Do not stay here if you value your safety! Our first night, my friend (another young female) and I were woken up at 2:45am to a loud, alarming domestic dispute in the room next to us. I was very concerned since it sounded like items were being thrown and dragged across the floor. Then, the woman locked the guy out of the room and he began furiously banging on their door. After she wouldn't open it, he started to bang on our door even louder and it sounded like he was trying to kick our door in. The window and walls were vibrating with the noise. After this continued for several minutes, I reached out to the property manager concerned about our safety. Her response was far too nonchalant for the situation- I have attached copies of the text messages to show. After this continued for over an hour, she finally called me and said she would give the neighbors a warning and have local police "patrol the area." Note that the police did not approach us or the neighbors and did not contact us. The company's rental terms and conditions state that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated and would result in immediate eviction. Despite the "warning," the yelling continued until after 6:30am. My friend and I only got about 1.5 hours of restless sleep. As two females traveling out of state, we did not feel safe and the situation could have quickly escalated to more violent and dangerous conditions. There wasn't another room on the other side of the people next to us since they were at the end of the row. By informing the guest next door that someone complained about the noise, they knew it was us. Because of this, we didn't feel safe leaving our room. I felt that the property manager handled the situation poorly and without concern for her guests' safety. At one point during the phone call she said she didn't want to escalate the stay to her team because "they were all sleeping so it [would] have to wait until the morning." Because of her lack of concern and failure to intervene, the property manager and her team had no idea what the man was capable of doing and seemed unconcerned with the safety of any guest staying in the hotel. We ultimately ended up leaving the next day and cutting our stay short by two days. I think that it is unfair that our violent and destructive neighbors were allowed to stay in the property but we were forced to leave due to fear of our safety. This situation does not follow their rental terms. Due to the last minute change, we had to pay more to stay in a hotel that would have typical cost on par with the Iris. Also note that the photos are not reflective of the true condition of the property. This is an old super 8 style motel that has had a coat of paint slapped on. In fact, most of the furniture in our room was plywood and looked only half completed. The bed was totally unsupported without a box spring. Additionally, the walls and windows are paper thin and you can hear everything. However, if you are looking for a space to have a loud domestic dispute with your partner with no repercussions, you will enjoy your stay at the "boutique" hotel.

We are having a weekend in Nashville. Celebrating family. Wanted an out of the way place with good walk-ability to restaurants and shops. See photos for some of the fun. Don't forget juice from Vui's. Also the sunflower cafe is right next door

This motel is refreshingly simple. No tenants, just show up and you have access to your room. This is a great way of doing business. Walked into the room, wonderfully clean and comfy. I have a king size room, the location is within walking distance to some great restaurants and a mall. The Uber or Lyft ride is about 10$ to the honky tonk stuff. I would recommend this place for travelers without children. It's kind of loud off street noise which I love as white noise, I can see this being a little bit of a problem for kids. I feel happy and comfy in this cute simple motel. It is so clean and affordable. You can't miss out on this gem.

This was a very nice motel. Very modern looking and great for the price. 10/10 budget friendly ESPECIALLY for Nashville. Check in process was easy. There was a slight hiccup but no ones fault. Nice to with plenty of options, internet doesn't really work the best sadly but you can easily connect your phone to it. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend. Also close to almost every possible restaurant in the world. Can walk to most

For a hotel charging around $300 per night, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The bedding was worn out and overdue for replacement. The duvet was so old and thin that it was practically see-through, with the feathers inside completely flattened and no longer providing any comfort or warmth. The bed sheets were dingy, stained, and looked unclean. The air-conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed, making the room uncomfortably cold throughout the night. Combined with the paper-thin duvet, I spent the night freezing. The bathroom was equally disappointing. The walls were dirty, stained, and clearly in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. Given the nightly rate, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Instead, I was met with worn bedding, cleanliness issues, and an uncomfortable night's sleep. The location is great, but the condition of the hotel does not justify the price.

