Absolutely one of my favorite places to stay in Flagstaff! Everything about this motor Lodge is cool! I am not sure if they took over an old motel and converted it into the motor Lodge it is today but it definitely gives me those vibes! It's a very cozy hotel two stories only and basically an L shape. I am not sure if they've added the three cottages that you can also rent, but these run alongside the green space that is in the center of the hotel next to the pool. If you stay in one of these cottages, you have your own personal outdoor space and fire pit. I am unsure of how big they are as I've never rented them. As you drive up you will see that it is completely painted black, which I absolutely Love! It is nestled at the base of the mountains with a train that runs behind it. I don't know why that makes me so happy but it's very mountain vibe-ish!! When you walk in, it is dark and moody with a young hipster vibe. They have a general store that offers merchandise, breakfast bites, coffees, and light bites for dinner and lunch. I have only stayed here twice so I can only speak about the pizzas because they are so good I've only ordered pizza! The seating is also amazing here. It's very cozy to sit outside either in the lounge chairs or the sofas or by the fire pits. I absolutely love that! Inside they have cozy tables and boozes, along with an entire room of nothing but games, such as pool tables and board games for you to borrow. And if you're traveling with kids, it's pretty convenient to have that green space in front of you so they can run around while you enjoy cocktails, and dinner. I should also mention that it is dog, friendly! The rooms here are very nice as well. The beds are comfortable as well as the pillows and they have cute old school things like the light switches and old radios to add to the ambience. Nearby you can do great hikes if you get in early and you want to stretch your legs. If you're driving through Flagstaff, I recommend this as an overnight stay it's so fun! read more

Nice place, horrible management. Had a great visit, came back a couple nights later, and still enjoyed the vibe and rooms. This second time the hot tub was out of service. No problem, things come up. But that was one of the core reasons we rebooked. The front desk promised it would be fixed that night. The next morning it was still broken, and we asked to use one of the two saunas in place of the broken promises amenity. They said we could but for $75 for the hour. They came back with a "special offer" of $37.50 for a half hour of sauna use. Keep in mind these saunas were totally empty at the time, we just wanted to go between some form of hot to the frigid cold pool. So due to this truly poor management, our five star experience dropped precipitously. We will strongly reconsider any future rebooking as a result. Makes this place feel cheap, greedy, and unaccommodating. A very simple solution was there and they chose not to take it. Honestly, in scenarios like this, they should just open up the saunas to everyone until it's fixed. Such stupid management. What they should really do is have the saunas open to all, all the time. Saunas are meant to be social gathering points, not opportunities to squeeze more money out of guests. It makes this place feel elitist and divided, when it should be a place to meet fellow travelers. Such a simple change would drastically improve the vibe here. No phone in the room, bathroom sink was cracked and water was leaking from under the sink unto the floor, air conditioning would not turn off and heater would not turn on, the light switches were painted black against the black bathroom walls making them almost impossible to find. Walked to the front desk and they sent a repair man to look at the air conditioning/heating unit but he could not fix it. They said they did not have any other rooms available. First and foremost, this a renovated Days Inn. I mention this because (atleast for us) it was evident from the website photos alone. We found out upon check-in. I say that with a lot of love, because the spot is so beautifully renovated, you would never know unless you've stayed in one of the rooms. If a renovated motel, and all that comes with it (paper thin walls, guests parking shining headlights into first floor rooms, no elevators etc) don't bother you, this is an amazing stay. To their credit, they've breathed a lot of life into this space! They try to keep it as interesting as possible with live fire pits, cabins, a pool and hottub, bar, gameroom and the only Nordic spa in Arizona! Rooms include cassette tapes to play and a mini fridge. Downtown and Humphrey Peak are a mere 5 minutes away. This is not my typical stay and although I'm unsure if I'd book again, it was cozy, the staff was super friendly, and overall I'm so happy we gave them a try! Everyone was raving about High Motor Country Lodge -- "a hidden gem," they said. Well, if this is a gem, someone forgot to polish it since the early 2000s. Let's start with the small stuff (or as I call them, the Petits problems). There were exactly three electrical plugs in the entire room. I felt like I was competing in a charging Olympics -- phone in the corner, laptop by the window, toothbrush plugged in halfway across the room. Now, the bathroom... I opened the door and immediately wished I hadn't. The toilet had leftover artwork from the last guest (yes, that kind). And who designed this layout? The toilet is so close to the wall you have to sit sideways like you're driving a go-kart. Jesus, I'm all for maximizing space, but come on -- give me some breathing room for my morning business. The floor? Let's just say I could trace the previous guest's footprints like I was working a crime scene. Looked like someone mopped but forgot that drying was part of the process. Then came the grand finale: the bed. I was excited about a king-size -- until I realized it was more like a sunken ship. I laid down and immediately tilted backward; my head sank lower than my feet. After one night, my lower back was begging for a chiropractor and an apology. Now, to be fair, the aesthetic outside the room is stunning. The lobby, the fireplace, the lounging areas -- absolute perfection. If I could've slept by the fireplace, this review would be five stars. Unfortunately, I had to sleep in the actual room, and that's where this dream turned into a bad Airbnb sketch. In short: High Motor Country Lodge looks great in photos, but in person? OUTSTANDING We wrapped up a five-night camping road trip with a single night here and it was the perfect reset before heading home. Every staff interaction from check-in to the general store, the bar, checkout, and even room service was warm, helpful, and genuine. The team really makes this place shine. The lodge is completely unrecognizable from its former life. Hard to believe this was once a Days Inn. Now it's all retro-modern mountain lodge with a green and gold palette, cozy textures, and a vibe that balances mountain town rustic with boutique polish. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and dog friendly, with a surprisingly great selection of pillows. Most of the upgrades are cosmetic but at rates this fair in Flagstaff it's an unbeatable value. Exterior entry means no noisy hallways and there's ample parking right outside which makes coming and going simple. The bar and common spaces invite you to stay a while and the general store is stocked with thoughtful touches instead of the usual afterthoughts. One night wasn't enough. An old friend of mine introduced me to this place. I drive to Flagstaff often to ski and hike. But I had never heard of this place until she told me about it. High Country Motor Lodge High is a boutique hotel located on Route 66. It is more than just a roadside motel. It has a general store, Nordic Spa and has great views of the sky at night from the courtyard pool area. The rooms are little cottages that are dog friendly. I didn't actually stay here, but met with my friend for drinks in their bar/dining room. We were here for some time and enjoyed reconnecting after many years. I liked the atmosphere and vibe of this place. The general store has a nice selection of gifts, snacks and beverages. I skied all day and was craving something light. So I grabbed a coffee drink and a snack in the store. The staff was really nice and we enjoyed having conversation with one of them. I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I decide to stay in Flagstaff. read more

