We purchased a Rheem gas water heater in the middle of December 2023 from Home Depot and had it installed by a local professional HVAC company. Unfortunately, the installer didn't pay attention to a huge dent on the water heater during installation. Due to their negligence now we have to live with a brand new dented water heater that cost us about $1000.00. Since, we already paid hundreds of dollars for the installation of this water heater, we didn't want to go through returning the water heater and pay for the installation all over again. Home Depot should have better quality control over their products and shouldn't be selling these damaged goods to the consumer. We all work hard for our money and shouldn't have to go through these troubles. In cases like these Home Depot should be liable to pay for reinstallations of their products.

I've been here a couple times. The first time, I easily found a golf umbrella and a cheap indoor security camera. I wasn't actually looking for either, but whatever. I'm pleased with both purchases. Last time was more recently. I was searching for an indoor plant that didn't require much sunlight. I don't know why Home Depot came to mind first. I guess because in the past I've always bought my indoor plants at Home Depot, Lowes, or Ikea (they are pretty much all long dead...other than the ones I've given away). The struggle was finding the indoor plants to begin with. It took me asking three different associates before I could find someone who could help. They only had two varieties -- a peace lily (pass, I have cats) and a lucky bamboo. Bamboo, it is. So far the bamboo is not dead, but it's only been about a week. Next time maybe I'll visit a *real* garden center. I don't own a home yet so otherwise I don't really need much at Home Depot. But if you need outdoor plants, they have plenty.

Home improvement stores are my favorite places to browse, and this Home Depot is my go-to spot. It's convenient, reasonably priced, and I can always find a product to suit my wants and needs. The staff also makes this location a step above many others and their competitors. Everyone is polite, efficient, and most importantly, knowledgeable. On every visit I am approached and asked if I need assistance, and when I do they almost always help me correctly the first time, whether it's cutting lumber to my specifications or locating a specific nail size. When I moved into a fixer-upper I even brought photos of my projects, such as the source of a leak in my bathroom sink, and employees were able to identify the issue and recommend products and methods of fixing it. They also have an excellent Lawn & Garden section with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants and accessories. As a houseplant hobbyist I've actually had more luck here than at many local nurseries.

I added a star for HD due to the accommodating help I received from two stellar employees ! One man looked way up top of several aisles helping me to find some vac bags - it took awhile but he didn't give up! Then, Laura, a cashier, was helpful courteous and friendly assisting me not only in my purchases, but also saved me some moolah! In the garden department, I found some lovely rosemary topiaries that looked and smelled wonderful! Keep up the good work!

I came here to get a Window Blind. No one helps you. There was a guy at the desk in the back of the store to busy on his cell phone never looked up. Went to Lowes I received excellent help. I do not recommend going to Home Depot

Thank you for the helpful service and selections. Made it easy to find the part other stores in the area did not carry.

I spent hours looking at reviews, applying for a box store credit card, loading up my shopping cart with extended warranties and parts only to come to the very end where the box store indicated that the product I wanted could be delivered, but there was no professional installation available. Say what??? Everyone knows that if you don't have their installers handle the installation, the moment you try to use that extended warranty that you've purchased they will tell you, "the warranty was voided by the installer." NOPE, not going to happen. So I came on yelp. Appliances on Lakeside had great reviews, was local, and nearby. Couldn't ask for more. We walked into the store and were greeted immediately. Mr. Ray came over to help us. I explained that I was looking at their GE machines on-line and we wanted to purchase a washer and dryer. I went from the top-of-the-line to a "lower" model because I really didn't want all the bells and whistles (15 functions???? I need maybe 3 and no, I don't need wifi because honestly, I don't care if my wash is done - I'll move it to the dryer when I get to it). Mr. Ray looked up the machine I was interested in, and while it was going to take at least 3 weeks for delivery, the price was even less than what was on the show room model. I like less. The installation (professional!) along with the recycling of the existing is all one price. The parts (new hoses are a must) were less than the box store. The warranty (same amount of time and basically the same price) is actually BETTER than what the box store covers. I'm liking local. I like walking out of a showroom happy about my purchase.

I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.

He also came out to look at our dishwasher that was no longer running one of the cycles successfully. He gave really good advice as well. That's really putting your money where your mouth is. They're definitely my go-to for appliance repairs. Great stuff.

Had to go back to the store because the hood we were talked into buying did not work with our kitchen. It took FOUR deliveries and installs for the pieces we had already paid for. Today, only because we had to call SEVERAL times and ask why the range was not on the delivery truck. The guys that delivered and installed the washer/dryer said it was crossed off their list. They were great by the way... 5 stars for them! The sales person 1st tried blaming it on them, then he said it wasn't on their truck because it was gas - we didn't order gas, ordered electric! Then said they couldn't install it because it was electric. The guys that delivered and installed the washer/dryer said they would have been able to put it together and PLUG IT IN. A different person delivered and installed a range that is not the size we ordered. It sticks out past the counter about 4 inches and above the counters about 2 inches. Even tried to sell me a store display that was nasty because they were using it to cook there lunches in it and never thought to clean it. Lakeside should be embarrassed! I'll let all my friends know and I know a lot of people who are builders and/or starting to update their kitchen appliances. Hope you find a better place. It shouldn't be hard. Cindy K. The place can definitely be upgraded and look a lot better inside. It truly feels like a whole in the whole of furniture places. I drive a sedan, so I knew that my car may not be able to fit both night stands but they let me see the boxes they were in and we were able to fit one in! Luckily, I live close by so I just drove back for the other (I didn't want to pay the $99 delivery fee clearly lol). Be mindful that these are quality products. While the prices are higher than the big box stores, the products will last much longer so they are actually cheaper. Absolute Nightmare - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the most frustrating consumer experience of my entire life. The "Service" (or lack thereof): We had a technician come out and repair our fridge. We got charged way over $1,000.00 for a replacement part - just to realize that the problem was not solved. After various additional visits, the technician gave up - and said there is no solution. At that point we (of course) asked for a refund. That's when the 'service' stopped. Entirely. The Phone Hell: Trying to get an update is a full-time job. I have spent a combined total of over six hours on hold with this company. When--and if--someone finally picks up, they are rude, dismissive, and constantly refer to a 'manager' (who is NEVER available, and ALWAYS in meetings...) needing to weigh in. Twice, I was "accidentally" disconnected after waiting 45 minutes. To call this frustrating does not even begin to cover the agony (and waste of time). The Stalling: Every time I actually get a human on the line, the story changes. Every call ended with "We will do this by tomorrow." or "You will hear from us by next week." or "My manager will call you back this evening." None of those things actually ever happened. It was blatantly obvious they are just stalling to keep the money without doing the work. It took us WEEKS to finally get our money back. The Verdict: Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the money. Do not go into business with them. Find literally anyone else.

So I called and left a message with my name and phone number. The next day I get an email from the local office saying I was blocked in their system as someone they would not work with. I want to clarify that this was not because of anything other than my (legitimate) feedback on a survey and the company calling me and offering to issue a refund and agreeing that the technician did not do what he should have done. There was no altercation, no words exchanged, literally nothing negative between us and the company or technician at all.
