Came here for some drinks. I ordered the poutine fries but subbed it for tator tots. These were incredibly tasty and would recommend anyone to get them. This was a loud, busy place so if your vibe is going out and being with a large crowd this place is fun. It has a good amount of seating and customer service was pretty fast when we went. Would come back again!

Stopped by recently with my girls for their extend Happy Hour hours. Overall, solid Happy Hour with great hours (5-7pm). We love a good beer can roulette for $3 (it's never a great beer but it's fun!). Ordered the mac n' cheese (not bad but lacked some flavor), great tots, and a yummy grilled cheese with a mac salad on the side. For $35 for 3 people, I'm not complaining! I recommend a stop by if you're in need of a later HH, in the mood for some basic bar food, and a unique atmosphere.

I came here for brunch with some family and we were underwhelmed. You order at the bar and they will bring the food to your table. There was a lot of seating options inside, both downstairs and upstairs, with a porch outside- which we chose to sit on since the weather was nice. The food took quite a bit of time to arrive and was your average brunch food. Not sure if I'll be back.

As a grueling work week comes to a close, there is nothing like celebrating a Friday-eve (I didn't know that this was a thing until I entered the corporate world) over some happy hour drinks and bites. To catch-up with a friend, we decided to meet at Kupros Craft House...an establishment in which I've heard many good things about! Upon entering the establishment, we were warmly greeted by an employee who was wiping the bar counter in what was a fairly empty bar (we arrived 20 minutes prior to the start of happy hour). Once 4pm arrived, we ordered the following: two margaritas (these are not considered happy hour drinks-but there was a slight discount on them), the Tot's 'N' Sauce (me), and the house mac n cheese (friend). Although I was not terribly hungry, the tots with jalapeño dipping sauce (as recommended by one of the employees) was delicious and did a great job of soaking up the tequila! The employee that assisted us made a well-crafted, flavorful margarita (so flavorful that I ordered a second one for myself). While my friend and I chatted, a nice crowd of folks started filing in and a nice playlist of early 2000's pop music filled the air. Although there was a little crowd, it did not change how attentive and engaging staff were.

The food was good. I would have liked if the music outside on a Sunday morning was more chill and less rave but I'm sure this place is a vibe at night.

This is one of the bars in Sac that is essential to the social scene in midtown. They have a downstairs bar and the upstairs is more like a lounge. Great spot to hangout with friends and socialize. I like the poutine here and loaded tots. I've come here for board games nights or for a pit stop while bar hopping.

The was one of the two bars stop we did with Sac Brew Bike Company (which was fun btw) - but this bar area is so pretty! What a sight when you first walk in! Very spacious inside, the porch area with plenty of seating is nice as well. The front door up the stairs is very inviting too. We enjoyed our stop here for sure.

I like Kupros. I really like the outdoor seating that's available. We had some cider, fried pickles, and chicken tenders. The service was quick! The food was hot and delicious. I really enjoyed the fried pickles. The ranch was also super good. The ambiance is nice. It's very warm feeling inside with the decor. I would definitely come by again.

I've come to Kupros for different occasions whether it's a casual drink or a destination stop along a holiday bar crawl. Whatever the occasion is, Kupros has you covered! They offer brunch on weekends, but I find myself coming to experience a night out since the scene is more lively. This past weekend, I ordered the Santa's Cookies and Milk holiday cocktail, and it was my favorite drink of the night! Service was exceptionally fast. Good drinks, good service, and food available before 8pm. Pro tip: Get there before 10pm on weekends to beat the wait. This place gets packed for a reason!

Atmosphere at the bar on a Friday lunch, just opened.

Fantastic Spot To "Pregame" Shows @ Goldfields Next Door…read more SITREP We descended upon the Tack Room an hour before our show for "Ally The Piper" (both the classical AND heavy metal bagpiper extraordinaire) began her show! THE SETUP Goldfields is a charming, rustic country-western stylized saloon that serves up beer at good prices. But we weren't interested in beer and wanted quality cocktails. Hence, our pivot next door to the Tack Room! QUALITY COCKTAILS & DRINKS! The Tack Room specializes an amazing array of martinis, bourbons, and other deLISH cocktail drinks at really really reasonable prices! So this was an excellent choice to chill, thus avoiding the tremendous *noise pollution* we were immediately subjected to upon entering Goldfields an hour later for our show. THE LOWDOWN This is a quality bar with plenty of comfortable seating to relax and have quiet, intimate conversations. So if you and your later friend(s) want some privacy, cocktails at a reasonable price, etc., this is a good way to go.

It's themed around horse racing, but not in an overbearing or... tacky way. The mixologist was delightful and had great recommendations, the lights were dim, and the drinks were all on point. The highlight was the espresso martini, which is among the best I've had. It was reminiscent of the one I had at the Starbucks Roastery in NYC, which is high praise. The other coffee drink that surprised me was the Revolver. I always forget about what a good pairing orange and coffee is, and I'll be taking this one back home with me to try! Every other drink we tried was delicious in some unique way. The Pho drink was savory and surprising, the New York Sour was rich and flavorful, and the Practical Move was refreshing. Will definitely return here after dinner to sip an espresso martini for dessert!

Dive Bar somehow pulls off the impossible: it's a neighborhood hangout, a tourist attraction, a…read moredance floor, and a people-watching safari all at once. If you've read some of the one-star reviews, you'll notice a recurring theme: people are deeply offended that a bar contains loud music, dancing, crowds, and occasionally someone who has enjoyed the concept of "happy hour" a little too enthusiastically. That's a bit like giving the ocean one star because it's wet. What really makes Dive Bar special is the staff. After spending enough time there, I've gotten to know almost everyone by name--including the security crew. They are exactly what great security should be: friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone has a good time. And when someone decides the evening should revolve around them instead of the other hundred people trying to enjoy themselves, they handle it firmly, calmly, and without drama. Keeping a place fun sometimes means escorting an asshole to the exit, and they do it with remarkable professionalism. The bartenders keep things moving even when it's packed. The servers somehow manage to stay upbeat in the middle of controlled chaos. Everyone seems to understand that hospitality isn't just about serving drinks--it's about creating an atmosphere where strangers can relax, laugh, dance, and forget the outside world for a while. Dive Bar also captures something uniquely Sacramento. It's a little weird, a little flashy, wonderfully unpretentious, and right in the heart of K Street. You never know who you'll meet or what conversation you'll stumble into. College students, professionals, tourists, retirees, regulars--everyone mixes together because everyone is there for the same reason: to have fun. If you're looking for a quiet library, this isn't it. If you're looking for one of the liveliest places in Sacramento to dance, be silly, celebrate life, and remember that adults are allowed to have fun, Dive Bar absolutely delivers.
