This inn is an absolute gem. David, the host, was welcoming, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. The rooms are cozy (a fireplace! the tub!) and made for a perfect weekend getaway on the cape. We couldn't recommend this place more, and will certainly be back for a visit in the future! read more

My partner and I made our first trip to Provincetown with another couple and spent five wonderful nights at the Admiral's Landing. We chose this particular spot because it seemed centrally located (it is!) and because it seemed reasonably priced for the amenities offered (again, true). Our hostesses, Audri and Robyn, made us feel right at home from the start. Robyn showed us up to Room 5, which was beautifully appointed with a comfy queen bed (perfect for two queens!) and all the technology you can imagine: flat screen TV (although we never turned it on), DVD player, clock radio with an iPhone dock, refrigerator, air conditioning (and not one of those ugly window units either!). The bathroom is small but functional, and the whole place is clean as a whistle thanks to friendly Juliet. My only regret is that we came in the summer time, which meant we didn't get to use the gorgeous gas fireplace... but that's easily remedied with an off-season trip in the future! Audri and Robyn have wisely anticipated and provided for every need... 24-hour coffee service in the dining area, ice maker, delicious and nutritious breakfasts (I'm still trying to convince my partner to start serving daily Admiral's Cups!), even corkscrews and glassware for the occasional (ahem) beverage. And to top it all off, they delivered service with a smile and a warm heart. Never have I met two people better suited to own and operate a B&B, and I cannot wait to visit them again soon. read more

At this point, I've done pretty much every option out there, when it comes to renting a space down in Ptown. I haven't slept on the beach, yet, but that's about it. This joint is my new favorite. I loved the Innkeepers, they were so nice and welcoming. Our room was stylish, and cozy (#2). It's clean, cheerful, and there was a gas fireplace. There's a hot tub available, if you lean in that direction, and there's a huge stack of towels right by the door, for you to use. It's little touches like this that make it so nice. Fresh baked goodies for Breakfast? Yes, PLEASE! Nice sitting room, and a coffee bar. I can't think of a negative thing to say, so just leave this review with a mental note to stay here. read more

Just spent a perfect night to kick off the holiday season during Holly Folly weekend. The inn is gorgeous, tastefully decorated, with rooms very nicely appointed (The bathroom! The fireplace! The mattress!), and the most deliciously pillowy quiche (and other breakfasts treats) delivered to our door this morning. The hosts John and David (they're new, just bought the place in March) clearly know what they are doing. They're earnest, helpful, personable, and unobtrusive...you can feel how much they care about ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect...short walk down to Commercial Street yet when you're "home" it's a bit of an oasis, quiet and calm. Already can't wait to go back! read more

After searching for a few different options in P-Town for accommodations, my husband located this one and we choose this one from a few other options, mostly based on good reviews and a great location. We were very, very happy. Audrey and Robyn were wonderful hosts- and the coffee cake was awesome! So friendly and helpful and welcoming. We had a great time! Breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The other guests were really friendly as well (as you never know what you will get there). The location can't be beat, just far enough away from the crowd and the noise, but close enough to get to the excitement super fast. We were in one of the outside (the main house) rooms with kitchenette (well stocked, nearly made me want to stay in an cook, but the great, and plentiful, close-by restaurants kept us out and about), so we got the best of both worlds, the fun and personality of the B&B experience, with the extra added privacy of space. The outside courtyard was beautiful, and wished we had a chance to try out the hot tub. We'd absolutely book again next time we visit P-Town (but book early as with most places they book early and to capacity). Just don't book when we want to be there! We want our room! read more

