It is phin dripped, and the classic flavor is there, but less creamy texture. Traditionally the brew is very strong and mixed with condensed milk only - the ice in this instance is necessary to balance the boldness. In this coffee, between the added milk and large amount of ice, it is watered down and not the full bodied experience you would expect. They have such a spacious patio as well (if you want to sit down and have a good time chatting it up with your other friends), and such big space to wait if you don't want the patio. I got one of their oatmeal cookies as well as their Matcha lattes. What I didn't know was that their oatmeal cookies were gluten free, and they were sourced and made locally by artisans here in Roseville. They also used quite premium-grade matcha that made it taste really good with the whole milk they mixed in eventually.