I tried to make a reservation here for two-night stay, and the price I was quoted jumped up by $100 once the person who tried to book my room realized that "this Friday" did not mean a week from Friday. I went back to the website because these rates were so much higher than what I'd seen there (closer to the original price she gave me for the wrong date), but the price had already fluctuated during the course of the call. Then I saw that Arizona residents get up to 20% off their stay (except during blackout dates). I didn't expect the full $103 discount but was hoping I'd be able to get $40 to $80 off. Reader, the discount was $10, less than 1 percent. I suppose ten dollars is technically "up to $103," but so is no discount at all. This whole experience really felt like a bait and switch, where I was quoted a price $100 lower than the _actual_ price because calendars are hard, and the so-called Arizona resident discount is basically a fabrication. read more

Lets start with the good: The staff were very kind and polite and the beds were comfortable. The lodge offered us a quiet place to rest our heads after a long day of hiking. Now for the rest: The website for the High Country Motor Lodge is beautiful. The reality is slightly different. Our bathroom door (inside and out) was covered in a dried crust of white splatter. Yikes. There was no shampoo. Also, the previous guest had left there body wash in the shower so I can confirm the cleaner was not doing a thourough job in any way. This is not very close to shopping/ dining historic area. Plan on a 25 minute walk on a busy - not so charming main road. My husband and I were really looking forward to having a drink outside at the fire pit. I was sad to learn he spent $20.00 on my glass of wine. The lobby area is very VERY dark but appointed in a retro style. The common breezeway looked like a back alley. read more

