I usually go to a different Home Depot but decided to go to this one since parking is not congested and it's a larger store. I needed a few things but primarily, white rocks for my front yard. First off, the lady at the register in the garden department is a breath of fresh air. She makes everyone feel at home. She did with me and I noticed her interaction with other patrons. I'm sorry I didn't get her name!! I did attempt to carry the bags of rocks myself but only 3 bags in and I thought I was going to faint. I went to the register and the lady called Joshua to help me. Such a nice young man and a great attitude. Sometimes I fear employees who don't really want to be there, much less help with extra work. But, Joshua is not one of those. He is courteous, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Needless to say, I'm sold and this will be my go to Home Depot! read more

Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing machine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience. read more

Came to this Home Depot to look at some fans and ended up leaving with a brand-new refrigerator. It was on sale for $800 which is a steal for a modern, high-tech fridge. I had to call an employee to help me load the refrigerator and they were so helpful and went beyond to help me, great service! read more

Hi yelps! I'm local to this Home Depot and it's been around for years. It has never disappointed. I've gone during holiday seasons and even that it's usually always stocked with what i need and get good service. The nursery section is my favorite! It's huge! so many things to pick from. Wish they had a bigger rock collection but it's ok! the customer service is always great - someone will come from around the corner always asking if we need help. Friendly always all workers! this last time I went shopping for our new home and found the most beautiful plants! The prices seemed fair and so far they are doing great. read more

Mike from tool rental is Amazing, I always hate going and asking for help. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Especially being a woman renting tools. I asked four different men for help that basically looked annoyed or ignored us(lesbian couple). Even if you don't need to rent a tool I highly recommend asking him for help. I was both stressed and overwhelmed with all the decisions and prices but he was patient (mind you it was 10 pm) and showed us all the brands and features they had. Horrible experience from the the manager Alan was a little bit rude. One of his associates gave us the wrong color and we were trying to explain it to him. The behr representative kevin was here today and he also confirmed that the color was not correct and the manage he said that he can't do anything about it. He only gave us 50% off even after the behr which is very expensive paint for 5 gallons. The behr representative confirmed that it was not the correct color and the manager Allen was just very standoffish not very nice even when it was not our fault. I went to Home Depot today on 11/04/24. I was looking a shelf to add to my desk. I bump into one of the assistant managers by the name of Javier. I asked him if the shelf could be cut and I would pay for the whole shelf. He informed me that the cut would be done but it was going to be a rough cut. I told him that it was no problem. He told me to go to the lumber cutting area and someone would be there to help me. Well I went as instructed. After an employee called for someone to help 3 times , also calling for a manager and me calling the front desk from my cellphone, so would not leave the area, half an hour pass. Finally I looked around and I found a saw in the wood trim area. I cut the piece of wood myself. When I went to pay, I ask for a manager and the same person came out, Javier. He informed me that the wood was too small to cut. I asked him why didn't he send someone to tell me instead of me waiting. He said someone did go to the area. The true is no one went. So instead of a simple apology he proceeded to argue and walk away. The cashiers that were there heard the discussion and apologized. I said thank you and left. Apparently my time is not valued. This purchase was small one, but I have bought many appliances and many construction products from this Home Depot in the past. A little common courtesy and respect goes a long way with a customer. This isn't my favorite Home Depot but it is my new local site. I come here when I need something emergent. But if I had a choice I'd choose another location. He is why, customer service is below par, the employees of this location usually just send you to random isles and no one knows where anything is. Trying to get a "specialist" to show up and aid you on items or opinions for projects you have is nearly impossible. The reason I give this location 3 stars is because they usually are fully stocked and the shelves are kept neat for the most part. Rented a truck from this location and how unacceptable to rent a truck as disgusting as they did especially during Covid. Truck should of been cleaned and it was filthy smelled like sweat or dirty dog. Prior to this rental I rented one from the Kendall store on sw 127th Ave and what a difference. They brought the truck to us here you had to go find ur truck and the truck was so clean and they even put air fresheners inside. What a difference. If you need good customer service, steer clear from this location! I needed assistance in the electrical/lighting department and not a single employee was around to assist. I went to the service desk and one of the employees called for the electrical employee several times. I waited 40 minutes for the guy to show up and he did not show up. The store wasn't even packed with customers so I don't understand why it was impossible to seek help! read more

I broke the PVC pipe to my waterline trying to fetch an avocado and this southwestern location was the only spot that had the specific item I needed to repair it myself without a plumber. While I was here, I picked up extra bamboo reed fencing which is sold by the roll at a great price. It was accesible and luckily I found the perfect parking spot right in the front. I try to walk in and out of Home Depot as quickly as humanly possible and I succeeded in doing that on my trip here. I like picking up a pack of solar lamps during every visit to the depot because they're affordable and functional in every way. The gardening section has it variety of beautiful perennials which go great with any garden. As a homeowner, you'll find yourself making more trips here than originally anticipated but that's the American dream after all. read more

Its interesting that when I search for Home Depot, several locations show up, some with just 2 stars but this one has 4.5. The store manager here obviously is doing something right! I don't know the person but I think s/he deserves a nice bonus! I agree this is a better Home Depot, and I usually prefer Lowe's and Ace over HD. First, it's not as busy so the wait to customer service/pay/return is shorter. And people here are definitely friendlier, not just friendlier but helpful as well. The process to do an estimation for an A/C unit is not free as you offer, the estimation is under condition. Mr Joaquin, from Home depot stop by my house and he did not do the free estimation and he called the manager to confirm that he is not going to do process. This store appears to be smaller than some of the other Home Depots in the area, but it is always organized, clean and well stocked. The parking is ample. My elderly father went there to buy 20 bags of cement mix, he asked numerous times for assistance they had him waiting for 20 minutes and no one showed up to help him he had to carry the 60 pound bag by himself. Even while he as carrying the bags an employee walked by him and did not offer assistance. I called the manager to complain and her excuse was due to Covid 19 they are short staffed.
