She seemed friendly at first, I scheduled some days in advanced only to receive a cancellation 30 minutes prior to the appointment on the day of my birthday. She did not give me any resources to find someone else, I actually messaged random people on Instagram and received more help from them. Had a horrrrible experience with a previous lash lady long story short my eyes began to swell randomly I went to my lash tech and informed her she just advised me to get eye drops anywho came to my senses was referred to Desiree through a mutual friend just the first time talking to her i could tell she actually cared and was very educated about this. I decided to wait for my old set of lashes (from the previous lady) to somewhat fall out. When Desiree got me in and actually looked at my lashes turned out that the previous Lady was gluing my lashes to my eye lid. I'm soooo greatful for Desiree ! So due to the summer, and what not I have not gotten my lashes. But I recently went in this week and I can't get over my lashes. They look so amazing and full and it has been days. This girl is a GEM! I've been coming to Desiree for my lashes for over 8 months now (since moving to the bay) and I'm so glad I found her on Instagram! She is the REAL DEAL! I remember the first time we met, she greeted me inside and brought me back to her work station. Desiree was very informative and went through with me the different styles of lash extension that would be suitable for me. Whether I had any special events coming up within the month, or simply didn't want to do my makeup everyday, she was able to accomplish the look! Every time we do my fills, it is a very pleasant experience. We chat about life, hardships, work, and so much more! And it definitely just feels like two girlfriends hanging out, you will easily forget she's even working on your lashes. On long days, while she's doing my lashes, I just nap away and wake up with a full set and refreshed LOL The process is not painful or uncomfortable at all. She plays soft music in the background and even has a pillow for you to hug. The glue she uses never stings my eye or gets in my eye, and it dries pretty quickly. Every time when we are done, she asks me to take a look in the mirror to see whether I like the look or not. Every time, I am speechless and blown away by her amazing work.
