Wow amazing is all I will say!!! From check in to check out. The ladies who checked us in were amazing and gave us great food ideas! Our condo was completely clean top to bottom. We cooked allot in the condo and everything was perfect for what we needed. We had a one bedroom condo with a sleeper for our 16yr old daughter. Sharing bathroom was a challenge and next time I will get a two bedroom Where we stayed was perfect distance to everything and we did alllottt of sightseeing since it was our first time here on the western side of US. I would recommend that the adjoining door the opens to out condo if needed needs some kind of noise barrier. We could hear kids playing right on other side, plus people talking very clearly. Club Wyndham/Worldmark can only be accessed via timeshares which are generally scams. These are so bad that if you want to get out of a timeshare, you usually need to hire a lawyer to get out of it because of how badly they lock you in. Thus, don't sign up for a timeshare unless you know you really really want it as they can be useful if you're looking for something specific (ex: doing a yearly trip at the same timeframe) This business in particular tricks you by not telling you about the exorbitant maintenance fees you have to pay every single year. You get credits every single year and those credits don't carry over. However, what you get is a really high quality resort here. It has so many amenities that you could literally spend a whole day using the resort facilities instead of going out in town. They have a big clubhouse and a small clubhouse. Their public amenities include outdoor swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi, half basketball court, golf range, golf course, library, business center, restaurant, tennis court, pickleball, small fitness area, billards, a cafe/dessert bar. The swimming pools are closed during the winter which makes me wonder why they weren't indoor pools so that they can be open year round. They've got plenty of tea, coffee, and cider in the main office building too. There's just so much to do here. What's amazing about this place is that each place is its own separate home. This pretty much ensures you'll get peace and quiet during your sleep since you don't share a wall with any other neighbors. The place is decked out to be like an extended stay: there's multiple TV's, a washer and dryer, multiple tables and couches, a full set of kitchenware from blenders, coffee makers, cooking pots, oven, microwave, and more. What's amazing to me was their outdoor hot tub which is fantastic. You get your own personal parking space in front of the cabin as well. The whole area is clean and well kept. Overall, it's a pretty amazing resort. It's a darn shame that it's locked behind scummy timeshare practices. It'd be way better if you could just book these like a normal hotel stay. read more

Me and my kids had a wonderful stay here. Our room was amazing. Although we had hoped for a tub there were only showers. No worries. It was still great. Spacious. Clean. Nicely remodeled. Fireplace. The staff was top notch. Super nice and helpful. We loved the clubhouse with all the games, basketball, mini golf, cafe. The grounds are beautiful in the forest with all the trees and nature. The only thing I can say is our condo had an attachment to the condo next to us and I know if we would have had loud people next to us it would have made our stay not as enjoyable we had a very quiet couple next to us but I could still hear them stirring their coffee in the morning like you can hear straight through that door but we were really quiet they were really quiet so it worked out. read more