It was Mother's Day and I just lost my beautiful daughter and best friend. I wanted to get away so I drove up from Phoenix to High Country Motor Lodge. It was the best decision I could've made. I sat outside on their beautiful patio, drank three tasty local beers, ordered the most delicious pizza, purchased a giant chocolate chip cookie, and slept in the most comfortable and energizing bed. They have pool tables, lounge area, booths, a café, where you can purchase food and other snack items , and more. My parents actually came here for their wedding anniversary almost 35 years ago under prior ownership. Coming with them here was like walking down memory lane. The decor is classy and retro. We also ventured outside where they have wonderful fire pits and you can enjoy the starry night sky. Their drinks are a bit pricey. The ambience was fantastic. What a great little hidden gem in Flag. I thought this was a charming little hotel and did not expect it to have this awesome sauna experience. It's about a 5 min drive from downtown and was very affordable. The property seems recently renovated and the pool and hot tub area is super clean and spacious. If you do anything in Flagstaff, it should be to stay at least one or two nights at the high country motor Lodge. This place was absolutely phenomenal. Every detail was thought out. Down to the coffee and tea that are in your room as a part of the amenities. And this place has it all. Heated pool that you could use in the winter time. Sauna.. restaurant. Amazing cocktail lounge. Game room. Fire pits. We stayed during Christmas week because nothing else in town would be open and this was the perfect stay. Every drink that we got from the bar was incredible. All the food was made in house and so fresh and tasty. We utilized the game room and played foosball and they had a pool table. I would 1000% recommend staying here. Gorgeous inside. I found it by accident driving near NAU one evening. I stopped in as I heard it was a quiet place to read and get a beverage. It was beautiful inside with a retro look, coffee bar, regular bar, fire pits outside and a pool table. It's spacious inside and looked like a lovely place with lots of ambiance! We stayed here for a couple days on an adventure in Flagstaff to check out Snowbowl. The hotel was great even if the skiing was not (it ended up being slushy spring skiing). This hotel looks like a slice of Americana, like a renovated motor inn decorated in a mid-century modern style. The main reception/bar area is beautiful. There is plenty of parking outside, which goes all around the building. The hotel is in a main area that is close to downtown Flagstaff. The rooms are standard but nice. They seem a little dark. It would be helpful to have some overhead lighting in the rooms. The beds are comfy. I like the added touch of Copper cow coffee and tea drops in the rooms! The hotel has laundry rooms (super helpful!), a pool and hot tub, a gym, and a "general store" and bar/restaurant. All of the amenities were great. We weren't overnight guests on this visit, but stopped into the cocktail lounge and were surprised by how family-friendly a cocktail lounge was. As parents of a 4-year-old, we appreciated the board games, foosball, a grassy play area, and fire pits. The ambiance was perfectly balance with the mountain view. Was super excited to stay here but was definitely disappointed. The front desk person was not welcoming or kind he seemed very bothered. The room itself was not great at all, as we were approaching our room there was a group of college kids screaming and shouting profanities with their door wide open. The room was a basic motel room with an uncomfy/creaky bed, the room did not feel super clean, we also had a broken full length mirror and cassette player. As others mentioned the walls were incredibly thin. At night I had to turn on white noise on full volume just to block out some of the noise. The real star of this stay is the amenities we really enjoyed the Nordic spa experience, we also loved the game room area and enjoyed playing pool and other board games. Their food selection was definitely lacking and the rendition of pizza was not great and had no flavor it felt like a waste of money. Based on the room and service I would not stay here again or recommend it to friends, I could however recommend coming for a drink at their bar and to hangout and play games. read more

The lobby/bar/game room/ lounge is architecturally beautiful. They play music from Rt66 heyday (1930s folk-1970s). Way cool. We hung out there a lot. The outside area is also architecturally beautiful, they have a big lawn, surrounded by a bunch of fire pits and lounge area, and really nice pool and hot tub. Our room on back-outside of property is an upgraded motel room. Great things about it are there are lots of hooks for bathing suits, clothes, jackets, etc. and the water pressure in the shower is amazing, I think it's the best shower I've had ever. With a dark paint on the bottom half of the walls, it makes a little hard to see, more lights might be better. It's a nice place to say stay come on with some definite resort property amenities. They have a tape player in the rooms (with USB ports too) but it was fun to see my son struggle with old tech. They give you tips to play. That's a nice touch. We had food at the bar (the hummus plate ) and it was quite delicious especially given that I'm not a big hummus fan. I did read some reviews that said the downtown was within walking distance and I'd have to argue with that. I think it was like a mile away. I'll come back in a minute. I like this town. It has some Route 66 individuality to it, not a bunch of big box restaurants and stores. Lot of Mom and Pop, and individually owned establishments. read more

