Best hotel in flagstaff. Don't be fooled by all the hipster hotels/motels that have minimal offerings and 13 dollar black coffee. Included breakfast and appetizer/dinner are great! 3 cocktails included as well. Great location in town on the edge of campus so it's quiet at night. Ask for a room facing old town the views are beautiful. Staff is always friendly and accommodating! Our kids request this hotel every time we road trip. Oh yeah, super family friendly! Forgot to mention a popcorn machine runs in the afternoons. Rooms are huge and some have been updated. We actually liked the old version of the rooms better but that's up for debate! read more

We had a king suite with a balcony. Asked for a quiet room away from noise. Front desk personnel gave us a room overlooking Route 66 and Milton. The noise from traffic was really loud at night and early morning. In addition, our room was accessed twice by housekeeping with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they left the balcony door open. Nothing was cleaned and nothing missing but it heated up the room and left the room vulnerable to flying insects. The housekeeping manager's reply "you think someone is out to get you", a totally unprofessional and rude remark. At least the General Manager apologized. We have chosen to stay there many times previously while in Flagstaff but decided after this we won't be back. read more

I got caught in a huge snow storm on my way thru Flagstaff and stayed there two extra nights due to road closures. The front desk staff was so accommodating and it was the perfect place to be snowed in! They have fabulous places to work throughout the hotel. It was nice to get out of my room and have a nice place to work for a few hours. They also have a complimentary happy hour every night. The manager came by to say hello and talk to the guests. I rate the Drury Inn & Suites in Flagstaff a solid five stars. There were three of us so I booked a room that would fit 3 people. I booked the 2 Room Terrace Suite 2 Queen Beds. Overall the room was very nice. Super spacious, very clean, everything was good quality, good water pressure, comfortable beds, good AC and the breakfast included was very good. I would recommend this location. My husband and I had a good experience, Marcella was our front desk attendant and she was amazing, and very helpful. The hotel was under construction, so parking was a little difficult to figure out and a little unclear. Construction started at 8 am, but we were warned and it didn't bother us! Breakfast was good. Our only complaint is we had hair all over our shower walls, and we could hear the man in the room next to us snoring. read more

In town for a conference at the adjacent NAU and Drury was the hotel with the conference rate. The room itself was standard, a bit rundown but it was clean. We were happy to find a microwave and a mini fridge in there. What blew me away was all the food included. We were welcomed with the smell of freshly popped popcorn in the lobby at check in. They offer free hot breakfast every morning which includes the usual: coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, continental breakfast items, waffles AND sausage, potatoes, eggs, biscuits and gravy and tortillas! We were informed at check in they have a "5:30 kickback" with 3 drinks per person and "heavy appetizers". That was really generous! Heavy appetizers ended up being a full blown dinner. One night they had pasta, chicken, baked potatoes, salad, veggies. A second night was a nacho bar with the works. I think every night they have hot dogs. It won't win any James Beard awards or Michelin stars but it gets the job done. No frills hotel. The food perks alone are a great deal for a budget conscious family! read more

We stayed here while on our Route 66 road trip. The hotel is really nice on the outside is really nice and well kept and the inside looks exactly like the website listing pictures. I've stayed at a handful of Drury Hotels, so my expectations were high, but were also met. The parking was not as convenient as I usually have at hotels, and I didn't expect to have to park in a parking garage behind the hotel due to lack of parking. I never imagined a Sunday night would be so busy that there would be very minimal parking here, but it was insanely packed here tonight. The staff was really friendly and helpful, even with how busy it was and I'm sure it was overwhelming for them. When we came in we were helped by a gentleman who was the assistant general manager (didn't catch his name) who was really nice and helpful. The pool area even being indoor, wasn't a typical swampy humid indoor pool.. not sure how they did it but it wasn't miserable the entire hour my little one was swimming. The dinner reception definitely disappointed compared to other drurys I've stayed at, but my little one was pretty stoked to have a hot dog so that was cool. You do get 3 free drinks from their bar when you stay here, so that's definitely a bonus for the people who do drink. The room was nice, exactly what I expected because again, the website pictures are absolutely accurate. The ac didn't work very well, which isn't a deal breaker in March when there's snow on the ground but it would have been nice for it to work better than it did. Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay and definitely holds to the Drury standards you'd expect from them. read more

