The service is TERRIBLE here. Been 2x first visit a waitress walked by us and NEVER asked if she could help us. Had to go to bar to get our drinks. 2nd visit got our first drink in under 10 minutes but the waitress never came back. It was Monday 7.8 there were 2 waitress no one at the bar and one other table. Dead and still no service. I would give it no stars if it let me. read more

I saw a Billboard that advertised 5 dollar appetizers. I looked them up and saw that they were top on the list for best happy hours in Wichita. Like 3 places in one. They have a great bar/lounge area indoors, that is non smoking. Amazing whiskey selection and some great drinks. There are some unusual and affordable food selections. I highly recommend the meatballs. The cigar humidor has an amazing selection of quality cigars inside the cigar humidor, which a knowledgeable staff that can help you to find something you'll enjoy. Once you've got your smoke, head out to the enclosed patio area to relax in the leather chairs and watch sports. On a great day/evening, you can head out to the open-air patio and enjoy the view of the golf course and relax by the fire features. read more

This review specifically goes out to younger adults wanting to try this place. The bartender acted smarter than us and acted like my texas id was fake as he was looking at google in front of us. He eventually served the drink and avoided eye contact for the rest of the interaction. All he had to do was admit he was wrong. The drink was wayyy too expensive for what it was and the service we got. Any speck of good atmosphere that was there in the first place was gone and we barely spent 5 minutes here. read more

The Humidor has a massive cigar selection, quite possibly the largest in the city. The staff is incredibly helpful. Every time I go in they spend a good 10-15 minutes helping me pick out the perfect cigar. They have a nice indoor smoking lounge that is perfect for hanging out and enjoying your cigar. The environment is comfortable and always makes me feel cool and welcomed. I regularly drive 15-20 minutes across town just to go to the Humidor solely because they're the best in town. read more

My friend had been raving about this place called the humidor for a few weeks before I actually tried it. He said something about showing up at a special event where they had music and food along with a large cigar selection. The concept is easy: you buy a cigar, you bring the drinks and you have a good time. I was skeptical but I agreed to give it a try. So I went with him on a normal night. It was exactly as he had stated. I walked in with some Jamison and went into their humidor. The staff came in and asked if we needed any help. I asked what they suggested, and was reccomended an osok cigar. I have my favorites, but at a place like this, where they have a special niche, I prefer to try something new. I enjoyed the cigar so much, that I've made a practice of asking what's new and good every time I go in. They were very helpful. We then went to smoke the cigars. The furnishings are comfortable, although beware, some of the chairs will try to eat you. They have a few flat screens so you won't miss the game or highlights, and a soda machine so you can mix your hard beverages (they also provide cups). Every table has an ashtray for your smokes, and the lounge provides cedar strips to light your stick up. Also there is no cigarette smoking in there, so don't bring your average smokes unless you want to take the stinkers outside. So we go through one stick, then on to a second. It wasn't until we were about a quarter of the way through this smoke that we became the only one's there besides the manager on duty at the time. This is where I was most impressed. The staff seems to love working there. we were there well past the posted closing time, and since this first visit, it's not been the only time. The staff is extremely friendly, and even though the shop is closed, they don't seem to mind if you are still enjoying a cigar. We've never been kicked out before we were ready due to their office hours. This place is like the man caves of legend. Very comfortable, relaxed environment, and a well versed and trained staff. read more

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Real glass vessels are in the cupboard for carry-in libations, with coffee and sodas available also to customers. A cigar purchase grants access to the private lounge and adjoining patio, which backs up to a beautifully manicured country club community. The lounge is set up very comfortably with deep leather chairs, TVs, free soda, and there is a liquor store in short walking distance if you wish to byob. The staff is great, so friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is massive and to new afficinattos can be a bit intimidating, this isn't a problem with such a great staff. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the patrons are some great people to know. The cigar prices are a little higher than some places, however you are also given a membership to the lounge for the day and that is worth it. This is a wonderful establishment that any cigar lover in wichita should be proud to support and call home, and to our visitors this needs to be on your list as a must visit if you want a great cigar after a dinner at one of the many great restaurants a short drive away. read more

I was in Wichita overnight to take delivery on a tractor. 1000 miles from home and was lucky enough to have found this shop. They are currently remodeling, but that didn't stop them from offering great selection and outstanding service. Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. His professionalism and personal service was incredibly refreshing. I have smoked cigars for over 40 years and have owned a couple of humidors myself, as well as travelling extensively in my African safari business, so I feel like my review carries some weight. Having been a customer, sometimes unhappily, at some famous and well known cigar shops this was a breath of fresh air. Patience with customers is a RARE commodity in any industry, and the self-importance of many hosts is frustrating to customers. Zach made me feel welcome, asked intelligent questions and tried to recommend cigars to suit my palate. He was a true "rock star" in this regard. If you're a first-timer I would DEFINITELY recommend his services and if you're a seasoned smoker you'll appreciate his knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry. 110 % recommended!!!
