I've never liked this location because I can never find people to help me. Mary caused this to be by far the longest I've ever had to wait in line to return something. She took 5 times longer to process two customers returns than anybody I've ever seen. My company has spent over $824,000 in the last 12 months according to my rewards account. It was SO frustrating that after all the thousands of orders we've made and times that home depot employees made mistakes, we've never made a huge fuss over anything. Mary noticed that there was a gasket missing from one item so she wouldn't let me return it. I understand she's doing her job, but she inspected each item of my return like if she was trying to solve a murder! That alone didn't anger me as much as the attitude she gave me. Nobody at Home Depot has ever made me feel so worthless and unappreciated like Mary did today. I've told everyone that works for me to drive further if they have to but whatever they do don't buy ANYTHING from the Industrial location AGAIN! That stores going DOWN! read more

This location is hit and miss with regards to their service levels. Finding somebody is many times a challenge but once you find someone they are consistently knowledgeable, willing and ready to help. They maintain their store effectively, and well stocked. Specials are clearly labeled and overall a good experience while shopping. When checking out they predominately use a self-serve set up which can be challenging with some of their larger more awkward items. read more

I used to always head to Home Depot for everything. I've spent a lot of money there. Last few trips when I needed help, no one was around. They shortened hours on all of their staff and the only day they really have a few employees available is on Saturday and it's still hard to find help then. My last trip there, a guy in self checkout asked me what I was looking for and pointed me to where the stuff I was wanting was. I pretty well know where everything is in that store, but I needed more help than just finger pointing. There was no help anywhere in the store. I visited Home Depot to buy some paint for my mahogany patio wooden chairs . I took a small chip off chair so that they can match the color digitally. The lady working at paint was very helpful and knows what she doing. She was doing her work like machine one after the another and prepared my paint ready in about 15 mins. As I was doing self check out, there was issue with barcode in umbrella I bought. I walked to counter for help and she called somebody in loudspeakers to help me. The help person did not show up in next 10 mins and I went and remind her again that I am still waiting for help then she again called another person in loudspeaker who showed up in few months mins to help me. read more

Went in to pick up replacement cores for a tub/shower faucet and the gentleman in plumbing knew his stuff. It is very refreshing to find an employee with the knowledge this individual had. Most big chain outfits do not hire experienced folks, this was a great experience. read more

Worthless store. I needed wood cut and I had to wait 15 minutes because Old Fart John (the filthy wood cutter) had to load masonry for another customer. When Old Fart John finally started cutting my wood, he threw me an attitude. I asked if he has a problem with helping me and he took offense to that. I told him to stop as I will not purchase the wood that he cut due to his attitude. I walked away and spoke with the nearest associate, asking for a manager. The manager on duty at the time was Roger. He was nice and did state that he will speak to Old Fart John to remind him how to treat his customers. Will Roger speak with Old Fart John? I highly doubt it because Old Fart John probably doesn't take well to people ordering him around. Avoid at all costs. I took my business to Lowes. read more

I've been coming to this particular Home Depot since I moved to the local neighborhood 9 yrs ago. It's actually a pretty good store. Sometimes you get AMAZING service. Sometimes, it can be hard to find someone to help. All in all though, it's a great store. I tried going to the newer, "prettier" Lowes stores. The problem is they don't have as much. Worse, their prices are higher. I keep coming back to this store. Some really great employees here, too. read more

There is always someone near the entry that can direct you to the correct area. I've even had my own employee follow me around to different departments. Home Depot is 10x better than Lowes, especially the Euless TX store. I think the 6 flags store is a training store. Huge turnover and little help. read more

No one is perfect but this is as close to perfection as it gets for me when it comes to consistent customer service. I've been to this store many times over the years for all my home projects. I can find most of the things I need at reasonable prices (for the most part), and everyone is always quick to assist, helpful, with a great attitude and even during this stressful, difficult, time I've been able to get water, Lysol, gloves, disinfectant hand soap, masks, etc here yesterday. I'm sure they probably ran out already but everything was done in a fair organized fashion. Employees were kind and attentive. Thank you for your service and long hours. Be blessed! I shopped at this store when it first opened years ago, I've been there literally HUNDREDS of times, it was an awesome store for most of its existence, it started going seriously downhill in 2008 and by 2010 I'd say it's hit rock bottom. HD products are pretty much the same at any store you go to with the exception of north to south environment locations, 2.5" EPS foam up north, only 1" EPS foam in Texas, 90% of the products are the same. The only distinction from store to store are the people that work there, some that work here make this place worth the drive to avoid. Their staff always seem to be playing some game amongst themselves, social, online, not sure, they page something obscure to notify the guys of some babe on aisle 9 or the girls in the customer service pen page security to follow someone around the store to see if they get annoyed. They're always texting on their cell phones. This is why you often can never get anyone to help you unless they're 50 or above and just can't be bothered by the petty crap the new hires are up to. Bogus Review Warning: If you see a review that starts out average to negative or has a few average to negative lines and ends up with a 4 or 5 star rating "It's BOGUS." You see the exact same wording on those New York online electronics stores with hundreds to thousands of reviews with a 98% positive buyer rating. Then you find out later they sell refurbished products as new and try to force you into repair insurance. read more

