First time getting adjusted at this location. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The receptionist made you feel welcome and at home which is as always wonderful when you are in an unfamiliar place. The doctor also did a good job with my adjustment and resolved my concerns. read more

Okay. So I came here after a festival and Dr. West was amazing! Honestly better then ANY joint office I've been too, and I've been to a lot because of my traveling. You either have the touch or you don't, you either know how to get that right spot with awesome relief..... or you don't. Dr. West DOES. Now I'm BACK in chi town and I am here again to get some good ole relief from "mista west!" Oh and come early because all the ladies and fellas be coming to see Dr. West. Especially the ladies! Lol who doesn't want a handsome young man aligning your body in all the right places!?! read more

I wanted to write a review for one of the receptionists, Dominique. She is such a sweet person and always has a smile on her face. I unfortunately had to leave The Joint as a monthly member because I require a more specialized care than just weekly adjustments. So when I had to cancel she helped me out with everything that needed to be taken care of and was super understanding and helpful. In terms of chiropractic care, if you need just quick, weekly adjustments, this place is for you! I went weekly for a few months and always left feeling much better than when I came in. The doctors will be different every time you go in (unless you go the same time, same day, every week), so if you like just one of their styles, make sure you get their schedule. The price is very affordable, especially monthly membership. As of the time this review was written, monthly membership (for an adult) is $69.00/month and that covers 4 sessions per billing month and any extra would be $10.00, which is A LOT cheaper than the $39.00 walk-in session. All-in-all, I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick fix or has no or terrible health insurance and is need of a chiropractor. read more

Hands down the best chiropractor across the country! They have locations everywhere which makes it super convenient! You don't have to deal with the hassle of insurance, they have very affordable packages to fit your schedule! Blanca at the front desk is informative & super friendly! Dr. Fish was very helpful with all the questions I had about my back pain & I felt great after my adjustments! read more

I love the convenience of going to this location. It's by my spot and they have multiple locations. No appointments necessary so I can walk in whenever. Dr. Fish is awesome and knowledgeable. He always provides me with the proper tune up that my lower back needs. Blanca the receptionist is always friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this place read more

This is the only chiropractor place that I honestly do like. They usually have deals on prices too. Everyone is friendly and there's always parking, at least everytime I go. read more

Stopped doing chiropractic for a while cause it was super expensive most places I went. Really wanted to do it cause I'm active in Crossfit and martial arts. While I wasn't injured, a bad bed and over activity left me with some back discomfort. Found The Joint on Elston and met with Dr. Brad & Dr. Fish. They both say and talked with me for quite a while on all my issues and goals for wellness. Not only did they make me feel welcome and listened to all my concerns, they tailored a wellness plan for me that is already hovering me results after my fourth visit as of writing this. Every time I come, they ask me how I'm feeling, any new pain or discomfort and if there is, they stop and assess the situation with me. They don't just "crack your back", the educate you, give you stretches to do (DO THEM!) and guidelines to follow. ITS NOT JUST AN IN AND OUT THING!!! These doctors are awesome but you HAVE to do what they tell you and it's worked GREAT for me! Give it a try if you're skeptical, I personally love it! The facility is great! Thanks Dr. Fish & Dr. Brad! - Leo A. read more

I sent these thoughts to Alexis there and heard nothing back. I was disappointed and frustrated with my last visit and waited an hour to get in which felt unacceptable. I also followed up with an email asking for my receipt and never received that due to a computer glitch. I then felt Dr. Fish was extremely distracted with me. He cracked my neck when I specifically requested I wanted the gun and felt sort of rushed through my positioning. I didn't feel right for days afterwards. He was also a bit scolding that I need to come in once a month and this was after waiting almost an hour and after what felt to me like a rushed unattentive adjustment. I have been going to chiropractors for years, and have the knowledge that I don't necessarily need constant adjustment but occasional maintenance. I was looking forward to having an affordable option there at the Elston Joint but now I'm uncertain. My holistic spine health is way too important to me. read more

Great experience. The drs are very professional . I always feel better and more relaxed afterwards. The front desk staff is very nice as well. Highly recommended. read more