A bargain! Checked in on Tuesday 1/20/26 for a 1 night stay. Got a $94 rate and it included their 5:30pm Kick Back food and 3 drinks, breakfast, and parking. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. Only complaint is that the alarm clock in my room went off at 6:00 am. I wish room cleaning staff would check that each time. read more

I have stayed at this Drury location a handful of times with my recent visit being this past week. I really like it for the location being so close to downtown and the perks are hard to beat The benefits of a covered parking garage with room key access into the garage and out, hotel access from the parking garage, breakfast, and dinner light bites and 3 drinks per person! My shower was leaking and there were some stains on the edge of my bed but other than that this place is pretty nice! read more

We've stayed in a lot of hotels and prefer Drury. This hotel was nice, had a really good atmosphere inside the lobby, plenty of indoor seating and the garage parking was nice. Rooms were nice, clean, and serviced daily with awesome views. Had the typical free breakfast and the best free "happy hour" of any other hotel property. Staff was exceptional as usual. Nice hotel and was surprised by the 3 free drinks and light supper. But I got food poisoning, was sick all night. Luckily the hotel gave us a later check out by an hour. Couldn't control temperature in room because there was a ventilation fan blowing constantly. Had to put the heat on to balance the cool air. Very clean room and bathroom. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. read more

We had an incredible experience at the Drury Inn! There was a huge amount of people here and I am pretty sure we met a manager at every single shift. The employees were welcoming and friendly. We even had a nice conversation on the way out of the door. If you're looking for a great place to hang out with your friends and family in Flagstaff this is a great hotel! Price was a little high and misleading from what Expedia showed originally to what was actually available and met our needs. Room was nice and clean with a large bathroom, much larger than most comparable hotel rooms. Ice machine on the floor was out of order. Complimentary hors d'ouvres and adult drinks 5:30 pm to 7pm but the cocktails seemed very low end. The local ipa beer offering was good though. Decent complimentary breakfast buffet with real eggs and many options. 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown but right at the edge of Northern Arizona University. read more

This hotel is so beautiful, and very clean! I was impressed at seeing how well the grounds are kept, and how clean the interior is. It's a very welcoming, warm and cozy vibe! The staff that work here are also very friendly, and easy to talk with. There is ample parking for all who come to visit, and it's very close to restaurants, and downtown Flagstaff. Everything is within walking distance, including NAU. If you're visiting from out of town, this is the best option for a hotel that will provide a safe secure room, with great amenities and good food options! Simple, nothing super special or fancy. However, it's clean, feels safe, and the staff was very nice. The shower is VERY small and tight but it wasn't that big of a deal. The entire room was clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. The AC is very loud so that can be tough for light sleepers. The breakfast was simple but filling. Eggs, sausage, a variety of breads, waffle maker, juices, coffee, tea. Overall, a good experience and I would stay again. read more

I grew up in Missouri where Drury Inn got its start and was quite surprised when I saw one in Flagstaff Az. My wife and I frequent the one in Sikeston Mo and thought maybe the one in Az is as good as the ones in Sikeston and Cape Girardeau! We could not believe the consistency between Mo and AZ. Same hospitality, same high quality rooms, same kickback from 530 to 700 pm, same free breakfast. Good job Drury family. Stay private, out of politics, and continue to prosper. read more

