What do you look for in a yoga studio? For me, it's a place to literally sweat it out and reset the body to zero. Somewhere I can release all the tension and the shallow breaths. Doing hot yoga isn't easy. Whereas you find a way to push through most yoga sessions, hot yoga can quite literally deplete you in the middle of a practice. But, what I found here is that the instruction was spot on with a guided start on how to control your breath. This was followed by balance postures, stretches and core work. The instruction from Fernando was solid, he had a way to get you through the intense 75 minute routine. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave your belongings out of sight. Next time I'll just try and leave my wallet and cellphone and jewelry at home. I will definitely come back. read more

I was at the hot room yesterday May 20th , 2024. There was an incident that happened during class. There was a young lady in the class who said she had practiced Yoga before. The instructor Melba asked her before class started as she always does for students who are new to the studio. Some students have taken hot yoga before at others studios or with other instructors. She did talk to the young lady about not wearing perfume and reminding her about the room being hot and her makeup. This was not said to put the student down but to help her to understand the yoga room culture and for all students to get the best experience out of their class. Melba began demonstrating the proper way to breathe and hand and positions for beginning pose. She guides all students and she saw that the young lady was doing the exercise wrong and asked her to watch other students before continuing . The young lady got upset and grab her belongings and started towards the door. Melba went to the door to let the student out because the door is locked during all classes and if someone goes out the door must be secured. The student was upset and began to cuss and call Melba names as well as the studio. The young lady took out her phone to film Melba and to harass her. I was one of the students in the class and felt this incident was not reported accurately. Melba is a wonderful caring instructor who guides all students in her classes. I hope that the young lady will continue her fitness journey and respects herself and others. read more