Unfortunately, I have to amend my previous review to a 1-star. I realized today I was charged $83 greater than my confirmed total without any notice or receipt of this. I called the hotel to ask and they told me I was charged for the sauna experience which was listed as a $0 enhancement when I booked my room. It distinctly said "$0.00/per order including all fees." There are also other enhancements offered that do have prices attached to them, like a pet guest stay and conjoining rooms. However, the sauna experience was listed as $0. When I spoke to someone on the phone today, the woman told me that by selecting this enhancement offered at $0, I was telling them that I wanted to book the sauna experience at full price. However, it didn't list that anywhere on the website. I also wasn't given this information via email, during check-in or when I was checking in for the sauna experience. The woman on the phone confirmed that it doesn't explicitly say this anywhere on the website. I was told a manager would call me back. I never received a call back from the manager but someone else called me back and couldn't explain why this enhancement was shown at $0 with no details or explanation of a further charge. He gave conflicting information, saying that he had no idea how we booked the enhancement for $0 because the website no longer offers that option (conveniently). He told me that when he spoke to the woman who checked us in, that she said she did tell us about the fee. I let him know that neither myself or my boyfriend were told this, as we would've canceled immediately. He didn't acknowledge this and continued to speak over me, telling me that the worker said they told us so they wouldn't offer any refund. The lack of customer service was appalling; I continued to emphasize that had we been told at any point during the booking point through the experience, we would've canceled, but he just said "the lady checking you in said she told you, so we won't refund you" I also never received any sort of receipt for this either, my card was charged automatically. This enhancement has since been taken off the website, so I am unable to provide a screenshot to my credit card to dispute this overcharge and am left with an $83 fraudulent charge. I would absolutely stay away from this hotel at all costs. read more

Flagstaff, Az. Pricey. Ok now that I've spoken about that I'll just talk about other stuff. Check in is easy, and we even got a sauna reservation. The room was nice. The refrigerator is located in the back of the unit, not in the sleeping area. The showers are instantly hot and easy to control. The bed was a perfect firmness. The pillows look huge and fluffy but compress to normal when using. The room was quiet. I was never awakened by the train that runs all night behind the hotel, nor could I hear the noisy teenagers around the pool area. We arrived very hungry. We ordered at a central counter (The General Store) and received a number for our table. The place was jumping with activity and it was hard to get a table that had cushioned chairs but one popped up soon. There is also a lot of seating outside. The food selection is very limited. However the food is quite good. The salad was large and delicious with salami slices intertwined with lettuce, radishes, olives, pepperoncini, and Provolone. Besides salads the only other food offered, besides a few expensive sandwiches, is a variety of pizzas. They call them Pinsa's. Not sure why but didn't care, I just wanted to eat something. I ordered the one called Grit something. I was pleasantly surprised at the nice size of it, I was imagining something much smaller. It was very good and we had plenty for left overs. Breakfast was far from complementary, and was not cheap. I did like it, but decided to seek breakfast elsewhere the following mornings. The granola was excellent. The breakfast Pinsa was another version of their pizza formula and it was good. The latte's were rather weak and too small. I would think with all the room for dining and the large gatherings of people that they would expand their menu. Of course this probably would mean a real full size kitchen, a major undertaking. The sauna's are the real deal and of good size with an adjacent private changing room. The cold plunge is an outdoor shower or simply use the pool which is close by. You get an hour which I found to be more than enough. If the floor gets wet, it becomes dangerously slippery if you're barefoot. USE CAUTION or use flip flops. read more

We toasted marshmallows at night & there's a room with games which the kids also loved. The bar area was great for catching up & grabbing a drink. I stayed for a week for a work conference and I would say this definitely has its pros and cons. Some of the good: the staff is all very friendly and responsive, the bar and courtyard areas are really cute/trendy, the beds are clean and comfortable, it's located in a really easy part of Flagstaff, and it's definitely really affordable. Some of the not so great things is that it's REALLY dark in the rooms (everything is painted dark navy and green and it makes it impossible to get ready or really even "see", the train is really loud, the food and drinks in the General Store are very expensive, and the walls of the rooms are paper thin. It's the second time I've stayed here and it's definitely okay - safe, located close to downtown. Overall a pretty decent stay. (Forgot to get pics) read more

