Love the Dripping Springs Home Depot. All of the lumber and typical household goods you would come to expect from a typical Home Depot. The outdoor and garden section in this Home Depot is exceptionally large. They have a wide variety of lawn mowers and yard equipment as well as patio equipment to choose from. Great central location right on the main drag in Dripping Springs. Lots of easy parking. The staff is helpful but you do end up running around trying to find things as you usually do in a Home Depot. Returns are easy and you don't need to have your receipt if you have your credit card that you used for the purchase

Hello! I'm CJ, a local metalSmith Jewelry artist in Wimberley, Texas. I frequent my local Home Depot in Dripping Springs, always greeted with a welcoming hello and exceptional customer service to always help me accomplish all my visions and workshop supply needs. This specific shopping experience I had to share! I walked in determined to make my own fume hood vent to keep my workshop safe while I solder and melt down my mixed metals into jewelry. I knew I needed to put my safety first, but couldn't afford a prefabricated fume ventilation system... I was stuck. I knew if anyone could help me it would be my local Home Depot! I knew I was in for a challenge, but nervously walked in with nothing but $150 and an idea to safety proof my daily workspace. I met Charles, after descriptively describing to him my hood vent vision he was fully committed! It was as if I could exhale knowing I wasn't in it alone anymore and hope that my vision will come to fruition. We got a game plan and set out piecing together my whole fume ventilation system with an industrial fan as the motor. This thing is RAD! Now I can rest in knowing I'm not breathing in toxic fumes and staying safe in my workspace. I seriously couldn't have done it without Charles' help. I left that day with a new found confidence to challenge myself and take on more projects knowing Home Depots got my back. My local Home Depot is more than a home improvement store, it's a family you can rely on.

As we prepare to move to our new home, we need to pick a new refrigerator. I may also have some lifecycle replacements to do at my present home before it goes on to its next life. I called and spoke with Elliott by phone. He was super to work with in the phone, so I decided to make a run out to see things in person. I will admit, it's a long drive--and I live in far southwest Austin. But the reward you get is a nicely outfitted showroom full of appliances at all price and decor levels. I met up with Elliott and he was just as friendly in person and took the time to listen to my needs and try to match me up with appliances that fit my requirements and budget. Forget the big box stores and their games. While I did not buy that day, I know exactly where I'm going for my purchases. I may not buy everything discussed, but this place is my go-to. Recommended. Five stars.

We woke up early and found our refridgerator had stopped working. It's a Samsung Bespoke purchased exactly 2 years prior to me making this call. We had already contacted Samsung and they said they could not do anything without a receipt or delivery proof. We have neither. I called and the Owner answered. I explained what was happening and told him this was a Samsung with what Samsung had told us. He explained that his was a known issue and that I should call Samsung back. He was still willing to come out and look at it and when his very reasonable fee, we were right on the cusp of calling.. But, I decided to call Samsuny myself and the technician was able to direct us on how to get it working once again. This was a $4000 fridge when we bought it so that it was not working already, it was very frustrating. My wonderfuld kudos and high recommendations go out to his business. His personality and willingness to help was outstanding!! I will definitely continue to recommend him and will call him if anything else comes up with any of my appliances! Thank you so much, William!!