They have a house car that can take you to a few locations around the city. Pool is beautiful and they have just the right amount of restaurants inside. Only thing missing is a small gift shop. I unfortunately forgot a few things. Thank you, it's a lovely place to stay. Matthew with the concierge is phenomenal, we loved his recommendations. He provided us with a list of Broadway which was so helpful. I am pretty exhausted of being on my phone and using the list was convenient. Brian at the bar is really fun to talk to and very experienced. Excited to get 1 drink tonight.. Afterall I am an Utah native. "E" at the front desk was awesome as well. He helped me manage a few things that spontaneously came up and he handled them all with grace. He also gave me a recommendation to get some artwork done. Everything did work out with that too and it couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you for listening closely and taking care of all the fine details. You're such an asset to the Conrad. It was just a typical hotel, nothing too unique about it. It did the job and the location was perfect for staying in Nashville. I loved how it was honestly walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Didn't really do anything special. I was in their conference room and it was big enough to fit for my division. I was able to book our 4 nights through a combination of Hilton Points and my annual free night off my Amex credit card. Such a deal! And as a Diamond member, I had use of the Executive Lounge and a $30 food and beverage credit. We all had a very pleasant stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the shower water was hot and strong, and we slept well. Our window faced towards the Hockey Arena, and there was selective Broadway-related noise in the evening. That became background noise soon enough that really didn't affect sleep. However, I suspect that this Hotel is due for some refurbishment as the armrests on the couch were worn and at least one cabinet molding came off. Housekeeping sometimes came late in the day, and after they skipped us after the first night, we made it a point to remind them. As for the $30 food credit, we used the convenient coffee kiosk by the elevators often. Fruit, cookie bars, coffee, and other snacks were often available at the Executive Lounge, although I found this to be one more basic offerings that I'd experienced with Hilton. We didn't really figure out how to have a proper breakfast here, but there were plenty of excellent choices within a short walking distance. The Italian restaurant (separate review) was a pleasant surprise one night for dinner, in terms of value, good food, and excellent service. Then there were the 3 elevator banks, one of which was out-of-service, and required knowing that there were 2 call buttons to keep track of. Parts of the day did require some waiting as every floor (of 10) was often in play. As we headed back to the airport yesterday, I agree with my brother-in-laws comment that with all the location and room positives, this hotel lacked a certain character. Maybe it was size, maybe it was good service without a lot of personality, or maybe because of where they are, they can mail it in occasionally. Or maybe the little things we noticed started to add up. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but if there's a next time for Nashville, I might look at some of their other nearby options.

The negative reviews for this property are crazy. 1. You have to be a particular kind of Karen to complain about the noise from the street. You are on Broadway. There will be street noise. It will continue until 3am. The hotel provides earplugs and white noise generators. If this is going to be a problem for you then book a hotel out in Brentwood. 2. The rooms are small and sparse. They are also clean and cozy. I love it. You aren't coming here to hang out in your room. This is a fun, unique property. If you are expecting a Courtyard (or a Sheraton) book one of those instead. A Love Letter to Noelle Hotel - Where Nashville's History Meets Modern Luxury…read more Some hotels simply give you a place to sleep. Noelle gives you an experience. Located at 200 4th Avenue North, just steps from historic Printer's Alley and only a short walk to Broadway and the Ryman, Noelle occupies a beautifully restored 1929 landmark that originally opened as the Noel Hotel. After decades serving as an office building, it underwent a remarkable restoration and reopened in 2017, preserving its architectural soul while transforming into one of Nashville's most beautiful boutique hotels. From the moment I walked through the front doors, I was completely smitten. The first thing that caught my eye? The gorgeous one-inch mosaic tile floor spelling out NOELLE at the entrance. It instantly reminded me of the grand historic hotels I've wandered through in Europe. Every detail feels intentional. The soaring ceilings. The original marble. The stunning Art Deco and Classical Revival architecture. The plush emerald velvet furniture. The dramatic lighting. The oversized artwork. Every corner begs you to stop, admire it, and take another photo. It's truly a feast for the eyes. The location couldn't be better. You're tucked just far enough away from Broadway to escape the chaos, yet close enough to walk to all the music, restaurants, and nightlife that make downtown Nashville so special. The valet staff couldn't have been friendlier, making arrival and departure completely effortless. Even if you're not staying overnight, Noelle is worth visiting. Inside the lobby is Drug Store Coffee, a gorgeous café with beautiful design, an incredible pastry case, excellent coffee, and a menu that made me wish I'd arrived hungry. It feels more like an upscale European café than a hotel coffee shop. I could have happily spent an entire morning there. Downstairs you'll also discover Lona, one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Nashville. Outstanding food, beautiful décor, exceptional service, and a hidden speakeasy tucked away nearby complete the experience. Honestly, Lona alone is worth making the trip to Noelle. What impressed me most is that Noelle doesn't feel manufactured. It feels authentic. The restoration honors the building's nearly century-long history while embracing modern luxury, art, and Nashville's creative spirit. It's sophisticated without feeling stuffy and elegant without losing its warmth. I didn't stay overnight this visit, but after spending several hours exploring the property, I already know where I'll be booking my room next time I'm in Nashville. Hotels like this remind you that travel isn't just about checking destinations off a list. It's about finding places that make you slow down, look around, and appreciate great design, thoughtful hospitality, and the stories held within historic walls. Noelle is one of those places. Life's too short not to eat well, travel well, and sleep somewhere with a story to tell. Noelle lets you do all three.

I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough to make the situation better. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website. The manager tried to help us and did what she thought made sense (removing the charges and comping some bar drinks from our tab), but that doesn't make up for ruining our first wedding anniversary. I NEVER should have had to follow up on any of this. The "With Love" package should have been experienced as advertised and if they couldn't do that, I shouldn't have been charged for it at all. It changes your nightly room rate to a higher cost than what standard guests are paying. I still paid "extra" and didn't receive what I paid for.
