They served free appetizer (one chosen appetizer a day) at the hotel lobby during the social hours. They also do a free mixology class for hotel guests every day. It's a fun class. And it's nice to sit by the pool at night, especially by the fire pits and watching the sunset. Their breakfasts, lunches and dinners are solid. I really enjoyed their dishes. The staff are very friendly and pleasant.

After that, we were essentially forgotten. We received no follow-up service whatsoever--no check-in to see if we needed anything, no offer for additional drinks, and no inquiry about how the food was. We understood there was only one server working, so we tried to be patient. However, when we were ready to leave, we spent approximately 30 minutes trying to get the server's attention for our check. We repeatedly waved and made eye contact, but he never came outside. Eventually, I walked inside and handed him my card. His response was that they were "not serving the patio" and that he believed he had told us that beforehand. If that is the case, the patio should be closed or clearly marked as unavailable for service. Customers should not be seated, served food, and then ignored for the remainder of their visit. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the service. The lamb was extremely tough, and the sausage served with the shrimp dish was also hard and overcooked. We're not the type to leave negative reviews, but this experience fell well below what should be expected from any restaurant. We hope management addresses both the service issues and food quality so future customers don't have the same experience.

There was plenty of fries to share. We had the Christmas special cocktails, "son of the nutcracker" which is bourbon, and the "festive & french" drink which is gin. Both drinks were pretty delicious. The service was great; the server was attentive to our group and was prompt on bringing out the drinks and food. This place is only open from 4pm till 10pm, which is great to come by after work and rewind but not for a late-night stay. Overall, really enjoyed our first time here. Will definitely come back to try their other small bites and hang out.