Booked this little B&B online and it was a wonderful place to stay in Provincetown. We stayed in Room 4, which is the smallest room, but the only one available when we booked. It was also quite well priced. Admiral's Landing is a very clean, well kept B&B owned by Audri and Robyn who were friendly and attentive hosts. Breakfasts were great, with 'Admiral's cups' (mini quiches made daily), fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, cereal, toast etc, and daily delicious fresh baked goods (Delicious!!). The Keurig and selection of coffees and teas that are available all day is a nice perk, and they also had a supply of things at our disposal (wine glasses, dishes, a barbecue, etc.). All in all, we had an enjoyable stay. everyone is very friendly, and judging by the people around us, a lot of people seem to be regulars.... I recently stayed a week at Admiral's Landing in Provincetown, MA. Overall, this was a great place for the price...I got a 20% discount for staying the entire week. My room (#5) was very clean and the decor was very quaint....nice bed and bath linens. The fireplace was a nice touch and the room itself was large with a decent size closet. This is a B&B, but I would consider the breakfast to be continental. It consisted of dry cereal, fruit and a different baked good each day. This was fine with me as I was visiting friends that live in town and had breakfast most days with them, but if you are looking for a gourmet hot breakfast this isn't the place for you. The only major downfall was the shower. The water was either boiling hot or freezing cold.....and on one day I didn't have any hot water at all. I will say that I did not complain to the owners about the water so I have no idea if it is something they could have fixed quickly....to be honest, I've heard this can be a problem with many of the places in Provincetown so I assumed there wouldn't be much the owners could do anyway. Tip: The Wired Puppy is a block up from the B&B at Pearl and Commercial Street. They serve great coffee and homemade muffins. This was my breakfast spot every morning! read more

Other reviewers have said it all: if you're looking for lodging in Provincetown, look here first! Fantastic hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, homemade breakfast every morning, the list just goes on and on... The inn has a wonderful "home away from home" vibe. The whole place is well-furnished and has lots of personal touches and wall decor (like a poster from the 1990 Carnival celebration in town) that really makes it feel lived-in without being tacky. The bedrooms aren't the biggest ones in all of PTown, but they have fireplaces and cable TV and free wifi and a big comfy bed, so what more could you ask for? The location was also absolutely perfect, just far enough from Commercial Street to avoid all the noise and foot-traffic while still having everything the town has to offer a short walk away. Our go to B&B when we're in P-town, usually once or twice a year. Robyn and Audrey are excellent hosts, they exemplify what service and hospitality is all about. They're warm, compassionate, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. The place is set-up beautifully. The rooms are clean. Most rooms have fireplaces, TVs, and mini-refridgerators. Free parking is available on-site. Free Wi-Fi. Plenty of outdoor space, a grill on-site if you desire, and a hot-tub. They usually serve their signature "admiral's cups" for breakfast, which are little muffin shaped quiches embedded with cheese, salsa, and black beans. Warm comfort goodness! They also serve their signature loafs, today, walnut zucchini loaf. Along with fresh fruits, yogurts, and cereal. They have a keurig machine, so coffee on demand. :) Iced coffee? No problem, they have a ice machine below the keurig. Apples, bananas, and oranges are available in the dining area all day, if you eat as frequently as I do. Looking forward to our next stay here. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days for my first visit to P Town, which is the most charming city you can imagine (and the gayest!!). Audri and Robyn, the lovely owners, were the sweetest hosts we could have asked for , and were super accommodating. Our room, room 6, had a gas fireplace which we didn't use as it was a August weekend, the most amazingly comfortable queen bed, and a nice large shower... Great totally silent a/c... I normally detest B&B lodging, but we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Breakfast was served every morning- coffee (K-cups), oj, special eggs each morning, special yummy muffins, and sometimes coffee cake (all made fresh), yogurts, granola, cereal... really above and beyond! The other guest were so nice too, and I actually really enjoyed the social aspect of staying there, and that was the part I was dreading ;). Also, they provide wine glasses (bring your own vino for your room!), beach towels, BBQ on patio in back for guests use... Can't say enough good things about our stay. Had to share the love with this review. BONUS: excellent fast free wifi in rooms... more than most lux hotels can offer, and even they don't offer it gratis. Major PLUS for us :) read more

Having never been to the Admiral's Landing before, my partner and I could not have made a better choice when selecting a place to stay for New Year's. The location alone is perfect; it's a close walk Commercial Street (the main strip) but far away enough that you still have your privacy. Robyn and Audri, the two owners, really make you feel at home here. They helped us find a place to eat our first night, and provided a warm and family-like atmosphere throughout our entire stay. They were more than happy to offer advice, and their cooking was also delicious! The building itself is a wonderfully kept historical home, with plentiful accommodations in the lobby (fireplace, bookshelf, comfy chairs, dining room table, and Keurig) and perfect sleeping accommodations. This will definitely be our choice for our next trip to Provincetown. Thanks to Audri and Robyn it'll feel like coming home again! read more

