The space was clean, there were various hand sanitizing stations, and we kept our masks on the whole time. Tiffany takes her time mapping your brows and has great attention to detail. She definitely knows what she's doing. A good portion of the session was taken up just by the shaping and mapping of my cute new brows. haha I couldn't be more thankful! Tiffany has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable right from the start. She answered all my questions, went through the process of what was going to happen, and also went through the after care instructions. She also let me know since this was my first time, it would best to also schedule a follow up appointment to see how my brows healed, and to add any touch ups if needed. The actual process wasn't too bad, if you've gotten a regular tattoo then the feeling is pretty similar. If you haven't then just know that the pain is definitely bearable. I searched her up on IG to see more work & saw her work was really nice. I decided to give it a shot & scheduled an appointment with her. She was super sweet, and accommodating. I loved that she was really honest and knowledgeable about lashes. She told me the classic would be best since I had a lot of lashes already (I was originally going for the volume lashes). And, turns out she was absolutely right about everything! My lashes looked super amazing and I loved how wispy it turned out. Throughout the process she always asked if I felt comfortable or if anything was bothering me to let her know. She took her time and was really careful, and explained the process. I could tell she was really meticulous and paid close attention to every detail. I had a lot of lashes yet she made sure to get every single lash one by one. It's close to where I live and parking was never an issue which was a welcomed change to what I've had to deal with at other salons. I will have to say that whatever relaxer she used never irritated my scalp and I never burned. She could have done better with styles for me though...or maybe she could care less about the way I left the salon. I did see others leave the salon with some pretty sharp styles but I guess they were more important. It could be that I don't look like I come from money, which would explain why the owner could take me or leave me as a client. I don't like to talk when I'm at the salon so I appreciated her not prying into my life but after the fifth time she asked me where I worked, I was really starting to get a little annoyed. At that point, I just wished she would just stop talking to me. In the end, she may have asked me where I worked about 15 times over the length of time I was going to that salon. Towards the end, I thought about coming up with some crazy professions just to see if she was even listening to me when I answered. I also had a problem with scheduling one time. Her excuse to me was that she had me booked the day before and figured that I chose not to come. I was so livid because not once had I ever stood her up so I felt that she should have called me the day before if in fact I did have an appointment scheduled with her. If she had, I would have made my way there. I could go on and on about what I didn't like about the service there but it's not worth it. If she feels you're worthy of her circle, you'll get star treatment but if you're an average chic like myself, be prepared to be ignored and take the backseat to the other clients who are more important. Her indifference is what really got to me and I'm sure she hasn't even realized that I'm no longer going there.

I was very nice when visiting this salon, I even was extremely tolerant of a situation beyond her control and never got upset, just waited patiently until my hair could get done. I was late once (30 min.) and though I had been patient with her it was interesting how she did not reciprocate, and I know she remembered when I was patient. But despite my patience and good tips I have to say I don't think I was part of the "inner" circle. I often got the feeling she could care less about the way I left the salon. I've seen some decent styles leave there and lot's of kissing up too but I'm on the quiet side and would make small talk when we were mostly alone in there. I got the feeling though that I wasn't up to her circle standards and so doing my hair was of no importance. The last time I got a really short hair cut and saw this one piece of hair sticking out by my ear. You think she would cut it! Nope, - I just wanted to see if my hunch was right. Needless to say I cut it myself later. Major attitude - she washed my hair and asked me which side I wear it/part it on. I hesitated for a moment (to think) and she quickly brushed her hand over my head and walked me to the hair-dryer. I figured we were still discussing it so I then said "to the left". I was quickly put in my place with an answer "It's too late! - I needed your input back at the bowl!". I was stunned by the sharpness of it. Totally unneccesary. The relaxer she used irritated my scalp a little and so I had to always be washed out sooner. She was attentive to that but the last time she left it too long I thought. I'm moving on and I doubt she will notice. Business must be good with the inner circle I guess. If you are not part of it I wouldn't bother go here. This was the OWNER - I don't know about the others, so maybe you can try one of them if you are desperate enough.
