant. When we entered the office, there were two guys behind the counter acting busy though there was nobody around, no customers waiting, no one. Finally one of them, on the left looked up and asked hesitantly if we needed some help. I had the surviving shrub picture on my phone and I wanted to explain to him that we just need them to look at the shrub, and tell us if they carried it or could order it. Before I could finish my sentence, his phone rang and he promptly answered it. Within a few seconds he bolted out the side door to the nursery. How can you give priority to a caller and leave the customers in front of you waiting. After several minutes, the other genius gathered the little customer service training he ever had and asked us what we needed. As soon as I started describing the plant, its name and ... He promptly and abruptly stopped me with: "Since you are not a contractor, we will not help you". He then went back to pretending to be busy, waiting for a phone call that would save him from these customers in front of him. These two homeboys had no intention to do any work, to help potential customers or to give any information at all. Keeping in mind that probably most of their customer base are landscapers, I wonder if this behavior has been acquired as a result of having to deal with some of the workers. We will make sure to instruct our landscapers to never set foot there for any reason. Rude and obnoxious.
