They make it very hard to use your military discount here unlike Lowe's. At Lowe's once your in there system you give them your phone number and that's it. Home Depot makes you feel like your a bother read more

Ok so Home Depot stores are pretty consistent in my opinion. I find their prices reasonable and their staff is friendly and easy to deal with. This particular store is always very clean and well maintained which I think is important. I actually purchased my carpet from the location and found Kat in the flooring department wonderful to deal with. As a first time carpet purchaser, I was very nervous and unsure. She helped me to get excited and feel at ease about the process. read more

Staff is always friendly and nice and you can tell they enjoy what they do everyday. My only complaint is the disconnect between the many parties that are involved when it comes to big jobs such as a flooring install. I had to keep correcting their mistakes (simple ones like having the wrong phone number on my account) and it got a little out of hand. If it wasn't for my persistance, my flooring materials would probably still be sitting at the local store. I had to follow up three times to ensure that they were going to be delivered and then I had to follow up again to "remind" them to schedule the installation date. I don't really have a problem doing this, but I would assume that most people would find this annoying. For the price I'm paying for the flooring, they should be able to organize the process without my hand holding along the way. Again, I really do enjoy the Home Depot and this store in particular with exception to the recent experience I had in regards to a flooring install. The flooring has not been installed yet, and I will be writing a follow up review - hopefully praising their good work! read more

Purchased an above stove top microwave oven and paid for installation. The installer was totally incompetent. He failed to measure existing mounting holes to verify fit and didn't bother to set the oven up for an existing external vent. Using the existing mounting holes led to cross threading the mounting screws. The installer then informed me that we had to contact Home Depot for a new unit since they could neither tighten nor remove the mounting screws. This occurred on Tuesday before thanksgiving. We were forced to buy a counter top microwave to make it through the holiday . My advice is avoid buying anything from Home Depot that requires installation. They contract the work out to very incompetent installers and you'll be left unhappy with their work. read more

Paid to have a floor installed. First issue was that the guy who was supposed to take measurements never showed up after we waited all day for him. We are forgiving people so we decided to give them a second chance. Of course we were told that there may be extra charges which would be discussed with us first if they found issues with the floor. The company that came out was certified flooring. They found an issue with some small damage to the floor in front of our refrigerator. The installer said that they were then done and we would have to hire a separate contractor to fix the floor. Before they left though, they finished what they could of the tear out and instead of using the plastic we were told to provide for them, they covered our house in white dust. Then instead of using the back door which was where the install was taking place, they decided to pack everything through our carpeted living room. All of my 2 year olds toys were covered in this white dust, our new tv and all of our furniture. Since they did not use the plastic, all of our dishes had to be washed and me and my wife spent 4 hours cleaning. Home Depot refused to take any responsibility for the contractor they hired and we are still out a lot of money after everything was refunded. Pretty bad service if I say so myself. We already dealt with customer service over a period of the last 3 weeks. They did nothing. Refused to accept responsibility for there contractor. read more

Today the "acting" store manager at the Lebanon Home Depot advised me Home Depot is not responsible for the quality of the products (or their assembly) sold at Home Depot. After spending over $1,900 on a lawn tractor and trailer less than one year ago this was not what i expected to hear. My intent was to advise the store's management there were problems with the way items were being assembled. The acting store manager stated it's not their problem and they aren't responsible. I'm responsible for where I spend my families money ... guess where it won't be spent in the future!! read more

This is actually a nice home depot...the staff is super nice and helpful.