Wyndham Flagstaff: The Arizona Snow Bowl The primary destination was the Phoenix convention center in order to present a paper at a national conference. Phoenix is a popular convention city with a metropolitan population of 4,281,899 and the fifth largest city in the U.S. Phoenix and the metropolitan area is a destination site; although, Phoenix attracts many business travelers. We always insist on visiting the Heard Museum of Native Cultures and Art. We are especially interested in The Barry Goldwater Collection of 437 historic Hopi kachina dolls. I was able to arrange for an extended visit to Flagstaff, Arizona following the presentation of an academic paper at the Phoenix convention center. The conference was in the winter, and we packed our skis, boots, and ski gear for the Delta flight. We rented a Chevy SUV four-by-four, and our destination was the Wyndham Flagstaff timeshare as base camp for a week of skiing at the Arizona Snow Bowl near Flagstaff. I do not prefer metropolitan Phoenix; even though as a newer U.S. city, the streets of Phoenix are a grid that provides for easy navigation. Phoenix is a U.S. desert city and provides all the amenities of an accomplished and planned metropolitan environment. The route to Flagstaff, AZ is I-17 for about 140 miles and requires nearly two hours to drive to Flagstaff, and perhaps another ten minutes to check in at the Wyndham Flagstaff. What a contrast between the desert city and the mountain town. We have nearly forty years of consistent visits to Flagstaff, and I prefer this mountain region for a holiday. We have decided to trade into the Wyndham Flagstaff (1900 N. Country Club Drive Flagstaff, Arizona, United States, North America 86004); although, the property is a former Fair Field property. This is an easy property to locate. The check in proceeds swiftly, and within minutes we are parked and unpacking into a very nice timeshare with views that one expects in Flagstaff. Since the Wyndham Flagstaff is sold out, there is no annoying sales office. Most of the secondary market re-sales weeks are asking $2,000.00; although, one "out-of touch soul" has hung out a $10,000.00 price tag. Flagstaff, Arizona is a small city with a population of 58,213 at an elevation of 6,910 ft. The winter brings a dramatic contrast in temperature, climate, elevation, and demographics in a short two-hour drive. Northern Arizona University is a major presence in Flagstaff. The campus population of 22,507 is a major influence on the economy and culture of Flagstaff. We are at home in a university town. The kitchen is a working kitchen and nicely equipped; the dining area and living room are comfortable and welcoming; of course, one expects a fireplace in a mountain condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided an environment very nicely decorated for rest. We are pleased with this property and will revisit as opportunity presents. A special bonus is the outdoors private hot tub on the back deck. Each condo has a private deck, and each outdoors hot tub is very private. We find several opportunities during the day and night to use this hot tub. Somehow, we have always preferred the outdoors hot tub, especially with a mountain view. The in-unit laundry facilities are always a plus. Specifically, we discovered that visitors and owners rated the Wyndham Flagstaff very highly. The staff is consistently rated highly. While the property is nearly a quarter of a century old, it is maintained extremely well; the furniture, carpet, and appliances are renewed or refurbished on a regular maintenance schedule. The units vary from a single floor layout to multiple floors. Owners may be more judicious in the selection of floor plans than we were for this holiday. We found a very nice selection of restaurants in Flagstaff; however, our busy schedule did not often provide much leisurely time for dining out. We found the Chevy SUV four-by-four to be an absolute necessity at the Arizona Snow Bowl that is located on the majestic San Francisco Peaks and is 14 miles outside of Flagstaff. The primary roads were cleared, but the parking area had not been plowed. There were numerous automobiles stuck in the heavy snow in the parking area. We suspect that several skiers were exhausted from pushing the automobiles prior to stepping into their ski bindings. The Arizona Snow Bowl is at an elevation of 9,200 feet, and the summit rises to 11,500 feet with a vertical drop of 2,300 feet. There are 777 skiable acres with 32 runs and a good mix of trails. The longest trail is two miles, and the average annual snowfall is 260 inches. Our experience is that Utah has great powder skiing, and Colorado is renowned for its many major ski areas. But given a 11,500 foot mountain two hours from Phoenix, we found the skiing to be nearly perfect. I speak annually at another national conference in Las Vegas in the spring and have presented papers for the past twelve years. read more

