Since this place is so close to my job, I had to give it a try. I've been three times now and so far I really like it. I've tried the matcha of course and they have a pretty good matcha smoothie. It's not the best matcha I've had but not the worst at all. I like that with every drink you get a cute bean on top of your cup. Mine is usually coffee flavored. Idk if they all are but yea. That's a cute touch. Every-time I go the workers are very nice and sweet. service is fast as well. I really like this place when I want to switch it up from my norm of Starbucks or when I might be running later than I want and need a good option close to work, this is my option. I've also tried the ham and cheese croissant and it is delicious. It's huge too. I ate half and saved half for later one day so that was good. I also tried the "pretzel dog" although it wasn't a pretzel dog. It was more like a kolache or pig in a blanket if you will but definitely not a pretzel. All in all, it was still tasty and a cheap treat.

Visit happened while looking for coffee shop on my way to work. The young ladies were helpful super friendly communicative. Will definitely make this a favorite when I have appointments up this way.

Yummy drive through coffee shop in the same parking lot as nicklemania. Coffee was great with lots of fun speciality drinks.

This drive-through and walk up coffee spot has an excellent brew! Their cold brew is very smooth, and I enjoy their variety of lattes. The first time we went, we were delighted by the fun candy coated espresso bean that comes with every drink! To be fair I am still delighted. They run a fast operation and their large menu can make you feel pressured to order a simple or standby drink. Check out the menu before you go so that you don't get flustered! The team has never rushed me, but the peer pressure from cars behind me has, if you know what I mean! I tried the iced lemon cake today and it was soft and moist but I probably won't get it again. I would come more often if the prices were more affordable. Still, I love to support a locally-owned + woman-owned business and will absolutely be back!

Yet another random discovery in the world of Chelsea...THE HUMAN BEAN! Okay this is my new post workout refuel spot for sure. So many options on the menu...there is even food if you need a quick bite to go with your java. Hot or iced...tea or coffee....or maybe you want something like a smoothie to quench your thirst. They have you all the WAY covered! I believe there are also sugar free options If that is your thing. I enjoyed my iced mocha with the cutest lil chocolate java bean on top. Nice touch! The drive thru is perfect to get in and out on a hot summer day. The employees are very friendly happy people and rightfully so. They need to put this kind of a store on every corner. Actually maybe they do not because I would spend my entire side hustle money paycheck there. This place has my heart for now. I'll be updating here later on all of my caffeinated faves.

The place has a variety of seating, is clean, and isn't too loud. There were a lot of people studying and working. I didn't have the best experience. They had their Fall drinks written on the menu and then after explaining to me what the Johnny cakes latte tastes like, they told me it wasn't available until Tuesday, which was misleading. I tried to order a seasonal peach tea drink, and they told me they were out of it. At this point, I was frustrated and got the golden latte, which tasted awful. It was so ginger-y and not smooth at all. It tasted like the equivalent of a tough-to-get-down juice shot. I ordered a breakfast veggie sandwich, which wasn't bad, but my friend and I both ordered it for dine-in, and for some reason mine came out in a to-go box. This was super odd and there wasn't an apology or anything. The sandwich was okay - the avocados weren't ripe yet and were kind of hard. The brioche was good, but $10 for something I could throw together at home in 5 mins was unimpressive. Overall, I won't be back. Ascension in Frisco has seriously the best service, with an expanded menu, and coming here was so subpar and disappointing.

If you're someone who finds traditional matcha a little too strong or grassy, this is a great option. It was lighter, fruit-forward, and the mango flavor came through nicely. The pastry case also caught my attention--everything looked fresh and incredibly tempting. I didn't get a chance to try any this visit, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the pastries next time. Overall, a nice spot for a lighter matcha drink and worth checking out if you're looking for something a little different. Staff was sweet and organized as they were a bit busy.

Trisha took my order and was super awesome at making many great recommendations while Miriam cranked the beverages for the people ahead of me. Loved the GF option for an almond loaf. This reminds me of a wonderful home cafe mixed with a nice southern coffee shop. They even have seating outside for a beautiful day like the day I went. Very Austin vibes. Seating options are from regular wood bench to a cozy couch. Loved the live plants that add fresh air and a nice atmosphere. They had low playing music that was very urban so you can carry a conversation while supporting smaller artists and working on work. Headphones if you'd like your own music would be great and wouldn't be interrupted with the music playing in the shop. Biscoff caramel latte: Wonderful flavor of coffee. I was fearful it'd be too sweet but it was perfectly sweetened. The Biscoff crumbles add the Biscoff flavor and the caramel isn't overpowering. It's a soft balance of the two together. The foam was pleasant and would recommend hot. Personally would love a stronger Biscoff flavor cause Biscoff is my favorite cracker. But other than that, a super solid beverage. Almond Loaf (GF): The crumble and moist texture were perfect. Not too crazy of a GF taste. Different but wonderful. The top has a crumble similar to Almond croissant that is so satisfying if you're craving a lil more sweet with your bite. Together: Wonderful together. The almond loaf isn't dense but it doesn't completely fall apart either. Super happy.

My go-to drink is the Egg Cream Phin Coffee ($8 large) - the egg cream is creamy/rich, and the over coffee is a treat, with both the coffee flavor and egg cream in balance with each other. For what seems like a fairly large investment to bring a cafe to this corner of Keller Springs, I'd…read moresay it's less than mediocre. Every menu item is $5-7 or more, dependent on the type of coffee obviously. Any additions or size increase is another few dollars extra. For two small Iced Lattes with flavor; was just short of $15. More than 50% cream/syrup, about 40% ice, and an undetectable coffee aroma. Maybe the increased size would allow more room for what was purchased. After the tab for the coffee, I didn't find it in me to order any of the food. The menu seemed confused, and the online portal menu prices are cheaper than what is posted inside the cafe. Some by $1-2 less. Plus there seem to be more menu items on the website. Unsure if these items aren't available, or if they didn't fit on the screen. The interior and atmosphere is nothing short of cozy. The "cafe" feel was definitely nailed here. The machines and the kitchen are clean, the employees professional, and the music is fitting. I was eager to finally try Maestro after quite some time of passing by it. It is alarmingly empty for most of the day. This retail space on the corner of Keller Springs has rotated a few businesses over the years. Will be difficult to keep up with the already established neighboring businesses. Would come back for a more reasonably priced menu!