I've always had top notch experiences at this Home Depot, but today I really need to write an update to explain the awesome customer service I was provided! I went in on the Friday before Father's day looking for my hubs a specific gift. The only one left of said gift (he reads my reviews sometimes!) was the floor model. No skew, no tag, etc. Enter Jatonna. She was so friendly, polite, professional all while being super personable and visiting with me, and my little one. We chatted while she found me the ad for the week to show me the price on my item. She was genuinely just a super pleasant person to work with! We found the price and I decided on the purchase. John, an older gentleman and salesman in the hardware department, had come along to help at some point as well. So somewhere in here I realized, I had no means of getting my large and heavy purchase home, especially being that it was the floor model. I'v got no truck, no help, and i'm still wanting to keep it a surprise for Sunday morning! John kinda shyly asks if I live close by.. "I get get off at two," he says... "If you're comfortable and you'd like to meet me back up here, I really don't mind following you back to your house and dropping this off if you've got someone to help me unload it. Friends or neighbors?" THIS EMPLOYEE HAS OFFERED THEIR OWN TIME OFF TO HELP ME GET MY PURCHASE HOME JUST SO THAT I CAN SURPRISE MY HUSBAND FOR FATHER'S DAY. How cool is that? If that's not going above and beyond with customer service, I don't know what is! read more

Horrible store. I called in to see if they had a product that I was in need of. They told me that they had it in stock. I drove an hour to their store to find out that they didn't have it in stock like the lady on the phone had told me. So I didn't get the product and she wasted my time. read more

We go to this Home Depot a lot for the tools and parts we need for our home projects. They have great sales and their employees are friendly, but not always knowledgable. It took three different employees to show me the way to the tool boxes... I'm not a big fan of their third party salesmen who approach me and my boyfriend EVERY time we come in the store. We will be in the middle of a conversation and get interrupted by the same spiel we've heard four times before. The worst part- we say "no thank you" very politely and they keep pushing. I understand it's their job and they probably work on commission...but it's still a little annoying. read more

The location is close to me, so that's why I give it 3 stars for "convenience". This particular store is 1 of the older locations but has had a face lift recently, lol. Customer service is ok, nothing exceptional. Normally I do just fine finding things on my own because let's face it I am the only one who knows what I want right? We just moved into a new home and with that come many many many projects of course! With projects I feel like there is always something that you are forgetting or needing, in the last two weeks we have made at least 20-30 trips trying to get everything. Home Depot is much closer than Lowes, Walmart or any other store so we have been going there the most until recently. Every single time I have gone to Home Depot to ask a question (because these people deal with these products all the time!) my fiance and I are ignored or get short rude responses. I could understand if they were super busy, but even on days when nothing else is going on, they have been extremely rude. Because of this, we have decided to drive further to Lowes where they act like they want our business! Or at least like they do not mind that we are there to begin with, and if asked by any friend I tell them to ALWAYS go to Lowes and NEVER Home Depot. Very disappointed, because I love the brands that only Home Depot carries, but I just can not deal with the people there. Btw I work in customer service, so I make sure to be as nice as possible when asking questions and trying to get to the point as quickly as possible when asking that question. I understand the day can get long and stressful when dealing with people all the time but I would not have my job if I treated ppl this way every day. read more

I was very disappointed with the way Home Depot handled my flooring order and installation. I needed to replace the carpet in my daughter's room. We chose a laminate wood floor and scheduled the measuring service for $35 fee. The measuring was done and I placed the order for delivery and installation. The installers showed up late and then they pulled back the carpet and declared the sub-floor too uneven for hard flooring. I am frustrated with yet another issue with my 4 year old home, but that is another review. However, what I am most upset about is that 1) the measuring service should have caught this and 2) I had to pay $97 to the installers for nothing to be installed and 3) Home Depot never called me about it after the installers left and I had to pester them for a weeks to find out what to do and then they finally refunded the balance of my money another week later. I don't expect them to install flooring if it isn't possible, but I do expect them to handle it professionally. Never, ever, again. read more

I went in the store and asked this guy named James, he is very friendly and suggested me ideas on the materials that I can use to construct a mosquito net. He also helped me cut the frame and all.
