They had everything with them even little stepping lader for reaching places. Right away at the doorway they were shoe covers. Then we took a tour around the house and I explained my preferences and what I want them to do. Very easy to communicate with. They took a little bit more time, then it was planned, since a lot more work needed to be done at my house, but it was so worth it. I was pleasantly surprised how everything that we talked about was done, with Love and Care. 1. Shower, shower doors, sinks (and we have 6), Windows, window doors were sparkling. 2. Kitchen stove, kitchen sink, kitchen stainless steel appliances were done really nice. Plus my kitchen cabinets are white and they've done a great job of cleaning every single little spot. 3. Absolutely everything was dusted. Even tough areas with stuff around them. 4. The floors were washed and any rugs on Floors where vacuumed and cleaned. 5. All garbage cans in the house emptied and changed. After, we had a walk through the house and checked the job. I couldn't even find one coment or complain. Everything was just nice and neat. I went in to his shop a few days later to pick out a countertop, which was delayed for over two weeks because of back order. When it was done, he had two guys come over to install the cabinet. They had no foot coverings, tracked dog crap into the front entry, stairs upstairs and bathroom. Then they proceeded to install the cabinet and about 30 minutes into it, one of them says, hey can I talk to you, "you need to move your electrical outlet". I went upstairs to look and the cabinet was not made to specifications. I told them it was too high 36", it was supposed to be 32". They said just move your outlet,. Well duh, you don't just move this outlet you have to pull out the drywall and move the whole electrical box and redo the drywall. So long story short, I said no, this is not what I ordered, and so they pulled it out, and banged up the walls in the bathroom which my remodel contractor fixed free of charge for a full 2 hours work which included buying, cutting and reinstalling new trim on the window that they cut off to try to force the cabinet to fit under the window. On their way out the door, they banged up the stair hallway ceilings and the edges of the wall. I called Bill and left messages and he never returned my call, didn't even say sorry, let alone offer to do anything to fix the damage or redo the cabinet properly. Luckily, I had not paid him anything, so I didn't get screwed on the 1400$ and thanks to my handyman/contractor not charging me extra, just costs for new window trim materials and I did the bathroom repainting myself.

I hired this company to clean my parents' home in preparation for showings as the house was for…read moresale. The house was pretty much empty and just freshly painted so not a lot in the way. I specifically asked for floors, windows and bathrooms to be deep cleaned and then the rest of the light cleaning in order to finish the house. (4-bedroom 2 bath one story) 4 young women showed up to clean and I thought wow, 4 people this house is going to look amazing. 4 hours later they were finished. I had been working outdoors since I was getting things ready in the yard and garage. I was notified they were finished, and their boss would be by to do a final inspection. Before I knew it they were leaving including the "boss". I wanted to do a walk through however the floors were wet. My mistake, I had too much trust. I had to leave, so I locked up and didn't check the house. My parents came home the next morning and found 3 broken valves on their gas range. It seems as though they tried to clean the grooves and pushed something in there and broke the valves. There was dirt and grime on the floors, bathrooms that were not deep cleaned as well as windows that had spots and wipe marks. We took pictures and sent them to Santos cleaning immediately. The owner stated she could not come over nor had anyone available to come and correct the issues. The house was on the market and that day and we had potential buyers in place to come and look at the house. My mom and I had to do spot cleaning and make the house presentable. You may ask why we waited for the day before, we did not, we schedule with enough time however Santos called to reschedule one day later. When I called to report and further discuss I was met with defiance and then ignored. When I reported the broken valves, Santos came along with 2 other cleaning staff and stated the damage is due to wear and cleaned around the burners and seemed to be looking for an excuse. My parents take good care of their home and now she is suggesting they were already broken, 3 burner valves. I think not Ms. Santos. Santos then quickly stated she would send a technician her company works with. A gentleman came over and verbally confirmed the broken valves and stated he would notify Santos and send us a report. We never heard back from this technician nor Santos. We hired a technician to come and give us an estimate and fix, almost 500.00 for parts and 250. for labor at this point. We are still waiting or parts. So far, we are in 1200 plus which includes 420.00 for the "cleaning". I get it everyone has a bad day, and this is how I tried to approach these issues, with patience and a level of understanding however, to be ignored is unbelievably unprofessional. We still believe in you Ms. Santos and hope you will make things right for my parents, otherwise I will see you in small claims court. My husband and I are pretty clean, and I know there's not much of a mess, but there's definitely more deep cleaning that could be done.
