Looking for a unique pizza dinner, look no further than here! We came here on a Wednesday night at 6pm and it was busy but we only waited a few minutes to be sat. I ordered the blackberry Italian soda and it was divine! Perfectly sweet and creamy almost drank it all before my pizza arrived. I chose the Nicky Santoro and am so glad that I did! Very odd experience- we've eaten here before and liked it, so tried to phone in a carry-out order today but they wouldn't take it! The person who answered would only say "I'm gonna ask you to do that online," in a rude tone. So after we hung up we called their competitor who is just down the block, who happily took our phone order and our money. They'll be our new go-to. I read reviews of Maple Street and decided to give it a try. MSPC offers one crust style. I term it thin (not cracker-thin) or maybe hand-tossed. I don't know what they call it. But it's the thickness I prefer. They offer two sizes: 10" and 12". Simplifying the crust and size choice is a good thing IMO. We ordered a 12" classic and a Caesar salad to share. Their salads are sizable, so splitting one still gave us each a nice portion. And it was tasty. The pizza was very good. 12" was enough for the two of us. Toppings and sauce were very flavorful. We happened to sit where I could see the fire oven, and it was fun to watch the guy work. My only "complaint" is that we got an unexpected $2 up charge. I requested substituting bacon for the listed ingredient Italian sausage. I assumed that it would just be a swap. HOWEVER, their menu does clearly say $2 for substitutions, so this is on ME, not THEM. I just wish it wasn't so. Overall, I highly recommend you try MSPC. read more

We loved it! Service was great, place was clean and attractive, food good. We're in town for a conference, and this sounded just right for an early dinner. We had popper flatbread to start, (half price happy hour) house salads, and pizza with Italian sausage, pepperoni, roasted red pepper and red onion. Truly, no "bones" about it, won't be any crusts left. We thought it was great and already talking about dinner tomorrow. We got our pizza to go since we were with our dog and their patio is currently closed for renovations, but they took great care of us while we waited. Food was tasty, especially the Italian salad. Maybe the dressing was what made it that way. We had pizza. Mine was gluten free, my brother and sister in law split a regular one. Only place I know where the gluten free is bigger than the regular pizza. I tried to share it, but they wouldn't eat the gluten free pizza. Their loss. We went in a wednesday afternoon, service was good, our waitress was very courteous and prompt. We had the meatballs for appetizers, italian salad, then florentine pizza and canollis for dessert. Overall i like the pizza crusts, its crunchy and just enough chewiness, i like the strings from pizza cheese too, that makes it real good. We also had the chance to taste the chicken bbq and carnivore pizza vecause we ordered it to go I like the bbq pizza because i love the sweetness in my food. This was the best pizza I've ever had. My fiancé and I had been searching for a good Thai pizza like one we'd had in Omaha. Maple Street Pizza Company's Thai pizza was far better than the pizza we were basing it off of. Also the cocktail was amazing and our waitress was really nice. Friendly service and our food came out quickly! The cheesy breadsticks were phenomenal and came out steaming. We ordered the Barbecue Chicken and The Bandito (Taco). The crust and flavor and toppings were fresh. There was a good amount of sauce. The second pizza had fresh lettuce and toppings and was delicious. By the reviews and the photos on their website we were expecting to be blown away by their pizza. It was good, but not amazing. We got the Classic supreme and substituted sliced meatball for the pepperoni. The pizza didn't have a lot of cheese or sauce but the toppings were good. The crust was ok but not great, which really surprised me based on the description on the website about their slow fermented crust. It was not airy but instead flat and didn't have much taste. However, the italian salads were great, very fresh and the dressing was also great. The service was great, our waitress was very respectful, prompt and nice. We opted to sit outside as it was too cold inside, they had the a/c cranked way down. Overall, we wished it would have been five stars like we had hoped for but it just wasn't. I doubt if we'll be back as there are many other pizza restaurants in Wichita that we like better. read more

The lunch specials are phenomenal but again I had a problem (I must just be an unlucky person) anywho I ordered a piece of pepperoni and the Italian salad. The salad was phenomenal and the pizza slice was fine but I ordered a whole pizza to go. It was the one with chicken spinach garlic artichoke and sun dried tomatos and since I don't like sun dried tomatoes I asked for a substitute of artichoke (extra artichokes) when i got home instead of artichokes they put anchovies (fish) on my pizza‍. I know it probably was an honest mistake but do people often order anchovies? Youd think someone would've questioned it. read more

Searched for another brick oven Pizza. Took my family on a recommendation of a friend who is an accomplished foodie like myself and it was great. Great crust, great sauce and, although it was super busy, the service was great! Our server was all over the place. We had lots of questions about the food and drinks and she took the time to answer and what she didn't know she went and found out. The Pizza was excellent and a more than fair price.
