It's not much to look at, but this is one of the best restaurants within 30 miles. The owner Frank is incredibly personable. The tuna melt on lobster roll was some of the best tuna I've ever had. I seriously cannot stop ordering from The Hub Eatery. They really do deliver on what they promise, great food at affordable prices. There are too many dishes that hit the spot for me, but I'd love to share some of my favorites. The Long Steak Steak Tunnel was seriously loaded with so much flavor, the meat was cooked perfectly to how I like and the long hots really added a great kick. For something slightly different, I recommend The Hub Double Burger. Their portions were so generous and I couldn't stop eating for a second because the flavor was just so savory. Went there today, was sitting in the lot waiting for our friend we thought was in side, owner came in asking why we were sitting there, we were going in, just waiting on friend, who was not in there, but walked in when we left. My bad for not having correct information. he sent a girl out to chase us out. We were going to go in eventually, had a god $400.00 order, but he didn't see our uniforms under the jackets we on. Let's talk about 5 star food.. I drove here from over 30 mins away because one of my customers told me about this place.. Staff top notch Brazil was our server super sweet.. the best greens I ever had.. artichoke dip fantastic and the riggies sent the meal over the top.. if you haven't been here ur missing out!! The first time I came here we waited 45 minutes for food. We were the only ones in there. I figured it was a fluke so I went back a second time. Waited 45 minutes again. We were one of two parties in there. Waitress had to come back to ask what we ordered. When we asked for the checks we had to remind her twice. When I asked for a box I had to remind her three times. After the third time she disappeared and came back with no box and I gave up and left because we were already late for a meeting. Will not be going back. read more

Stopped in for lunch because we were in the area. Started with the spinach and artichoke dip. It was simply amazing! Homemade with fresh cut chips. My wife had the chicken salad,and I had the Italian tunnel. Both were fresh and absolutely delicious. The salad was probably the biggest salad entree we have ever had. The Italian tunnel was loaded with meat and fresh veggies and cheese. Mouth watering! Service was a little slow,but no worries. Definitely check this place out! read more

I really wanted to like this place. While looking for a place to get Sunday brunch, a ton of Facebook users recommended the hub. When we got there we waited by the door for about 15 minutes until we walked up to the bar and asked about seating ourselves. Then we sat there until another 10 minutes went by and we had to again initiate and ask about getting plates for the Sunday buffet. We ordered mimosas and waters and only received our mimosas which wasn't too big of a problem. The wait staff was understaffed and had no knowledge of where anything was. I'm pretty sure one of the girls was new but it's not acceptable. Then when we get to the food, it was cold. There were limited items on the buffet. The fruit was gone by 11 AM. The buffet goes until 2 PM so they need to restock on their food items. The entire restaurant had to share one squeezable bottle of syrup which is not Covid friendly. Again, I really wanted to like this place but I will never return and I will never recommend. read more

Can't speak to the service really, as we used a delivery service, but the food was solid at a decent price. Both dips we ordered -- spinach artichoke and hummus -- were especially great and had a clear "fresh" taste. The chips that came with the sandwiches were a little eh (not thin enough for my tastes, others may like them better), but the sandwiches themselves -- a meatball parm and a grilled chicken -- were above average for the area, with clearly good quality ingredients used, and I would definitely recommend them for lunch overall. read more

The waitress (Candy) was super awesome. However there is a male waiter, who is a bigot. He went to every table and was so friendly but avoided my table for the longest making me feel very secluded and like I was second class. He knew I was a transgender woman and made it known with his body gestures and how he looked at my table and avoided it many times. He did came to my table at the end but did not greeted my guest and I like he did with the other table. If he is going to work with the public he needs more training and an education that EVERY CUSTOMER SHOULD FEEL VALUE AND NOT MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THEY ARE NOT VALUEF OR WELCOME!!!! I have always sense opening day on oct 31 been going to the hub eatery at 222 bleecker for there food and entertainment I love the food there I go there pretty much every day for a veggie wrap cause the owner makes them so good. He is the only one that make a good veggie wrap with fresh vegetables in them and the wrap is toasted just right. I tell everyone to go to the hub eatery to get all there food and I tell everyone to have there party there. I am so proud of how far Frank has come with the place and I hope he has many more happy years at the hub eatery and I will away support him and the hub eatery every chance I get. read more

A couple weeks ago my sister and niece came up from Florida for a surprise visit.After driving they were hungry and didn't want fast food so we stopped in at The Hub.It was about 35 minutes before closing so we asked if we could come in with a party of 6.Without hesitation we were welcomed in.Food was excellent,portions were generous, and prices are very reasonable.Waitress was great as well and even the owner/chef Frank came out to make sure all was good.Make it a point to stop in sometime and if you're not in the mood for dinner stop in on a Sunday and try their brunch and omelette bar.You won't be disappointed.Thanks Frank!See you again soon! read more

This was the worst restaurant I have been to in a while, the food came out looking good but there was a dead spider in between the famous steak sandwich they supposedly sell. I asked whoever was behind the line and they started it was a charred onion. Most of all I saw bugs around the floor of the bar running around. I was hoping for big things from this restaurant but very disappointed.. the worst was the placed smelled of weed throughout the place too...please everyone stay away if you don't want to eat any bugs with your food!!!! read more