Audri & Robyn create a great sense of community -- not only were they extremely friendly, welcoming, and considerate, but if felt like we were welcomed by the other guests as well, which wasn't a given inasmuch as we were the only straight couple staying there that week. The other details are great as well. Our room was comfortable and lovely, they do a great job of maintaining the place, and the location is pretty much impossible to beat -- an extremely easy walk downtown but just far enough to be out of the noise and chaos. My girlfriend and I travel rather frequently- but of all the places we've stayed I can easily say that this was one of our absolute favorites. Robyn and Audri are our new favorite people- they are both incredibly thoughtful, kind and welcoming hosts! Every recommendation they gave us was spot on- from dinner at Mac's and The Mews to Herring Cove and Race Point Beach to the surprise on the 2nd floor of the public library (don't ask- go see for yourself!). The location of this B&B can't be beat. It is an easy walk to all of the Commercial St. shops, restaurants, bars, and the pier. The room itself was beautiful- just as it was pictured, with heated floors in the bathroom and a fireplace in the bedroom. And breakfast! There were homemade scones, egg muffins, banana bread, the list goes on... One afternoon Robyn baked chocolate chip cookies from scratch and they were amazing. A delicious warm treat on a rainy afternoon. Every aspect of our stay was great- we loved our room, our hosts, the location, and every restaurant and shop we ventured into. We are already trying to plan another stay at Admiral's Landing soon! read more

Our first visit to Provincetown was made perfect by our stay at Admiral's Landing. Audrey and Robin are extremely welcoming hosts who set us on our way to a delicious lunch. We stayed in the Forward studio which was absolutely perfect. Kitchenette, gas fireplace, an incredibly comfortable Tempur-pedic bed, and huge shower. It was so romantic to be able to have our window blinds cracked just enough to watch the snow falling outside. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the Admiral's cup eggs, and Michelle(?) who took over for Robin and Audrey was so nice. We will definitely be back, and soon! read more

Selected this location on a whim not really having the chance to research much about it. Theres nothing better than being surprised in the best way possible. Robyn and Audri were the best hosts. Greeting us every morning with huge smiles and fresh baked treats. The other guests staying at the B&B were friendly and very welcoming and being our first time in P-Town they gave us great recommendations on things to do. The rooms were great, quiet & clean and the location of the B&B was within walking distance to all the bars and shopping. All in all great time and I cannot wait to return next year. Just returned home from our second stay for New Year's at the Admiral's Landing with Robyn and Audri. Last year, we mentioned that my birthday is NYE and to my surprise, upon arrival we found a very sweet card from them along with cute sculpted towels and chocolates on the bed. This year was no different - card, chocolates and swans were waiting for us! In addition, a friend of mine had coordinated with them to have a bouquet of roses and a bottle of Truro Vineyards wine waiting for us in the room. Our room on the first floor is spacious, bright and comfortable. The fireplace was great for toasting up the room quickly. Between the "Admiral's Cups" and delicious baked goods, it was always hard to choose exactly what delicious things to eat for breakfast. 24-hour coffee / tea service is a great bonus. The location is great because it's close to just about anywhere you'd like to go on Commercial Street, without being in the middle of the craziness of Commercial Street. Far Land Provisions is a stone's throw for any additional food / beverage needs. The living room is comfortable (another fireplace here) and Robyn and Audri did a beautiful job of decorating for the holidays. Can't wait to stay here again on our next overnight to P-Town! I'm sure there are things I'm missing, but suffice it to say, we love staying here! read more

I have one regret after staying here, and it's that I didn't stay longer. My partner and I booked the room above the dining room/check in, in the main house. It was, hands down, the most beautiful bedroom I have ever stayed in. Pictures do not do this place justice. Vaulted ceilings, stained glass, a beautifully-tiled shower, lots of light, bright and airy, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, lovely attention to detail...The b&b, the couple who runs it, their healthy and delicious breakfast, the town...Zero complaints about the entire experience, which can be a feat when renting a room sight unseen. read more