NEW OWNER!!! Nicole has been the new owner for less than a year and she has made huge changes!! She has added Hot Pilates twice a week, kids yoga, more morning classes to accommodate her early bird students and later classes for the night owls. She even had a 30 day challenge for her students, which was very inspiring. She has created a wonderful and welcoming vibe to the studio. Not only does she own the studio but teaches many classes (90 min, 75 min, 60 min Bikram). She is an outstanding instructor who is knowledgeable in adapting all poses for any level of flexibility. She has an amazing staff that will encourage you to challenge yourself and listen to what your body is saying. Every instructor has something special about them so try them all out and fall in love. I really enjoy this quaint, professional and clean studio. The class variety and times work out perfectly for my busy life. This studio has given me a few hours a week to myself; no work, no kids, no family, just "me" time. Classes are never over-impacted, instructors are kind, and the room doesn't SMELL! I would give this place 5 stars but every business has opportunity and no place is perfect! Overall, great workout, great place to practice! Highly recommend!! PRO: -clean studio CONS -the yoga instructor always sounded like she was reading straight from a book. -you can't drink water when you want and that was a huge PROBLEM for me. Especially in a heated yoga room you need your water. -once I placed my water bottle on the wrong side of my yoga mat and she called me out on it. It's hard for me to speak negative of a business due to having one of my own,so I understand (From the INSIDE of the business) how important treatment towards the customers is,but sadly, they deserve the one star from me! I'll be as brief as possible. So many negative actions took place here, I want to ALERT others on what your walking into! Keep in mind,I've done HOT Yoga for over a year now, ballet in college,and played sports, Im confident to say I have reliable knowledge when it comes to exercise and the body. 1. When you're in a 95+ degree room,naturally you're going to sweat,all over! I had the issue of sweat going in the inside corner of my eyes,and burning enough to where I needed to wipe. I wasn't aware of their NO HAND TOWEL POLICY (my fault)and I took a small towel to wipe my eyes. That day (3rd visit) Francisco the instructor (Who is a great one by the way) TOOK MY HAND TOWEL AWAY,along with others,outside of the class. He could of simply just asked us not to use it,but taking the towels away was a little too much. 2. When I brought it to Rebeca's attention,THE OWNER, all she said was I need to FIGURE OUT WHAT'S MAKING MY EYES BURN! What the hell,I'm so confused here?!? She said she can't control the intructor's,and that using a hand towel distracts others in the class! She had a attitude towards me as if I was THE issue because I got sweat in my eyes! Not only that,but she CUT ME SHORT as if she didn't care to FIND A SOLUTION for both,me and the instructor. This was the day of their 1-year celebration, and never did she even invite me as a new student to join or anything. She made it clear the event was for her annual members! Someone please explain to me how you have a CELEBRATION, FOR ONLY THOSE MEMBERS WHO SPENT $999 (That's their special by the way)and not for EVERYONE. That's not a celebration,that's a INNER CIRCLE PARTY if you ask me. So sad how she showed special treatment to certain members,and I'll prove my point next. 3. During my class w/Rebecca the owner ,she was anal about WHERE TO PLACE YOUR WATER BOTTLE. She spend class time to do poses she could only do. I'm there to reach MY POTENTIAL AND GOALS,not to sit in a hot room and watch Rebecca twist like a pretzel. I'm sorry,but I'm honest. I felt that's something she could leave optional for us after class. She also seemed to ONLY congratulate members who did great,when in fact I, amongst others did just as good. It's ok though. 4.HERE'S the worse (As if all that already wasn't bad enough). I got REPRAMANDED FOR GETTING UP TO GO PEE AFTER 45 MINUTES IN THE CLASS!! Melbi is a good FIRM instructor, but calling a student out for nature taking it's course is NOT KOOL! I was already holding my pee in,I shouldn't have to. 5. At the end of Melbi's class,Rebecca was in the class as a student that day,she gave is a long speech about etiquette,etc,but having to go to the restroom isn't classified as bad etiquette. It's called being HUMAN. Not only that,but she took it too far when she said "JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE HERE, DOESN'T MEAN YOULL BE ASKED TO JOIN AFTER YOUR TRIAL". Wow,how disrespectful and unforgettable was that COMMENT. And this is suppose to be a relaxing,be yourself, free-spirit all is welcome type of place. Don't know if anyone else caught on to that,or maybe since most in their are members already,they just didn't care. But she got the nerve to talk like that. 6. All in all,I'll disregard the rest because it's not even worth speaking about. This studio made it clear to me how they operate. They talk amongst themselves. I'm old enough and been around all sorts of athletes to understand certain things. NOT WORTH A GROUPON DISCOUNT. IT'S TENSED,AND NOT DUE TO THE HEAT,WAY TOO MANY RULES FOR IT TO BE A YOGA! And let me say something,if they claim you can't do this & that due to it's "considered" a distraction to others,then maybe those who get easily distracted need to FOCUS MORE! Personally, when I'm in my zone,I don't see anything or anyone but me and my body. Perhaps adding a FOCUS PRACTICE to their SAME O' YOGA ROUTINE might be something this studio should consider! Just speaking from a business angle. Change it up. 7. Never saw them clean the floors in studio (They only have 1 studio). I only question that NOW because on my last visit (6 am class) I SAW A BABY ROACH In the DOWNSTAIRS RESTROOM,and a HUGE ROACH/WATER BUG IN UPSTAIRS RESTROOM! Funny how they came off (to me at least) to be such a untouchable, higher-archy type of atmosphere & people,and yet,look what's crawling around them. Things have a funny way of turning out sometimes (For those who like me,know how to read between the lines and know what I mean). Purple yoga was further for me,but definitely worth the drive after my experience here at Hot Yoga. They got aot of potential,but their issue is being stuck in their ways. I have never taken Hot Yoga before but I fricken love this place. If you are afraid of trying it.... don't be. The only thing that is difficult at first is the heat... but you will adapt. I love the honesty and direction from the Instructors. Update#1: It has almost been two months and I already feel stronger. Not only that! Hot Yoga is healing my carpal tunnel symptoms! TIP: TIP to everyone! Make sure you have a "hot yoga mat". If you use your regular yoga mat it will not hold up to the constant sweat and washing. The business is located in the quaint neighborhood of Lakewood Village. The place caught my interest while walking by as there is a big window that allows passers-by to see in so I thought I'd give it a try. The interior is clean and well kept. I went online to book one lesson and their website was easy to navigate. Once I entered the establishment I let the instructor know that I booked online. I felt a little awkward when she replied by saying "only one class?" in a degrading way. I then told her that I wanted to try out one class. When the class started I was enjoying it until I felt like I was going to faint from the heat. I immediately stopped my poses and sat down. During the class the instructor explained to me that I was only allowed to take water breaks at certain time and that I couldn't wipe my face with my towel. About 10 minutes after that I really felt that I couldn't stay in the heat. So I got up and walked towards the door. The instructor would not let me leave. Now this is where I felt really uncomfortable. My health is at risk and I know that she wants me to be a trooper and stay, but I know how to gage my body. This is my first time taking this kind of class so I was not able to build myself to withstand the heat yet. I stayed for about another ten minutes laying down then I felt really light headed. I got up again and left the room. Overall I would say they have a strict method of teaching which is good for people to build up tolerance to this type of exercise, but should recognize that not everyone is the same. Also it wouldn't hurt if the instructors were a little nicer to their clients. read more

