She asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes that would be nice. 5-6 minutes later I ask is it ready? No, it is sitting there on the counter not even in the oven. I said "may I take the muffin now, didn't know it would be queued up behind five other breakfast orders, to warm-up a muffin." Writing this not to slam but because it is such a lack of obvious, common sense practice for a kitchen that the owners should know and train staff. I see no reason not to go back if I was in the area.

I got the 24 oz New Hampshire maple syrup oat milk latte as well as the spring special with a latte with a nice hint of cardamom. We loved their scones, both blueberry and the girls loved their strawberry rhubarb, and today I ordered a waffle with their maple syrup option with strawberries and it came out nice and warm. If you're in the area, you've got to give them a try! Great service and delicious coffee, definitely stopping in our last day in town. I order a latte and it was a bit of a disapoinment. Over extracted esppresso with a slighlty warmed milk poured in a paper cup for $6 and tip. As you probably know over-extraction causes a bitter espresso when water bonds too much with the coffee grounds. It had an imbalanced, harsh, and bitter taste. It may have just been this barista as I have seen both amazing and bitter in the reviews. Please work on your process and you can easily bump your place to 5 stars.
