When I took the first sip I realized it was far more melted than I thought. It's actually 3/4 melted. Meanwhile there's 6 employees who were messing around in the store area as I waited. When I went back to ask them to remake it, I promptly waited 10 minutes in line again and was told that's how the drink is supposed to be. I was even corrected that this was a fizz drink. I assure it's not and I didn't order a fizz. I also can tell you I have drank enough of these to know better. I might also suggest you change the picture used on the menu board because it doesn't look any thing like my picture. My cup is not even full. Wasted 20 minutes of my time and your store employees tried to explain away this putrid drink.

Not a single complaint on everything, the pistachio latte was very soft and easy to drink too quick, the Shibam was a pleasant mix of spices and coffee, the honeycomb bread was almost like having a sweet bagel with tasty honey cream cheese, and the Sabaya was like a super flaky croissant that pleasantly mixes with the lattes. Service was amazing. Muneeb helped us pick something that matched our tastes and was very happy to have us. Atmosphere is just as fantastic as the food. This place is very well decorated and clean, with ambient lighting to add to the calm tone. I enjoyed talking to the people here for the "Smash Brothers" tournament going on during my visit. Thankfully parking wasn't too much of an issue but I can see the small private lot being a challenge for large groups. I'm definitely a fan of the pretzel roll I ordered - contrary to its name, it looks like a nothing like a roll but more like a savory flattened croissant which had some slight amount of protein (can't remember if it was chicken or ham) inside. The coffee was good - I try not to be swayed by the beautiful trendy drinks most coffeehouses are serving. I'd certainly come back to this cafe if I were in the area.