I love this studio. Teachers are extremely supportive and friendly, and the studio is always immaculate. The feedback I got from the instructors was really useful and it helped improve a lot of my postures. It's interesting how your body feels differently every time. Unfortunately the schedules don't work for me, but that's just because my schedule with my kids is full. It's a nice clean studio. The owner is very nice and welcoming. I took a star off because some of the instructors have irked me. For example, although I think she is a talented instructor, I no longer take classes taught by Melba because she often comes across as rude and domineering. I have also discovered that hot yoga is not for me. I am generally a tough cookie but that room is so hot that I suffered numerous anxiety attacks. I kept going thinking my heat tolerance and endurance would increase. However, I never improved and I have felt shamed by instructors for drinking water too often or leaving the room for fresh air when I just couldn't take the heat. I have taken yoga classes here and there in the past. I heard a lot of great benefits from it so when I saw a groupon for the The hot room, I decided to purchase it. It was going to be just possibly a month membership then I go back to old gym life. Boy was I wrong. I have been a member for 13 months now and I must say I LOVE IT. Other practicing members are so nice. I can tell they knew I was a newbie a year ago, and they were all encouraging. The classes are offered throughout the day, 7 days a week. And what can I say about the instructors... nothing but GREAT things. I wouldn't even know where or how to begin. The studio is so clean and welcoming. So if you ever have thought of or just want to try some classes, this is THE PLACE. Oh and I have not been back to the gym yet I've seen more results inside and out. I've been coming here for over a year and I must say, in the beginning it is INTENSE and can be a bit intimidating you will sweat and you will want to run out! I'm one who loves structure and am VERY thankful for the The Hot Rooms rules and etiquette. I enjoy and have a fond place in my heart for all the instructors and mix up the hours when my schedule permits so that I can receive all the benefits each has to offer as I continue to learn and grow stronger in my journey. If you've ever wanted to try hot yoga (Bikram yoga) you must check out The Hot Room in Long Beach. The owner Rebekah is fantastic and for those new students like my daughter and I were she will explain how this type of yoga works and that in those first few classes "the goal is to stay in the room even if you have to lay on your towel the entire class" which even now after enjoying The Hot Room for about eight months still sometimes happens, but that is a me issue not the yoga issue. At your first class, Rebekah or the other instructors will explain some simple hot yoga etiquette which is understandable like stopping to drink in the middle of a pose (they just ask we drink between poses) or go in and out of the room during the class (super distracting to the other yogis)...if my nine-year-old can wait until recess to get a drink of water or "hold it" for longer than 90 minutes so can I. Bikram yoga consists of a series of 26 postures that are the same each class and the instructors will guide you through the correct way of getting in and out of each posture to make sure you are doing the pose correctly as well as to ensure we don't injure ourselves. I started with a Groupon after my sister raved about how much she loved the studio and the people and seeing that she had lost nearly 30+ pounds since her start I took the leap and am so happy I did. The studio is super clean, friendly, parking is easy and you can get all the supplies you need there...towel, mat and water bottle. I truly love The Hot Room the men and women that I have met including the instructors have all been fantastic. It is a place to come and sweat out all the "stuff" going on in your day to day, get focused, connect with new people, make friends and get a fantastic workout of both mind and body. Don't get me wrong this is not an easy workout by any means. This is not your typical yoga with soft music and downward dog this is sweat in your eyes, heart pounding work but if you want to be challenged and changed mentally and physically then this is the place for you! read more

Absolutely LOVE The Hot Room...I started in January with the $29 2 week pass and haven't stopped since...absolutely addicting. I practiced Hatha yoga for years, before trying Hot Yoga, and instantly found the physical and mental challenge that I was looking for. Each of the teachers here are AMAZING...if you have a question be sure to get there early and chat with them...they are accommodating and kind, and all have so much knowledge about the hot yoga practice... If you are new to Hot Yoga, or are considering joining the Hot Room...keep these things in mind: - the poses are the same in each class, repeating the same therapeutic series allows you to see progress as you continue to build on your practice...this was WAY different than other types of yoga I've practiced where each class focused on different parts of the body or had different routines each time... - the rules are in place to maintain a level of respect and focus for ALL the students...like keeping the water bottle at the top left hand corner...it might sound crazy, but it helps create a safe and serene space when everyone is on the same page...I appreciate that this creates a consistent experience every class, it's part of the reason I keep coming back!! Hot yoga is not for everyone, and before i tried it, I was definitely guilty of having pre-conceived ideas about the practice. Now, I regularly wake up for the 6am class and can't wait to get off work on my evening days...totally hooked and loving it. read more