If I could put zero I would. I can honestly this stay has changed me as a person. I don't take safety for granted any longer. We happily stayed here for a disc golf tournament. When we arrived, the front desk and concierge were kind and attentive. We did try to extend our stay, but we're told they had rooms but we needed to call in order to use our points. We thought this was odd. During our stay we had two spiders in our room. Neither my husband or I like spiders. Funny during our visit a pest control van came and went into the unit attached to us. The evening sky from the balcony was beautiful. Pictures included. Now for the reason why I would never recommend this location to anyone! My husband left super early in the morning for his tourney. I was still in bed asleep. About 8:20ish I woke up to who I thought was my husband because I could see facial hair. I was drowsy and not awake. Worse is I was NAKED. I came to a bit and heard someone say it's still occupied and someone is asleep. Thinking my husband brought someone to our unit to use the restroom or give him a disc, but my brain couldn't put two and two together. I said, "hello"? And no response. I saw a second figure that started to back away. Confused, I closed my eyes and reopened and couldn't see anyone. Didn't hear the door open or close. I yelled out again. Nothing. I text my husband to see if he had been there and he said nope. The text went through at 8:31am. Now I am panicked. Terrified. I'm yelling but I hear nothing. My husband told me to call the front desk. There was zero phone in the bedroom and I had to walk out to call. I got dressed. No one there. So confused I laid back down and tried to go back to sleep. Literally thinking I dreamt it all. Next thing I know the doorbell rings and two men, one leaning unprofessionally against the building (this is the one with the facial hair) and he said they were there to fix the air conditioner. I told them that the air conditioner was fine and there was no issues. They said they had a work order for that location. I said that there was no work order placed. I contacted my husband and let him know that those two had entered the building, and then came out and rang the doorbell and tried to hide the fact that they were in the building, while I was naked in bed. When my husband got back, he went to the front desk and complained about the situation. The ladies told him that they would contact the property manager and get back to us. They did and offered us dinner at the restaurant on site. Initially my husband took the envelope and discussed it with me, and we both determined that it was unacceptable , the other thing that we found out was there was a work order placed for an air conditioner but it was not our unit and they admitted to making a mistake with the location and unit number. The day before we checked out we took the envelope back to the front desk and let them know that it was unacceptable and we wish to speak to the property manager directly Without my husband telling the individual his name she said, "are you Roger"? He said yes, but was utterly shocked. Now we knew that the whole team at Wyndham knew about the situation which embarrassed me and made me uncomfortable even more. They told Roger that they would have the property manager call us the next day and she never did, we've left messages and nothing. We don't know what to do at this point but I'm embarrassed and obviously in 52 years of my life something like this has never happened. I now won't let my hubby leave without waking me up so I can firmly secure the door from the inside. I can honestly say I think about this situation often and I don't want to imagine what could have happened had either of these men or both decided to take advantage of this situation. It's terrifying to think about. I'm just totally uncomfortable. Even worse it feels like the property manager has completely avoided the situation. Side note: While my husband was in the lobby another guest came in and started complaining about a maid entering his until and beginning to clean it as if he was checking out. The employee stated they had received a text that they were checking out. He said "No, he had four more days". The employee admitted in front of my hubby that the text sent out for cleaning department was incorrect and that they had made a mistake. Seriously? Wow. read more

My family stayed here this month and had a great experience. The rooms were nice, and the grounds were well maintained. My grandbabies loved the heated kiddy pool, and the adults in the group enjoyed the shaded spa area. The mini golf was closed due to lightning, so we couldn't go in there, but it was a need feature they had. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. read more

We bought Wyndham on ebay 15 years ago for $1.00. They will ask you to attend a sales presentation so take my advice and look at 3rd party sites and do not buy from them. All that being said, this property was our favorite in all of Wyndham. Classy staff that was friendly and helpful, quite property with no noise. Our condo had three levels, a giant fireplace, and two patios. The clubhouse was great, it has a small restaurant, free video games, tvs, computers, and a pool/spa. read more

Worst Wyndham experience we have ever had. Housekeeping is an outside company and they steal your stuff. Hotel staff could not care less. Rachel, front desk manager, was especially rude and unprofessional. I've been told I would be contacted several times but have received no follow up from them. Resort manager, Jodine, failed to follow up after promising to interview the housekeeping staff that cleaned our room. Could not be more disappointed. The room we stayed in, 13A, shares a wall and door with 13B. There's a large gap between the door and the ceiling, and we could hear everything the people that were staying in 13B did. We will never be returning and will let other Wyndham owners aware of this awful experience. read more

We had a great stay in 301 with a family of 5. The space is great and comfortable furniture. We love having a stocked kitchen and option to eat at "home". It was March so looks were closed but enjoyed the hot tub and family friendly amenities they offer. Great location to some hiking trails. We really loved this property. It was very neat and clean except for the fact that when they clean a room, it is obvious they do it with the door to the room open. Behind the doors lurk some dust and debris. In the master bath, there was a bit of poo on the wall only noticeable when you closed the door. There were also some tops of furniture that weren't clean in the upstairs. I wrote a review, turned in my "experience card", talked to the front desk and no less than three times they told me they would contact me. They didn't. I am more upset about that than I am about the lack of cleanliness. It would have been professional of them to contact me and let me give them a cleaning tip that would only enhance their service and the rental experience of future customers. But after further discussion they have inventory available through them instead of Expedia for the better room A but they want to charge $220 instead of the current rate I booked $129. Buyer Beware 3: Lisa is the representative that helped me and her pitch is similar to other reps I've delt with at these timeshare properties and they give you run around arounds that end up they can't help you. I'd recommend not staying at this hotel unless you get room A as the room B isn't worth the money. read more