I've stayed at a number of B&B's in New England, and this one ranks near the top. Robyn and Audri were, from the start of our four-night stay to the very end of it, warm and gracious and helpful. I can't believe they've just owned the place for a year -- they are great at what they do. Our corner room (#2) on the first floor was cozy and comfortable -- even had a fireplace. It felt a little "public" with windows/blinds open -- but that wasn't a major problem. We might try an upstairs room next time -- but want to emphasize, there really wasn't any problem with the room. It was beautiful and kind of soothing actually -- tastefully decorated, not the explosion of lace doilies and porcelain bunny collections you can sometimes encounter at a New England B&B. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Lovely private bath, with soft plush towels, and even a little fridge in the closet, which was handy to have during our stay. iPod dock alarm clock, TV that tucks away into a cabinet over the fireplace, good drawer and closet space. The common area was nice as well -- we enjoyed a drink and some chocolate on the sofa in front of a fabulous library of books of ALL kinds is available for the vacation reader. A freezer in the common/dining area supplied an ever-full bucket of ice for drinks and coolers. Breakfast was delicious -- toast, English muffins, cereals, fruit, yogurt/granola, juice, coffee, always some delicious & fresh-baked muffin or sweet bread, and the "Admiral's Cup," kind of a mini-frittata, with hash browns, egg, and various add-ins each day (for instance, mozzarella and tomato, or black bean and salsa and cheddar -- yum!). Breakfast was served between 8-10:30 -- lots of time to sleep in if you need it. The location was ideal, on Bradford street, at the corner of Pearl, just a couple of minutes from, well, everything "downtown." The wee grounds are lovely -- there's a patio with a big table (and umbrella) and a grill guests can use, as well as a hot tub. I hope to experience their hospitality again! read more

We loved this place and will definitely be back. The location is convenient to all. Just one block from Commercial Street, and also a block away from a great little deli/market (Farlands) where you can get sandwiches, drinks, and snacks for the beach. Its at a quieter end of Bradford St, so there is no street noise in the evenings or early mornings. Our room was on the smaller side, but immaculately clean, bright, and airy. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets were high quality. The hosts, Robyn and Audri are delightful. They're there to help with whatever you need. Breakfast each day included home made baked goods and a yummy egg dish, as well as fruit, yogurt, granola, juice and coffee. It was perfect and we'll definitely stay there again for our next visit. My boyfriend and I stayed overnight for a quick getaway in Provincetown. The Admiral's Landing property and rooms are bright, welcoming and clean. The décor and furnishings are comfortable, but not shabby. More contemporary than many typical B&Bs. The innkeepers, Audri and Robyn, were extremely friendly, professional and warm. We felt as if we were staying with friends. They had suggestions ready for entertainment and dinner. Breakfast options were fresh fruit, toast, bagel or English muffins, coffee, tea, juice, water, cereal (cold or hot), a fresh-baked cranberry coffee cake (it was awesome, Robyn!), and a spinach and feta frittata (delicious, Audri!). Room 6 had an alarm clock (with charger for iphones 4 and earlier), small fridge, fireplace (turned on seasonally), TV/DVD, cushy queen bed, AC, ceiling fan, nice, rainfall shower (with shampoo/conditioner/body wash), walk-in closet. Everything we needed was provided, right down to a special, dark colored washcloth for makeup removal. Audri and Robyn also include a binder with area info and recommendations. Oh and free WIFI! Parking available for 1 car per room (they let us keep the car at the inn past check out!). The location is super, just 1 block from Commercial St (very close to the public library). Our stay was just terrific. We're ready to book ahead for next year. read more

Just spent a lovely weekend in Provincetown and the surrounding area and managed to book two rooms here on a last minute sort of basis. I'm so glad we found this place! We were warmly greeted by the owners, Audri and Robyn, who were extremely hospitable, kind, and friendly. The house itself is very quaint: complete with nice furniture, gas fireplace, free coffee/tea/cocoa at all hours, DVDs (if you are so inclined to stay inside watching movies on the Cape!), and a hot tub (which could have been slightly warmer). The rooms that we stayed in (despite being studios) were relatively spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious: both mornings, Audri cooked a hot breakfast and Robyn baked a pastry. Overall, this B&B was comfortable, cozy, inviting, and reasonably priced; a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful location! I would definitely stay here again! read more