Wow I'm so sorry this review is super late I thought I already left the review on this hotel. I guess it was a draft and never posted. And i have to give love to this place. I think it was may. The main question is would you recommend it to a friend and would i consider returning. The answer to both is yes. We were only here for 3 nights ...had a few other stops in Phoenix az and laguna beach ca. This was our first time in the Sedona area and i have intentions to return. The hotel was outside sedona in Flagstaff right near the college. This wasnt our yearly vacation..it was his work trip thatcwe added some days to. We werent planning on being in the room much. Wanted clean and comfortable ... it was about 20 or 30 minutes to sedona. But much cheaper than Sedona which was a factor for us. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was just ok. Not my favorites but it was a free meal that saved us $$ i am diabetic and took a couple of the small pnut butter which helped in the emergency blood sugar issues. In the early evening they serve a free cocktail and some snacks... pasta, nachos ect. Once that was our dinner. The reviews were goid but We had a few issues but the staff made it right in the end. Theres only 1 elevator and it was out. We had 2 weeks of luggage, so our bags were huge and heavy and i have bad shoulders. So that was bad. They didnt just tell us so we waited for 45 minutes .. they kept saying it would work soon. Wish they had been upfront. Hated my husband with back issues to carry up several flights of stairs. Our room was a corner room shaped oddly and the only vent blew on the bed. There were hairs in bathroom that werent us. Had to ask for extra pillow. The girl on yhe phone insisted on bringing it. She was super nice. Great asset employee! Rare find. Wish i had her name. She asked how we were enjoying the stay when i said there had been some issues she wanted to hear. she heard some of our issues she said she would convey it to the manager. I was very impressed she seemed so genuine. She called and offered us a extra daily discount which i was beyond happy about. I assume the next visit wouldnt have the random issues. I would totally love to return. Across the street is a restaurant that the college uses i loved watching the robot devices pick up food and head outcto deliver. Never saw that before. Stayed one night and really enjoyed it. We were surprised by complimentary three (3) drinks for each of us and a buffet happy hour dinner! Whenever I have to book a hotel room somewhere I hope that a Drury is there because they are a reliable place to stay that doesn't limit you on dog size which is fantastic. I didn't bring my dog on this trip since I was solo traveling with a toddler, but I felt so safe and familiar with the brand that traveling solo with a toddler was a breeze. Check-in was fast, we parked in the garage and used a cart to lug everything in along with the toddler sitting on top. My son absolutely loved the unlimited number of hot dogs he got to eat during the kickback time, we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub a few times as well. Breakfast was wonderful and I'm sure my son ate as many lucky charms as he could each morning. Rooms were clean, spacious, and easy to get to and from. One thing I would note, that isn't their fault is that sitting right next to 1899 on a Friday night was quite loud. There was a DJ on the lawn and some sort of college party going on, I did not realize we were literally on the edge of campus. I ended up putting on white noise so my son could sleep. The staff was friendly, helpful, and it was such a great location. I highly recommend staying here. read more

I stay here monthly I was pretty disappointed in this recent stay because there wasn't any popcorn. Apparently it came out late. My room was a little dated and the furniture had stains on it. It's starting to lose its luster. The dinners and the breakfast are relatively consistent and you feel like you're getting the same food day every day, I have moved to a couple different boutique hotels but I keep ending up back here because of its proximity to campus. That's why it gets three stars. Location location location. I also kind of like the vies when it snows but it wasn't snowing this week when I felt like the room was sort of dark and a little bit dingy. read more

After driving 9+ hours all we wanted to do was check into our room and get a good night's sleep. We arrived around 5pm and stood in line with about 4 others who were waiting to check in. Parking is very limited and many people park in the loading/unloading zone which makes it difficult for others to unload vehicles. The hotel should reserve the few spaces they have for oversized vehicles and make all compact vehicles park in the parking garage. We got lucky and found a spot down the street. The hotel seems to get very busy being in downtown and located near a University. I was surprised how big the rooms were. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Overall we had a nice time staying here but wish we would have been able to park closer to the hotel. read more