High County Motor Lodge was just the place I needed when doing a staycation in Flagstaff. I had no idea it was here but having a nice hotel close to downtown was needed. I loved the cozy and clean feel, as well as the great food and drinks. The fire pits were lovely and everyone was so kind. The rooms were cozy and nice, aside from the fact that the shower floods a little, one cup was dirty still in the kitchenette, and the cassette player didn't work. I did love, however, the shampoo and conditioner, as well as the lotion provided. It smelled so good and was luxurious. I got a sandwich at the hotel for dinner twice and it was delicious each time. I would love to see more dairy-free options in the future, but the kitchen was able to adjust for the allergy (didn't affect the star rating at all, just a note). Overall, this getaway was so nice and lovely. I will be coming back again. read more

I haven't written a yelp review in I don't know how long, but I'm laying in bed (the most comfortable bed of my life by the way) at the High Country Motor Lodge writing this review only having been here a couple of hours so far because I'm already THAT obsessed. I might be a little biased because we just got married at Casa Loma Beach Hotel in May (one of their properties in California), but their properties just cannot be beat. The aesthetic is so beautiful and relaxing. And FINALLY a hotel that was made for people who are an adult height. I swear everywhere we go - hotels, airbnbs, even our own dang house, the sink is super low or the showers are cramped. Not here! The sink is the perfect height for teeth brushing and face washing. Such an underrated thing. Shower is big enough for my 6'2 body builder husband. Even the light switch in the bathroom is high up on the wall. Such a niche and random, but nice thing to have. We have had zero issue with hearing any neighbors or doors. Our room is the coziest temperature. And it has a mini fridge which is so nice for leftovers. The body wash smells incredible (although maybe a little drying for the skin I suppose, but they also have lotion). I did think I was stuck in the bathroom because I couldn't get the handle to turn to open the door, but my husband has had no issue with it so it seems to be user error haha. The bar and fire pits were so popular, but there was definitely still room for us if we wanted to join in on the fun. We are doing the spa experience in the morning, which I'm excited for! We will definitely be back here many, many times. read more

This is my second visit here. I really like this place. It's a nice change from your standard hotel. It's a redone Days Inn. The outside is a bit "meh" but don't judge it by that. The rooms are standard "motel" rooms but super cute. Super comfy beds. Love the bar area and game room. Fire pits out back to sit around and enjoy a beverage. I didn't use the pool, but it looked kept up. A few cons you should be aware of, the walls are very thin. Don't tell any secrets you don't want your neighbors hearing. LOL. There is a train that runs behind it and is moderately loud. The outside needs some upkeep, the second level railing was all chipped and looks really bad when you pull up to park. The heating/AC are window units and we ended up turning ours off because the heating was so hot and no matter what temp we set it at it wouldn't cool down. All in all, enjoyed this stay as well. If I could submit no stars, I would. I had booked 3 days and left after the first night. I had a death in the family and asked the hotel for a refund for the two nights I would not be staying. I also told them about the unsanitary and unsafe conditions in the room - leaky ceiling, condensation across the room, leaking bathroom ceiling, dirty baseboards, had to put a chair up against the door as there was no visible lock. No restaurant, just a counter to order at and then choose your own table. Very disappointed. The photos on the website do not represent the accommodations. Health department should be called. We loved this place! We stayed here and traveled to Sedona the next day, which was perfect and less costly than staying overnight in Sedona. The staff and food and beverage offerings were great. My con - I requested a pool-view room but was surprised to find that our end unit (1230) looked directly onto a wall. I can only assume it was labeled a "pool view" because it didn't face the parking lot, which feels misleading. Being an end unit also made it quite noisy--likely from staff activity, as the housekeeping area appeared to be located just across the breezeway and below the unit. This room should not be priced or promoted as a view unit. read more