It's a clean studio and Rebekah, the owner, truly cares about creating an environment where yogis can enjoy their practice. Additionally, consistency is important in your practice, so having a place like The Hot Room, where you can focus and not worry about the little stuff is of great value to your practice. I decided to get membership and have been going there for two months. The times are convenient and it's a small venue but the instructors are great. I used to be very active and into lifting weights. Weird to even see a couple negative reviews about The Hot Room! I have been coming to this studio on and off since November of 2016, and i have to say, this is my favorite studio. It's the only studio where the members AND staff aren't pretentious.. seriously, everyone here is so welcoming and I don't feel bad at all if I can't keep up with the poses. I've only been able to take Francisco's and Nicole's classes and I highly recommend them both. The place is immaculate and super clean. Parking is never an issue for me. At the end of the class, you get a super cold eucalyptus infused wet hand towel! My favorite part of the class! Give this place a try! They have a great Groupon out and their 2 week intro class (new students only) package that really allows a student to gage whether or not hot yoga is right for them or not! read more

When I first tried Bikram yoga (at a different studio in SF) I legitimately thought I was going to pass out during class, though my friend warned me of this ahead of time. It was not my favorite workout and admittedly I was in rough shape afterwards, but I found in the weeks following I couldn't stop thinking about going back--but I don't live in SF. A month later I tried my second ever hot yoga class here at the Hot Room after buying the Groupon for $29. I went into it expecting the same level of difficulty, but to my surprise the second time around was SO much "easier" and more enjoyable, and I remember telling my husband, "I'm so glad I gave this a second chance!". I've now been at the Hot Room for three months, though I confess I shopped around before buying a membership. I tried two other "competitor" studios before deciding on the Hot Room, though I'm glad I did because it makes me appreciate the Hot Room more! Things I LOVE about the Hot Room: 1. Fuji floors(?)-- I'm not sure if that's exactly what they are called, but basically the floors are a little softer/squishier than wooden floors, which allows you to use a thinner yoga mat. Believe it or not, the first studio I went to had CARPET, and if you've seen the amount of sweat that comes off of any person during Bikram, you can see why carpet poses a [gross] problem. 2. This studio was built for hot yoga (I think). Unlike other older studios where the space used to be used for something else, the heating, humidity, and ventilation here are great and evenly dispersed throughout class. I've been in a few classes now where there is a little humidifier in the back corner of the room, or a heating vent in the middle of the classroom, and it SUCKS to be the person stuck right under that. The Hot Room also has high ceilings, which prevents you from feeling claustrophobic, or like you're practicing in a hot room of other people's breath and body odors! 3. The layout is unlike any other (it's a triangular room), which immediately put my brain in a new mindset. Maybe it's feng shui or maybe it's the artist in me, but I love changing it up from a boring box studio and being mentally challenged in this way. I will also note the artwork/decor around the studio is unique: several motivational posters and quotes, but not cheesy ones like you would see in an 8th grade classroom. 4. It's very easy to check online and see what time classes are being held and who is teaching. It's also very easy to sign up for class online, though it's not required. I noticed that by signing up online for most classes, the instructors learned my name pretty quickly, and it just makes you feel good to walk in somewhere and be greeted on a first name basis. :) 5. There is only Bikram yoga (and restorative class) taught here. I quickly learned that while all Bikram yoga is hot yoga, not all hot yoga is Bikram yoga. I love Bikram yoga because it is the same 26 poses for the exact same amount of time, every time I practice. I am type A (and a bit of a perfectionist) so I like routine and knowing what's coming next. "Regular yoga" tends to stress me out because I don't always know what pose is next or how to do it properly and by the time I've figured it out we are onto the next pose, not to mention my breathing is out of whack. Because I have been doing Bikram consistently, I now know exactly what I'm doing (I'm still a work in progress) and that soothes me. No surprises, and I know my body CAN handle it. 5. They teach yoga etiquette throughout class!! I can see why, as a newbie, this might be misconstrued as being strict, rude, or asking-too-much. As someone who is practicing yoga for both the physical and mental/emotional benefits, I really enjoy learning why we do the things we do, and what aspects of class sharpen my mind as well as my body. I APPRECIATE THAT PEOPLE ARE DISCOURAGED FROM LEAVING DURING CLASS as this is SO distracting to the people who are trying their best to hang in there. Because I've been "trained" at the Hot Room, I find it incredibly distracting and rude at other studios when people don't keep proper etiquette, but I have to remember that not all studios teach or expect it. If you are going to need more water, bring 2 bottles. If your bladder is even half full when you arrive, pee before class. If you are having a medical emergency or any serious issue, you are obviously allowed to leave class, but you should really try to stay. I will say, a lot of the instructors are from different countries and backgrounds so some have thicker accents, or different ways of delivering instruction. As a newbie I really enjoyed Melba's 75 minute classes (though I really like all the instructors here!). I find Rebeka's classes to be most challenging ;) but it's her studio and she's the boss (and she's strict for MY benefit). Coming off my 2nd hip surgery in 4 years, I am shocked to say this is the first "exercise program" that has truly helped me heal. read more

