The Al Pastor was delicious and spicy with small slices of pineapple to give it a very balanced flavor. The Carnitas was salty and delicious and paired with just enough lime and cilantro to give it a full flavor. The burrito was absolutely monstrous. The lovely woman in the truck told me that the rice was still cooking so I would have to wait for my burrito, however, I told her I didn't want rice so she filled up the remaining space in the burrito with more meat and beans. This thing had to weigh at least a pound and a half. It was absolutely delicious. The meat was soft and tender and the beans were cooked perfectly, and there was just the right amount of cheese as not to overpower any of the other ingredients but yield a soft creamy texture. Do yourself a favor and make it a point to come to this taco truck. It is well worth it!