When I came on Yelp and left a review, William the owner, sent me a…read moremessage that I shouldn't have taken the discount claiming I have "taken money and left him a bad review." Let me be VERY clear about he operates. He does not tell you before coming out that he is going to offer you two separate prices. He tells you that it is a $99 fee for him to come out, but if you use his services he applies that to the payment. So once he is there, you are obligated to $99. This is a pretty typical arrangement for appliance repair/maintenance. That was not an issue. Once he arrived and looked at the issue, THAT is when he says, okay this is how much it is. BUT if you leave me a 5 star review I will give it to you for THIS amount. I have shared screenshots of the interactions. Now ALSO I want to be clear that when I agreed to leave a 5 star review, he sent me a link to review him on Google. And I DID leave him a 5 star review there, which I still have not edited at this time. So I 100% did what he directed me to do. How fair is it though that you are roped into a 5 star review for a discount, even if you feel the experience was not worth 5 stars. Who is going to say, well okay, let me just pay you more so I am free to leave an honest review of your service. That is ridiculous. And he mentions something about waiving taxes. If he did that, it was on his own accord. All I said was that if he took $50 off it would not be the quoted amount because the invoice he originally sent was more than $50 over what he said it would be if I left a 5 star review. Reviews are NOT an advertisement. Reviews should be UNBIASED reflections of customers' experiences. And to box customers into 5 star reviews by charging more if they don't leave you 5 stars is VERY dishonest. Customers often rely on reviews when deciding where to do business and spend their money. If I had known this about this company, I would absolutely not have done business with them. So I am sharing this on YELP, because I kept my commitment and left a 5 star Google Review) so that others are able to avoid this experience as well. Oh, and guess what - he was out in March, we are now about 3 months out and my dryer has stopped heating AGAIN because he never actually fixed it properly to begin with. We will of course reach out to another company for service - one that does not pay for their reviews (because let's be honest, that is what he is doing).

You have made my buyer believe that there is a legal dispute on that property, when all I did was challenge a credit card charge that I DID NOT authorize. TERGGY GARNETT's is a HORRIBLE company and I will tell everyone I know how awful and predatory your company can be. If you are not the proper contact, please point me to the correct representative with Terry Garnetts (other than K) and copy this communication to them. K has contacted the new owner of the house, my real estate agents, the buyer's real estate agent, and been incredibly rude and threatening to all of them. Each time I have spoken to her, and in the email, below, she insists that I am "confused". I am not confused. I do not wish to interact with her again. I challenged the charge to my credit card for several, in my opinion, legitimate reasons. I just got off the phone with the credit card company and they said the dispute resolution process is not completed and this "dispute is not final". They also told me that their recommendation is to allow the dispute to resolve prior to any exchange of goods or services. Let me say it again, you do not have my permission to enter the property at . I cannot give you permission to enter that premises, because I do not own it anymore. Unless the new owner gives you permission you would be trespassing, which is illegal. To take the propane, which you may or may not end up receiving payment for once the banks investigate the dispute, would be theft, which is also illegal. To the matter of the dispute itself, and why I disputed the charge. First, I do not believe that Terry Garnetts delivered 370 gallons of propane to my tank in May. In February, I chose a DIFFERENT propane company who had already FILLED my tank since your people were on my property in January, because your people left my tank empty after the regulator failure and repair in January. First, I do not believe that Terry Garnetts delivered 370 gallons of propane to my tank in May. In February, I chose a DIFFERENT propane company who had already FILLED my tank since your people were on my property in January, because your people left my tank empty after the regulator failure and repair in January. To recap, in January, you delivered propane to me and Since it was the first time, your techs did a full safety inspection, they said all was fine and filled the tank. They left the valve on the tank closed so i had no heat, hot water or ability to cook. After that was resolved, the regulator on top of the tank failed spectacularly, blowing out the propane lines to my generator and filling one bedroom with propane. The fire department sniffed over 1,000 ppm of gas when they came. You replaced the regulator and I paid to dig up and repair the gas line to the generator. Then you left my tank empty in winter. Unhappy with the quality of your services, I called and cancelled my services with you and had my propane tank filled by an alternate company. You showed up in May, claiming to have filled 370 gallons into a 500 gallon tank, which companies will only fill to 80%, or 400 gallons, to allow for expansion. I had not needed propane from the time I bought that house in May 2024, until I called and asked you to fill it in January 2025. In March, before I moved out, it was showing between 75-80% full. Terry Garnetts and other propane companies have all told me that they only fill tanks to 80% to allow for expansion. For the reasons I have laid out, here, I don't believe that you delivered that amount, if you delivered any, to my tank. Secondly, I dispute it, because I did not authorize you to change my credit card for this, even if I had agreed that you delivered it and I had a responsibility to pay I (which I dispute). It goes on but there is a character count in reviews- BEWARE!
