Cute decor and it's so clean in there

Im not sure why I wasn't aware of this place before now, but I can see myself coming by often for lunch. This is a really cool little bar that has awesome food that I promise you do not want to miss out on this one. I saw an ad online yesterday for a $8 burger and fries special so I knew then I would go try it . Price is on point for a nice burger with home made fries . I was planning on getting a cheesecake dessert chimichanga to try but I was comfortably full after the lunch so I will get it next time for sure . The service was great, the food was great, prices are on point for REALLY REALLY good bar food . It's decorated so nicely I promise this just might be my favorite lunch spot in Lewis County. My phone was not charged so I didn't get many pics but I'll be going again very soon and I promise to update. Thanks for a great lunch Hub Staff, you rock !!

The fried mushrooms were my favorite! The service was great and the main entree was delicious. I had the Bacon Bleu burger and hand cut fries. It's a nice chill space with lots of wall art and two arcade games! No pics of the burger, guess I was too hungry

Unreal. No thanks to our ignorant government in the beautiful state of Washington. But this breakfast is only $10.

You shouldn't even question this place. OMG I got this breakfast for just $10. I can't tell you of how many places charge $6.50 for just 2 eggs. We need to stand up against this unfair act that breakfast places charge. If the Hub of Centralia can make a breakfast like this, then why are the other places charge more. Stand up Washingtonians, make your opinion known. Go to the Hub for breakfast.

View from the booth we sat in once. Look at the ceiling and that wallpaper!? LOVE

I have been here 3 times since they opened, once for breakfast, twice for dinner. This place is beautiful! Such cool vibes. Who ever decorated has some serious good eye. The service has always been very friendly and attentive. The food has been very good as well. I got the biscuits and gravy which was a little spicy for me but that's not their fault, it does say it's rich on the menu and I am a weakling with spicy stuff. I also had the Monday night special prime rib which was good, especially good for the price and then I got chicken strips which laugh all you want but they were huge and delicious and perfect with my beer of choice. My daughter got the $1 sliders Saturday special thinking they were going to be tiny but nope! I haven't had a chance to sit at the bar yet but want to so bad, most definitely will soon. I follow them on instagram and love their videos. Overall good food with good portions at good prices, fun ambiance and service. How can you go wrong?!

Good service. A fun crowd. A good selection of drinks. I particularly like that Saturday is burger night. One dollar sliders rule!

The Hub has terrific ambience, and really great service. I had a simple cheeseburger and fries. The food is fine, but unremarkable.

My boyfriend told me that anytime he passes by that the parking lot is always filled, and even when we were coming in, the parking lot was full and there were definitely some interesting parking choices made by others. We were able to get parking and as we entered we were greeted warmly by staff. Luckily, there was a small table for us so we were seated right away with menus. The staff here are on point with checking in at the perfect times and they always do a sweep for coffee and water refills, to see if anyone needs anything or anything else. They are also so friendly and seem to know their regulars well too. The bathroom is well-maintained and even has a changing station. I got the strawberry lemonade and the biscuits and gravy combo that comes with eggs, hash browns, and ham while my boyfriend got the chicken club sandwich. The drink arrived immediately and not even after a few minutes did our food arrive. The pictures and reviews did not lie, the portions were huge and the food tasted great especially for the price. You do pay at the front once they drop off the tab. I do also appreciate that they sell some local goods from honey, sauces, jewelry and other neat things. This place deserves the glowing reviews and more.

Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and our food came out quickly even with a busy dining room. If you're staying at Great Wolf Lodge, I'd highly recommend making the short trip over to Judy's for breakfast. Good food, good people, and a great value.

I had the Pesto Caprese pizza and it was amazing! The balsamic glaze added just the right amount of sweetness to bring together the different flavors. My husband had the NY steak and said it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive and told us how all the ingredients were locally sourced, which is very good to hear because we like to support local businesses. Lastly, the building is quite beautiful with the exposed brick interior walls. I'm not familiar with the local history so I'm curious as to what this building was originally? We will definitely come back and also check out the market next time.

    ### So Bad It Was Almost Comical…read more My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our drive from Oregon to Seattle. The parking lot was completely full, so after circling around and eventually finding street parking, we figured the place must be popular. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the high point of the experience. The main restaurant was fairly full, so we were seated in a large, dark bar area in the back. And then... nothing happened. For more than 30 minutes. Eventually, a waiter appeared and took our order. Then another 30+ minutes passed before the food arrived. Somehow, even our iced tea didn't make it to the table until the food did. All told, we spent roughly an hour sitting at an empty table without so much as a beverage, and about 90 minutes from the time we arrived until we actually had food in front of us. At that point, the whole experience was becoming almost comical. We ordered a cod burger with fries, a Caesar salad, onion rings and an iced tea. The cod burger was okay. Nothing memorable, but edible. The Caesar salad was actually good. The fries, however, arrived cold, soggy and thoroughly greasy -- quite an accomplishment considering how long we waited for them. The onion rings apparently embarked on a separate journey altogether, because they never arrived. By then, we'd lost the will to ask about them and just gave up. The grand total for one cod burger with cold fries, a small Caesar salad and an iced tea? $40.00! We mentioned the long wait, forgotten food and other problems to our waiter. He was sympathetic and explained that they were short staffed, which we understand can make things difficult. But being short staffed doesn't make a 90-minute lunch, no drinks for an hour, cold soggy fries and forgotten food any less disappointing -- especially at those prices. By the end, we weren't even angry. The whole thing had crossed over into comedy. Needless to say, on future drives between Oregon and Seattle, we'll be finding a different midway lunch stop.