Wyndham Flagstaff is beautiful resort up in the mountains. This last weekend we had a beautiful 2 bedroom deluxe townhouse. The unit was split level with a sort of mezzanine level. When you come in the front door there are 2 staircases. One goes down into the master bedroom which is equipped with a king sized bed, tv entertainment center, huge closet door it's own balcony. The master bath has a huge jacuzzi tub perfect for unwinding after a long day. Upstairs from the front door is the living room, dining area and full kitchen. Off the dining room is another full balcony. The living room is equipped with a large tv entertainment center, couch and two comfy chairs. On the same level as the front door is the second bedroom with 2 double beds, tv and attached full bath. The views from the balcony are beautiful as you can see from the attached pictures. read more

If I was able to give a 0 star review on service, I would. On the resort information you receive when you get to the resort is a phone number for tennis and racket ball. On the paper it goes into detail that if you would like to use these amenities, you have to make a reservation. I called in the morning, spoke with the service desk member and they put my reservation in. I was then instructed to show up at my designated time, bring my room key card, and bring in my own equipment. My family and I went out to buy equipment to enjoy this amenity the resort offered. As I arrived to the tennis courts at my designated time, we found a number key pad to the courts. To my surprise I was never given any passcode number when I made my reservation so naturally I called the tennis guest service number for assistance. They were closed for the day. I then called the resorts front desk for assistance, in full confidence that they would have the passcode. Which they proceeded to tell me that they didn't. They told me the tennis courts are apart of the continental country club and they are unable to be reached at this time. This baffled me that a partnership that SHARES amenities, would not have these codes saved for the guests. I followed all the steps this resort required, and still was dealing with communication issues between both the country club and the Wyndham. My family and I waited on hold while Wyndham resort couldn't find the code for the tennis gate. There should be better training for Front Desk workers at the Continental Country Club, when dealing with Time Share Members. There should be a better solution in place for when the Continental team is unavailable. I was extremely disappointed that after I expressed my family and I spent money on equipment to use this amenity that they still couldn't offer me a solution. 5 stars for beautiful property and location, 2 stars for inadequate maintenance. Stayed at this location for two nights and found that the mattress in the spare bedroom sagged heavily in the middle and offered no back support. The next day I had back pain. There was a plumbing issue in the main bathroom where the shower head attached to the wall and it would be spraying profusely when the shower was turned on. The spray would hit the ceiling of the bathroom and drip down on you while you're taking a shower, which made for an unpleasant shower experience. The cooking utensils needed attention too. The property and location are attractive but perhaps because of this property management is pretty relaxed and let the finer details go? Didn't bother the staff about this until the exit survey because we were only staying two nights but these are items that shouldn't have been left for the guests to discover during their stay. read more

Second time we used our timeshare here in Flagstaff, Arizona. Each time we have spent a total of 7 nights here. Each time our stay has been terrific. We have always been fortunate to receive the 2 bedroom condo with loft and jacuzzi. There is plenty of room for everyone! Beds are comfy, Kitchen is fully equipped so we were able to save money and cook during most of our stay. Twice we have called maintenance. Each time they came quickly to solve the problem. Very professional and efficient. The jacuzzi is located on the back deck outside, and it worked great! It was a nice experience to relax in the jacuzzi while it was snowing outside!! Cold and Hot at the same time!! ;) The Wyndham Flagstaff is a great location. It's driving distance to many wonderful places. Some of the places we have explored during our stay here is the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Phoenix, and Page, AZ. Terrific base of operations. Highly recommend you not stay here. We were woken up for several hours after an exhausting day of travel by a group of teenagers ringing the doorbell. We called the office and security came only to tell us they know it's an issue. Apparently, it's a group of people that live in the apartments by the Wyndham. They offered no real help or solutions. I am curious why Wyndham wouldn't take more initiative with legal intervention if they are aware this is an ongoing issue. What a disappointing experience.....far from relaxing. read more

