One of my favorite things is that the products they use never burn or irritate my eyes, which used to happen to me a lot at other places. The girl was sorry and we know it's an accident but something like that could have been prevented. Maybe comb the hair from the bottom first before blow drying it. It was disappointing that they didn't offer any type of compensation or at least not charge for the service.