We purchased tile to be installed by Home Depot's contractor. The first two installation dates the installer did not show up. The third time the installer showed up they claimed the floor was not level enough to tile which would be fine except Home Depot's measuring guy came out and checked the floor for level and approved the project two months ago. So now we're are 3 months behind schedule and all the fine people at the Lebanon Ohio Home Depot would say is "sorry". Reading other reviews I see I am not alone. read more

I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie, in the appliance department, however the delivery was a joke. First, it took 3 weeks to get refrigerator. Second, when the delivery was scheduled, I was told either I take the 4 hour window given or I had to reschedule the delivery- not great customer service. Once at my house, the delivery tech claimed he couldn't remove the dishwasher however my friend was able to get it out. When I called the manager at the store, I was told that if I didn't pay for installation, I was to prepare the dishwasher for removal. The water was disconnected and the front plate was unscrewed. I was never told I physically had to have it out from under the cabinet. Once the dishwasher was moved, the delivery tech wouldn't bring the dishwasher into the kitchen & take it out of the box, as to remove the trash and have it prepared for installation. Lastly, the delivery staff left without installing the handles on the refrigerator doors. read more

I am highly disappointed by the service I receive from any Home Depot I call from a customer service standpoint. I had windows installed through Home Depot in my house last year in July of 16. Those windows were all mishaped and they upgraded me to a better window. A different set of installers came out installed the newest ones in sept and said they had installed those incorrectly. Now April of 2017 is here and I have water leaking into my walls under the windows. I have called in April when first noticed- they said someone would contact me and get it handled-no contact. So I gave it a couple weeks. Called again got a number called left voicemail to a Paul Konerman-said he would get it handled for me- weeks go by and I call him back up and he gets an attitude that he's a regional sales manager. Mind you it's mid may- so I call Home Depot again and at this point my drywall is peeled off the wall. I got directed to someone named Bruce that was polite and kind but he did not have any answers but some phone numbers. I called both numbers and feel like I am at square one. Problem still there, I call and ask to speak to the general manager and I do not end up speaking to one however I spoke to a nice lady named Louis and she said that someone would call me back same day. They called the next and said someone else would call right away and set up a new claim and come out and repair -1 week later nothing. I am so Unsatisfied I do not recommend anybody to use them for windows EVER. I have been in customer service for quite some time and know that I cannot be the only one. My problems are still unresolved. Most likely I will have to hire a lawyer to get reimbursed once I get my walls repaired. Steven Douglass read more

I would prefer to give 0 stars but Yelp will not allow me to give less than 1. We purchased 4 new kitchen appliances and had them delivered the following weekend. The delivery was an issue. While we paid for the installation of the dishwasher, they did not have the necessary clamp. My husband had to make a trip to the store to get the clamp and then complete the install himself. The bigger issue was that the microwave was damaged. We returned the microwave to the store and were told that they could not take it, another one would be delivered the following weekend. Okay, a week without a microwave. My husband gets a call while at work on a Friday that the delivery people are in our driveway and they'll wait for 20 minutes. Not a possibility for him to get home so they leave. The biggest problem with this whole situation is the lack of customer service when I contacted Brian the manager. He apologized but didn't offer any solution other than refunding my money for the microwave, which we had to return ourselves. The lack of empathy for us with regards to attempt to rectify the situation was extremely disappointing. Home Depot also did not refund the tax that we paid for the microwave. I will be contacting my credit card company about that. We were able to walk into Lowes, ask for the microwave and have it loaded into a cart in less than 10 minutes. I regret buying my appliances from this Home Depot and will be using other stores for my home remodeling and repair needs. I will also be sharing my experience with others so that they avoid a similar experience. read more

I priced both new doors and new flooring at Home depot. The $300 installation for the flooring became over $1,700 with add-on charges and the Door installation charges more than doubled because they said I had 'unusual' sized doors. Two other vendor came to my house and said that was not true. I ended up getting much better doors from a local company. Plus HD charged just to provide estimates!!!!Home Depot lures you in with cheap installation offers and then adds on a bunch of garbage fees. I'd rather pay a little more to an honest company. read more

Staff is very helpful. I have had several things that I needed to get for my home and each time the staff have gone out of their way. My wife and I even went to look for something right as they were locking up the doors and they asked how they were able to help us and that they don't turn people away. I must admit, I was never a fan of Home Depot until this one came to town. The staff are excellent, the store is clean, most everything is reasonably priced. I have called them with questions before and they always have the CORRECT answers. I am proud of our Lebanon Home Depot and it is a definite asset to the community. read more