Firstly we have been Wyndham owners for ten years and are Gold VIP. Unfortunately, I made the grave error of moving Wyndham points to RCI and booked this through RCI just to use those points before they expired. I also had to pay $300 in addition to my points. We arrived at 2pm and we are used to getting in our room right away. Well surprise! They didn't even know we were Wyndham owners. So our condo wasn't ready. We had to drive around for two hours and when we came back, they gave us our key. We drove all the way to the furthest back of the property and they were still in our condo. We get in, and imagine our surprise to find we are in an old 1br apartment with a tiny shower and tub. No jacuzzi like we usually have, the appliances are at least 20 years old (coil range), don't even match, and the whole apartment would have fit into the condo we just left at Wyndham Sedona. We look outside on the back "deck" haha, and right below us is an open pipe that is overflowing with raw sewage...toilet paper and corn are a big draw, you know? Pretty obvious they gave us the shittiest place in the community, since they think we are RCI. Never again will I move points to RCI. Even though this is a Wyndham property, they don't see you as Wyndham owners, and they also tried to break out the big sales staff. Vultures. read more

My mother-in-law has a timeshare and let us use it for a few days to escape the Phoenix heat. This place was perfect!!! The front desk was nice and courteous without being intrusive. The accommodations are spacious. It's just me and my husband and we have a 2 bed 2 bath cottage all to ourselves. The jacuzzi and deck are a nice touch. It's nice to be able to open windows unlike when staying at a hotel. There is no ceiling fan in the bedroom but the second bedroom room had a tall oscillating fan in the closet that was perfect. The best part is washing and dryer in the unit with complimentary detergent. I'm sure some people will complain about the property but considering we didn't have to pay, the property is clean & well maintained, it was only a 2 hour drive from home AND 25-30 degrees cooler then Phoenix what is there to fuss about?! read more

Just note, I booked through airbnb and we got a 1 bedroom unit. Good: -We were allowed to check in early, I thought we would be late, but I underestimated our hiking speed and we were tired! -Nice central place for us to be housed so we could go to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, and Utah. -Nice to have a kitchen so we could come back after long days and have food, and also have breakfast in the morning. -Nice amenities - played miniature golf once and made use of getting fruit smoothies one afternoon. Bad: -When we checked in, we were hassled by a gentleman to sign up for a session. Not interested, should have been enough the first time. But it was one after another of, we can offer another time for you to participate, is there a reason why you don't want to do this, etc. We were tired after hiking 28 miles!! -The keys did not work, had to go back and get the keys redone at the front desk. But when they did work, it was a pain to open the door. I could never get it to work, but my husband could after difficulties every time. It is like a hotel card, but for some reason, the door handle stuck and you had to push down on it hard and time it right with the key unlocking the door. -The walls are super thin - as in we could hear our neighbor closing their microwave door or taking a spoon out of the cabinet drawer. With all of that, this place provided a great stay and we would probably stay here again, maybe not in the summer when it is probably busy with families, but it was quiet otherwise. read more

If you want a good night sleep and timely room service then avoid at all cost . we stayed in 1 bed room with a king bed and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was really in bad condition and mattress was sagging very badly . I complain to front desk guy promised to me that they would take some corrective action by evening they are this is what it is kind of attitude. On closer look I found sofa bed 7 year old and mattress was 5 year old . In morning we ask for towel which took pretty much 2 hours to get delivered . Wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was everything I could need and more. Clean, well furnished, washer and dryer for my clothes, even extra trash bags under the sink that came in handy when one of my shampoo bottles exploded in my suitcase. Updated review: We have stayed here a couple of times in the past year because we love that it's a mini condo with the option to cook food at home instead of going out to eat but this last trip we decided it's not worth it anymore. They've always made you speak to someone before getting your parking pass about the Wyndham time share but they have never been so aggressive. Usually we just say we aren't interested and they stop but it was high pressure for at least 10 minutes before they would let us leave & then called us to pressure us again the next day. Staff: Helpful, polite and professional. I didn't get in until 3:30am due to traffic & I was greeted by a friendly employee at the front desk. The employee even moved back our checkout time (no extra charge) so we could get a little more much needed sleep. Room (1 room/king size bed): very well kept! Living Area/Kitchen: clean, spacious and very comfortable. Fully functioning kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. It had all the pots, pans, utensils to make any meal. The living room and dining room were a great size- a table seating 6 and 2 leather couches with a fireplace overlooking a wooded area and back patio. Bedroom: In the hallway to the bedroom there was a small closet with a washer & dryer with detergent packets just waiting to be used. Huge bed with tv and wonderful bathroom with toilet and shower. In a separate room, a huge tub that overlooks a large wooded area. Super relaxing. All around a great experience! read more