OK so.... STOP... before you do anything please read this in full.. Well I want to tell you about me 1st so you'll know why I did what I did. I am an ex-athlete of the sport of hockey and used to be the tough guy we'll call it and punch & fight anyone, anywhere so my body has been abused a bit we'll say and I had to find something my knee's & fists could handle with as little compression as possible. I found this place when I went to YELP and had passed it many times as well and thought lets do this... Went online to see what it was about and got a groupon for 3 months & this place is amazing! The instructors as awesome - period...Lets do it this way... **Rebekah - so great she was the 1st person we met when we got there - absolute delight and man she knows her stuff... I think she tried to scare me away the 1st class - nope didn't work :) Melba - she is also crazy awesome & she not only cares a lot about you doing the yoga BUT doing the poses correctly & trust me I am challenged in this category as mu knees are shot but dam I still try each and every class even though I'll never get some of those crazy poses - sorry Melba but me and the wife love ya :) **Francisco - now this guy and his classes are super fun. To me since I'm new to all this yoga stuff, his terminology stuff is so fun... way back, way back to the wall back & switch... SO funny when you actually hear it... too cool buddy too cool... **Kristin - I have only had the pleasure of your class once me & my wife but I super enjoying the interaction of the kid stories & of course the hockey stories... I am a sucker for the sport even though it has almost destroyed me physically I'd still go back & play tomorrow if I knew I could only get one more game in...thank you your a super amazing person... more discussion about everything, including hockey, to be had.. With all this being said I have to admit after only 1 month - this place is amazing and I think that what I have to say about it all matters and should since I don't even come from a thing like "YOGA" in fact my wife used to do it, not the hot yoga, and I laugh and poked fun at her and look at me now - she by far gets the last laugh but we both enjoy the transformation it has done to us both and the people we have shared it with her at the studio - the true YOGIS running the show... My new motto for this place is ----- "workin' for the washcloth" --- you'll understand after your 1st class too.... SO as you can see I took the time to write quite a bit and trust me if it was bad - I would have absolutely no problem telling anyone but I think me being 6'4" , 260 lbs and this place has done some amazing things for me and I think if you do nothing else with your time, stop by on a night give it a one time shot and I know form experience you try something once and it pushes you, you'll be hooked too...sorry but I gotta go - class is at 530pm tonight and I don't wanna be late... read more

Now, I normally don't write reviews, but this place struck a really bad chord with me. I decided to try this yoga studio out because of the 2 weeks for 29 dollar deal. I've done hot yoga before, and I was super excited to try this place out since it was close to home. There are many things about this place that bothers me, and will be the reasons why I won't go back and won't recommend them to my friends. 1. The first class I took was Melba's. I met her at the front desk to sign up for my 2 weeks, in which she took my card, charged me, and didn't even introduce herself. She also didn't take the time to show me the studio or where the restroom was. Instead, she turned her back to me and started chatting with some of the usuals until I asked her. The second time I went, it was with Francisco. He clearly saw me walk into the studio, made eye contact with me, but turned his back to me and continued his conversation with the people behind him until he was finished and then decided to help me pay for my water. Both times I was not greeted with any warm welcome. 2. There is no variety. I went to two different classes taught my two different instructors and they both taught the same exact routine. I felt as if I wasn't learning anything and they were reading off of a play book. 3.. I wanted to have a drink of water, and was singled out in front of the whole class for doing so. At both classes we were only given one water break. I don't think that is enough for anyone and it definitely wasn't for me. 4.. The instructors pretty much yell at you instead of encouraging you. I felt as if I was in a ballet class and my teacher was yelling at me to stretch deeper and harder in an aggressive voice. No one helps to adjust your form. They just yell from (literally) across the room to straighten yourself out. 5.. I felt as if I was constantly being told to lock my legs when balancing. Every single yoga instructor I've been to from here to Pittsburgh has told me that you can have a slight bend in your knee during balancing poses. During my classes, I was told to "lock my knee or don't do the pose at all". That is VERY discouraging and there is no way I will want to attend a class like that. This whole experience here was very discouraging and belittling. Yoga is about finding peace and balance, and all that I felt here was judgment. I would 100% take my money back if I could. I'll stick with a studio that actually cares about their students. read more

