Welcome to Sac, Human Bean! Gotta love drive thru coffee spots. It reminded me of Dutch Bros but with less menu options, and more of a local vibe. I had a matcha smoothie which was super yummy!! We also tried the java chip granita which was really refreshing and not too sweet. They even give a little coffee bean candy on top of each drink. Happened to be in CH headed up Sunrise with a desperate need for caffeine, so I figured I'd hit the new HB location. It's just as good as the other one, but there's a reason I only tossed 'em 4 stars this time. Their mobile app is pretty...uh...not awesome. You can only add a minimum of $25 if you wanna use the app to pay. The UI is kind of corn-fusing and it just isn't as clean as the big green mermaid's app. Otherwise, the place is dope, with a really solid variety and really friendly crew. read more

This was my 3rd time here. I didn't know what to get since they have so many flavors and I'm inexperienced. The staff was super helpful and didn't make me feel shamed for my indecisiveness lol. They have so many milk options including nondairys. I went with a butter rum latte macchiato style with milkadamia milk. They were patient and the best thing, it was sooooo good. Genuinely good folks working here, not like the Children of the Stepford Wives at that hack drive thru coffee place up the street who have their smiles tacked into place and fake personalities who could really care less about your day, but get right in your face and ask you anyways... Went here on a limb needing my caffeine fix. Found this place on yelp and drove by it multiple times. Decided to try it out based on the rating on yelp and boy was I impressed. 5stars you say? I would give this 7 if it was possible. It's a nice and cozy little shack with very friendly workers. They got me in and out with all the thousand little questions specially so early in the morning unlike other places. I got myself a cold brew and comparing that to many other places that offer it, I would say this is one of the best tasting cold brew I've ever have. There selection is as wild and confusing as other places and pretty much straight forward to make your morning easy going to get you in and out with no problem.
