I…read morecalled them to fix two of my mowers and the service rep started to raise his voice, argue and then proceeded to hung up the phone over a simple question that I asked. I simply wanted to find out when the repair would be finalized. Initially they said it might take up to two weeks. It's already been two weeks, and now they told me it might take up to three weeks, for a repair. I called them three days ago and they informed me that they will repair it that day. It's good to note that the repair on one of the mowers is for a line that they just installed and it started leaking after one use. I really did not appreciate the service experience. The owner should do a better job at training his employees in proper client service etiquette, especially for long time clients.

Tell how the hell you charge a customer additional after the fact . There is no disclaimer on my original paid invoice. They lost a customer for future business over this unfair practice and all over $7.40 cents. DUMB !!! In fact I just went to Green Thumb Lawn and purchased a commercial mower and will be need additional commercial equipment!!! The guy at Southern Lawn tells me thank you see you again and I said no you won't!!! People stick to Green Thumb Lawn off Truck and Trailer Way off Southern next to turnpike!!!

    After reading all the negative reviews about Palm Beach RV, I had to write my review. While on our…read moreway to our campground in FL in 2023, we blew a back tire on our 5th wheel in the Carolinas, which damaged the whole side panel. In route to our South Miami campground, I googled for a Grand Design RV repair shop off of I-95 in the vicinity of where our campground is and found this location only about 15 minutes off I-95 in Palm Beach. We stopped there prior to getting to our campground to have them access the damage. The service we received was exceptional, with a complete analysis of the damage, the estimated cost of repair and the process of ordering the parts. When the parts were in, we took our 5th wheel back for the repair. No wait time once we arrived. On the way there, the brackets on the long drawer under the TV broke. We also found out, once at our campground, we had an issue with the auto leveling system, as when the tire blew it punched a hole in the underside of the RV which damaged the leveling wires. Keith, the manager said no worries, he would have his repair technicians fix the drawer and the leveling system, no extra cost and it would probably only take them about 15 minutes. Well the repair to the leveling system was a bigger job than originally anticipated and took close to an hour. We were charged $0 for them to do these additional repairs, and only had to pay for the drawer slide brackets, that thankfully were in stock! We were delighted with the quality of work performed and the outstanding service support we received from Keith and his crew. If we ever need repair done again on our way to FL, this is absolutely the place we will go to.

These guys had the audacity to try to charge me an extra $1500 to fix a…read morerelatively minor water leak (and related water damage) on an under-warranty Grand Design 3100RD that I hadn't even bought from them yet. That's right, they wanted me to pay to fix *their* rv for something they should have known about before we agreed to a price. Mike (sales) was unprofessional and lied to me constantly, claiming the leak was fixed when I had just returned from watching water dripping out the bottom. He seemed angry that I even asked to have it fixed at all. Keith (the GM) was of no help at all and only seemed concerned that he and his daddy (Larry, the owner) wouldn't make enough money off me. They claimed they had already thrown in $1500 worth of "extras" and that it would "hurt the bottom line." But in reality the "extras" consisted of a used hitch and some old hoses that I didn't even ask for. These guys give Grand Design a bad rep. This is not the kind of service I would expect from an authorized Grand Design dealer.