Cute boutique motel. Rooms are revamped and vintage style, it's cute, nice finishing touches. It's what I'd expect with a high traffic, mountain destination, college town hotel. The price was decent, can't complain. Plus their lobby, bar restaurant and lounge area is decorated nice and pretty much has everything you need if you didn't want leave the premises. Coffee, cocktails, food. Plus it's within walking distance to many places. There were a couple minor tweaks that could be made- floor swept especially by bed and under bed, they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the shower wall but our body wash was completely empty, neighbors played music until 2 am and we could hear it all night through our wall, and also smelled like they were smoking. 1. This hotel guarantees the cheapest rate on their website. It wasn't. Hotels.com was $10 cheaper. But I went ahead and booked direct because I thought maybe I'd get a better room by booking directly. 2. I called on Wednesday, 3/26, to extend my stay by an extra day and asked if I could get the same room. The desk clerk said yes. She also incorrectly told me that they didn't have pet free rooms. They do. 3. When we arrived on 3/29, evidently that clerk had not booked the room for the extra night. They couldn't find our reservation. It literally took them over 30 minutes to discover this and correct it. All the while we had to stand next to the host station waiting. This has never happened in my life. 4. As a reward for our long wait, we were given the room closest to Route 66, which the hotel is located on. Both mornings I was awoken before 7:00 by traffic and couldn't get back to sleep. 5. They tack on a nightly amenity fee which is just a trumped up charge that includes the same hotel basics you'd expect which you don't see until you book. As far as I can see in the FAQs, they don't tell you what that is. 6. Pool not heated. 7. When I tried the Contact Us link on the website to offer my comments about their customer service, I was taken to their FAQ page. There appears to be no way to contact them in writing. The reason I'm not giving them less stars based on their poor customer service is that I want to be fair. First off I would like to say that I did really enjoy my stay at the HCML. The aesthetic was really moody and so much more visually interesting than any chain hotel. With that said, there was an attention for detail missing throughout the experience. I suppose I perked up about it being a 4 star lodging, and may have idealized what that means, this is after all a converted motel, in a small college town. The price is reasonable where ever you book, considering the amenities* *The large pool is not heated!!! First thing I noticed is the staff is relatively young compared to other hotels, and definitely were aloof in their attitude, rather than super hospitable, but it was fine because they were all extremely competent. They have a lil general shop (merch, coffee, drinks, snacks), a bar, and dining options which you can order at either shop or bar. They have a bunch of cool, trendy beverages (alcoholic and non), and straightforward cocktails and beer at the bar. Lounge style seating throughout the space and game room (pool table, foosball, board games in a cabinet). Space would be better with two pool tables and no foosball imo. 2 Queen bed room was cheapest. Room had same cool and dark tone aesthetic, with moody earth tones. So this is where some of the issues came up for me... -AC unit was really caked in dust, definitely needed to be cleaned regularly and was not. -Bathroom had no ventilation, so it was always kinda humid -Not enough outlets in convenient locations -Bed frame bigger than mattress so always bumped my shins moving around -TV only had 40 channels, separate app to screen-cast to room TV Things I liked about the room (w/ caveats): Cassette tape radio/BT combo was really cool, except we had to ask for a replacement because there was some tape stuck in ours. Pillows and sheets were extremely comfortable and felt high quality. The absolute highlight tho, was the water pressure in the shower. Absolutely insane, so good! Great water quality, hair never been softer. The large pool, hot tub, and "nordic spa experience" were major draws for us. We visited in May and were not prepared for how cold it is in Flagstaff, as we live in a low altitude, coastal city. The hot tub was sizeable and really great touch, especially for night time star gazing, though I wish they dimmed the lights, as flagstaff is marketed as a certified dark sky city. The nordic spa experience left much to be desired. There's not much explaining done unless you explicitly ask questions. If you book it they don't tell you when to show up, with what to show up with, how the whole process is gonna go. The facilities themselves are cool, but have an issue with the details as well, that didn't make the experience feel relaxing. First off it's not very private. If you want to sit by the fire pit or cool off under the ice cold shower, the space is shared between two saunas/groups, additionally second floor rooms can see into the "private" space. So there is not enough privacy to be in the nude, as is normal for a spa experience. Lets talk about the sauna itself...Not super well insulated, there was music in the sauna (which could not be turned off), but we could also hear the music from the other side at the pool and hot tub. The sauna door was also difficult to open and close. Overall, if I ever come back to flagstaff, I would probably stay here again. read more

Chose this spot because of the reviews and pics. Not worth the money the hype of the restaurant and amenities are over rated. They make it look and sound great then come in room and sting smell of dirty laundr. It was musky and like walked into teen boys room piled with sweaty sports uniform. Not sure how often they clean but room is cakes with dust everywhere and bathroom had stuff and someones hair still on floor. Not worth the money. Pretty gross. Didn't spend almost 300 to have someone hair all over floo. Sheets were stained for the price they need to do better. read more