I subtracted one star due to the hard sell encountered at Wyndham's Concierge/Activities desk after check-in. That is described at the end. The Pro We loved the accommodations. Our condo was spacious and clean. The loft upstairs had a set of twin beds and a king bed in their own separate sleeping areas, along with a full bath. This allowed mom and dad to send the boys up to the loft to play their video games and to watch satellite TV, while we had drinks (and me a cigar) in the hot tub. Afterwards, we were able to retire to our own master suite on the bottom floor for a comfy night's sleep in our own king bed. The amenities include free WiFi, stackable washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, gas fire place and a hot tub. We'll definitely be back! The Con Upon our arrival to check in we were met by a clean cut and 20-something young man who was pleasant. After we completed our check-in, he sent to a concierge/activity desk, telling us we need to get a property map from that desk. When we arrived at the desk, we were accosted by a young lady who appeared to be partly compensated in her job by earning commission cuts from the local tourist outfits. What we found most objectionable was how she attempted to get us to take a "cattle call" tour on a bus to see the canyon. We told her we planned on driving from the south end of the road along the south rim, the 25 miles along the canyon, to the north end of the south rim, then to exit. She told us that that was a bad plan. She went on to say that since 9/11, most all the "overlooks" into the canyon only permitted tour buses, that private autos were no longer allowed due to what happened on 9/11. It was a safety thing, she said. She went on to say only one overlook was open to autos on the south end of the south rim, called Desert View. She really pushed the bus tour. She also tried to "hard sell" us on other tours, and she attempted to get us to sit for a 90 minute presentation which we believe was sales pitch to sell us more time share. We were so let down by how the Grand Canyon was presented to us by Wyndham, we almost decided not to go. After driving all day with the kids kicking the back of my seat, the last thing we wished to do was to spend 20 minutes at a desk after check-in, to be hard sold a bunch of tourist crap, especially in light that the wife needed to wee-wee, and my back teeth were floating as well, because I needed to use the restroom. I just wanted to get to my unit, grab a cigar and a cocktail, and begin relaxing. We found the second desk to be unwelcome, intrusive, and something we wouldn't expect from a name like Wyndham. Epilogue: The entire 25 mile length of drive that runs along the full south rim of the Grand Canyon was completely accessible. Only one overlook was closed. It was under maintenance. The crowds were minimal, and we saw only one tour bus. Thankfully, we took a chance, we drove the Canyon, and we had a marvelous time. read more

So far, so good. We checked in on Thursday and check out Monday. The staff has been very kind and helpful and the coffee I. The lobby is my favorite coffee anywhere in town. The full size kitchen is no joke. Fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. this was my favorite part of the room! This place is beautiful! Our first night driving in we saw at least 100 head of elk just next to where we are staying, they were amazing! It's also located away from all the city and tourist stuff, but close enough to reach everything quickly. Fry's grocery store up the street has an amazing selection of natural food options and delicious produce. Only an hour from Sedona if you take the long way down the beautiful 89A. My husband and I are military and stationed in Vegas so this was an amazing trip that is a good break from the city. I haven't seen any kids either which is a plus for us since we prefer our vacations to be an adult environment with quiet and relaxation. We used the fitness center, it's old and not super maintained, but did the trick and we could manage. My only complaint so far is they have horrible Seattle's Best coffee in the rooms, and the Farmer Brothers coffee in the lobby is well worth the trip inside. read more

So I just finished staying a week here and I have to say the Wyndham resort is a great place to take a vacation. However there is one GLARING problem that it was enough to knock this place down from 5 to 3 stars. The resort is close to the freeway and stores, the grounds were clean and well kept. Our condo was large, nicely furnished and was a pleasure to stay in. They also have a great clubhouse, with free video games on state of the art LCD TV's, pool tables, DVD rentals, an ice cream/coffee bar and a day spa. There are two pools, one for the little kids and one for the adults. They also have a mini golf course and a kiddie playground. What killed this place was the horrible wi-fi that they have. I rather pay for good high speed internet than get free unusable internet. I ran a few speed tests, pings and traceroutes and I was lucky to get 1kb up and down with 1500ms ping times. Hello early 90's, my old 28.8 modem was faster than this. Being an IT guy who has to manage my company's datacenter, I was lucky that my new cell phone had a free tethering promotion going on or I would have been sunk. To be fair I did call and complain to the company Colubris who provides IT services to the resort, they tried, but did not fix the issue before I left. read more
