I asked him to check the walls and drywall for mold. He said no mold. That was completely wrong. I had to hire another contractor to open up the drywall and found a ton of mold that had to be cut out and drywall replaced. He also did a really terrible job. The water heater has to be strapped per building codes and he never did that. And the water inlet line can't have any kinks or shape angles or go down and up. Well, none of the codes were met. See photos. Either he doesn't know the codes or just did shortcuts. Needless to say we do NOT recommend this guy and his work is subpar and will cause you more $ and more problems in the future! AVOID!