1 month update: 17 classes in 30 days. My ankles have absolutely recovered. Each time I go, I correct something I wasn't aware of before. I feel much more relaxed, more flexible, less achy (esp. in my shoulders and arms). I can't wait to see what month two of my practice holds. read more

I got a great workout from this place, I felt brand new after leaving! I really wanted to get into Bikram yoga since I've heard great things from friends and this place was right down the street from where I live. I don't recommend this place if you are new to Bikram yoga, I had to go at my own pace because I was brand new, and at one point I had a teacher say I was distracting the others in their practice because I was taking so many water breaks. That instantly turned me off and I won't forget that. I wish this place was a little more friendlier, other than that I loved it. read more

I grabbed a Groupon for three months and loved it! The instructor here are amazing, the studio is always clean, the vibe is welcoming & friendly and you get an amazing workout to top it off. Parking here is a little weird but there are two parking lots that are a quick walk to the studio or if you are there really early or really late you can utilize the street parking. If you're local, there's a bike parking right out front. Don't expect there to be someone there whenever you swing by...they open the studio doors about an hour-ish before class starts and close them again during class & about an hour-ish after class ends. When they're not in there's a sign directing you to their website which is very informative. The instructors here are wonderful. If you are new to the practice they let you know the rules & help with modifications needed for health or other issues. I always felt welcome here & really enjoyed all the classes. They also not only have bathrooms but also showers (which is something I've seen many smaller exercise places going away from)! So if you don't want to get in your car covered in sweat, then you can go upstairs for a quick shower. If you've been curious about Bikram yoga or just want to try something new, I definitely recommend stopping by for a class. They have yoga mats & towel available if you. There is always a good variety of people in every class. I highly recommend it. read more

I've never done any sort of yoga before but I kept hearing about it from friends. So when I seen this on Groupon, I took a chance and bought the 3mo deal since it was such a great price. I had a love and hate relationship at 1st (since it's so hot) but now I absolutely love it so I became a regular member. Yes they ask you to be on time since it's a GROUP CLASS, not to drink water DURING the postures, not to bring a hand towel into the room, but it all makes sense once you've been here a few times. It's a huge distraction to others when you're trying to focus on yourself in the mirror while someone is right there doing whatever they want. The rules are meant to show common curtesy to others!!! Overall the men and women I've met here have been so friendly. The instructors are amazing and it's a very clean place. I truly recommend The Hot Room read more

This is my favorite yoga studio. I have practiced yoga now going on about 10 months and during that time I have traveled for business and with my longing to practice yoga I have visited studios in north California. The Hot Room remains my favorite place to practice yoga the teachers are so caring and supportive and treat the yogis with so much respect. In my 10 months practicing yoga at The Hot Room I have practiced with all instructors and again my experience has been so positive. Additionally, all the yogis that have been in my class have been respectful and kind. The Hot Room community is amazing. I highly recommend The Hot Room to yogis. The Hot Room is hands down one of the best yoga studios I have ever been to in the 8 years I've been practicing. All of the instructors are encouraging and are extremely invested in helping to grow and improve your yoga practice. The studio is extremely clean! After every class an instructor mops the mat. The bathroom and changing areas are well kept, clean and clutter free. I would recommend this studio to anyone living in the area. This is one of the first studios I've attended that has inspired me to bring yoga into my everyday life. It is definitely a challenge at first, but the challenge is so worth it. I leave class feeling uplifted and stronger. The studio creates a safe and supportive environment for everyone at all levels of practice. read more
