I don't know what's going on with this place lately! So good after the remodel. Slowly sliding down hill. Maybe staff issues? I dunno. They completely do the opposite of what I ask for. Just got a carryout burger. Asked for no pickles no raw onion but add grilled onions well done. Asked for the burger patty in a separate container because it soaks the bun and the chips. They put the onions in a separate container. The bun wrapped in foil. The burger patty with the chips. Chips were soaked in burger juice. The grilled onion was less than you would get if raw and they were still half raw and they charged me for them. I got one slice of tomato 2 inches thick and rusty lettuce. Man!!! It's nothing complicated. Same with breakfast. I love the honey tree breakfast plate. I ask for over easy eggs and all bacon well done no ham no sausage. Extra bacon because I skipped the other two meat options. Crispy hash browns. I get limp bacon and not extra. Crispy edges eggs with a medium yolk swimming in cooking oil. And greasy just cooked hash browns. Sounds like I'm placing bitchy complicated orders but I'm actually not. Very simple! I'm super nice. Never entitled snarky because I can't stand those kind of customers. I wouldn't even post this but my god I'm paying a lot! Can I just have it the way I like it?!? read more

Came during lunch time the restaurant wasn't busy and the interior was very cozy and well decorated. My salad was awesome the chipotle ranch was on point. I will definitely be back! Also, we grabbed dessert the turtle cheesecake was worth every calorie plenty of food both plates could have easily been shared by two. read more

I am very unhappy with the service at Honey Tree Grille. Just FYI, Still waiting for manager jamile to call me back. It's been almost 5 hours. She was "too busy" (their words) when I called for a recurrent issue. The delivery order was incorrect. This was a door dash since snowing outside. Unfortunately, what you order isn't exactly what you will receive. And since it's the 3rd time in one month they bungled up order I felt I should call. It's not bad luck, It's a pattern. The food is good but they lack professionalism and customer service. When for the first time I called back to speak with supervisor and they refuse to put anyone on phone and stated I must leave phone number with message to a return call. As previously stated because it is a pattern and I pay hard earned money to them, I felt I needed to call them. But apparently, as far as they are concerned they are "tooooo big" to deal with the customer online order issues. (The purpose to do online is too avoid mistakes). Ignore the negative reviews and give this place a try. We did just that tonight and I was very pleased! The chicken caprese sandwich was so delicious and the homemade rice pudding is probably the best I've ever had. My hubby had gyro supreme, son 1 pancakes and eggs, son 2 meat lovers omelette, daughter Nutella banana crepes. Everything was good according to them! The menu features a variety of breakfast items (although it doesn't open before 10 a.m. any day) We don't generally order the breakfast items, but they include different egg skillets, as well as pancakes, French toast and different egg combos. Lunch includes salads, soups, and a number of Greek dishes - I have enjoyed the chicken kabob and the spinach pie. Entrees range from a teriyaki stir-fry, a few different pastas, and fish dishes, including fish & chips (one of my standby orders) and grilled Atlantic salmon. A number of gyros and burgers add to the offerings, and sandwiches include a wide range of items, plus some lavash wraps. We ordered the spinach pie which came looking like it had rolled around in a bag in the back seat of someones car, and it was microwaved- mushy and hard corners. I ordered a patty melt.... no seasonings at all. It had all the ingredients of a patty melt, just with no flavor. Ordered fries, got chips. My husband ordered the lamb shanks, small portion and the veggies were inedible. We have carried out gyros from here many times and greek salads and they were always good. Horrible experience. Failed me twice in a row. Placed an online order today for two salads and a lemon rice soup. I also ordered two pitas since this place likes to charge for pita which was soggy, and unlike most other places that include it with their salads. As for the carryout....the soup was literally cold, not hot, not warm, but cold. Makes me wonder how long it was sitting in the kitchen or if their stove is broken. Consistent good choice! I have tried several things on the menu and the food is always good. My favorite is anything with their salmon. Salmon dinner with green beans, salmon Caesar salad. Solid! I have been ordering carry-out from this place for years. Food is always decent. Today went there to get breakfast. We sat down and proceeded to wait, and wait and wait with no acknowledgment from the one waiter that was working. When he finally got around to asking us if we wanted something to drink we said we would have water and that we were ready to order. I ordered Eggs Benedict (on the menu) and was told they don't have that. My husband ordered a breakfast skillet (also on the menu) and was told that they didn't have that either. I have ordered carry out from this location two times. The first time, the lady who took my order on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I ordered the Mediterranean trio and also added grape leaves. The grape leaves were hard. This time I ordered the spinach pie entree. It came with rice and green beans but I subbed fries for the rice. The green beans were just drenched in oil and so limp and soggy, and the fries were limp, soggy, and had no salt. I had to put them in the oven and that didn't really help. I've been to a Honey Tree before but it was a while ago. A friend and I were going to see a movie at the Maple tonight and LivingSocial had a pay $5, get $10 deal, so we chose to go here. The good: their chicken shwarma was excellent. Service was a bit slow, but friendly. The place was packed on a Thursday night, which surprised me. The bad: we waited about fifteen minutes for a booth. I asked if I could do onion rings as a side instead of the French fries, and expected an upcharge, but was never told there was one ... A huge plate came out and I was charged for a full side order, about $3.29. Waitress forgot to take off the livingsocial deal and we had to remind her. Also, my friend ordered a chicken gyro and they brought him lamb. They did correct this quickly, though. I'd come back here just for the shwarma, I'd compare it to Palm Palace. It's a bit pricey, about $6.25 or so with no sides, but delicious. Otherwise, the restaurant itself was just okay. read more

LOVE this place!!!! Great staff, awesome food and great service! For dinner- my boyfriend and I tried the Fish and Chips along with a sesame panko crusted bbq salmon(which is a special) i love that the dinners come with soup or salad! The presentation said it all- absolutely delicious.  my family and i came for breakfast over the weekend. I highly recommend any of the omelettes (protein omelet is my favorite), banana nutella crepe and the strawberry pancakes.