Not a huge believer in chiropractics many out there claims but I do love a good back crackin and this place delivered. You can do the regular visits package thing or just stop in like I tend to do. No appointment was really necessary waited maybe 30 minutes and every one was very pleasant. Not sure they take insurance but it's about as cheap as a copay so whatever read more

I went there today for my first visit. I am having issues with my lower back. Starting with the phone call to make the appointment, everything was pleasant over the phone. They got me in the same day. Dr. Fish was very polite and informative. Kara at the front desk was friendly and personal. Prices are amazing. Most importantly, I left the place already feeling better and will be going back tomorrow. Overall, a very positive experience read more

The Joint is perfect for a quick adjustment. Professional staff, always a quick visit, short or no wait time, and easy to stop into any location. It won't be a full comprehensive adjustment with muscalar work or acute massage but it's great for just feeling aligned. read more

Dr. Dale is the best! He genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients. He takes the time to get to know you not only because he is personable, but also to get a better understanding of what your body has been through. Even if it's after closing time he does not rush to get you in and out. In a matter of 2 visits he has helped decrease my back pain significantly. I highly recommend walking in- another benefit to visiting The Joint Chiropractic- it's walk-in! I am grateful for the work that Dr. Dale does. read more

Amazing i've had my package for a year with them. amazing doctors as well as some of the coordinators. I have not had any problems with any doctors. I recommend this placee!!! it's very affordable and CLEAN!!!! read more

I was a first time patient. I called and made an appointment for 11am. When I got there I checked in and completed the paperwork. The waiting room was full. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the front desk how long I would have to wait. They there were several walk ins ahead of me. I expressed that I had an appointment and she said it doesn't matter they do walk-ins in order, appointments don't matter. At no point did they tell me that. What is the point of making an appointment? Really frustrating experience. I won't be back. read more

Dr Dutka was kind and helpful although he didn't service me. He referred me to a specialist. I appreciate the fact he didn't take my money and tried to help. :) read more

I went today for the first time to this location and had a frustrating experience with the front desk lady. I live in Wisconsin and bought the 10 package visit there which came with 2 bonus visits. I was on my 11th visit today and she told me that I cannot use it today and that the 2 remaining sessions would have to be used in Wisconsin! Originally, I was told that the packages that I buy can be used at ALL locations. So she made the suggestion that I buy another 6 or 10 visit package! I looked at the pricing and asked if I could pay the walk in fee and she told me that I could not be seen today! I was shocked and started to complain to her about why I could not be seen and pressed her to allow me to be seen. So she proceeded to type with ferver and told me that she would look into it. After a few minutes she changed her tune after asking someone online about it. I eventually relented and bought the 6 visit package. I am disappointed and never thought I would be treated in this manner!! Lastly, my experience with Dr. Frazier was positive. read more

They scammed me out of money for 1 month and half membership. Be careful, better to go clinic with personal approach, not franchise one.

Very smooth experience, the people at the front desk are always happy to help and answer any questions. I will definitely come back!

From the moment I walked in, to the time I left, amazing customer service! I suffered from shoulder blade pain, to the point that I couldn't move a centimeter! If I would have scheduled an appointment to see an internal medicine doctor, more then likely would've been given an appointment in a day or two and gone home with the same pain and told to take over the counter medication. Since August, I have relieve from the pain that tortured me. I was seen same day and no meds what so ever. When I get migraines I come in and surprisingly am cleared of pain. Usually I'll take ibuprofen but thankfully, now I don't. Highly recommend! It's affordable and worth the packet deal. read more

Dr Fish is great. Have brought my daughter here for constipation and I come regularly for stiffness / pain. Appreciate how affordable it is!

Amazing experience. Slipped on ice and experienced a lot of challenges from falling including bad migraines from a concussion & neck pain. Dr. Fish has helped my recovery more than I could have ever hoped. I have recommended this facility and Dr. Specifically to everyone I know. read more

Great adjustments and information at a great price. Very affordable package plans! The chiropractors were all very professional.

I traveled here all the way from Edgewater because of the same day "walk in" ability and unbeatable pricing. I could barely walk, sit or bend over due to issues with my SI joints and sacrum prior to seeing Dr. Fish and after he adjusted me I was able to function way better, had an instant decrease in my pain level and instant increase in range of motion. I didn't feel like Dr. Fish was rushing when working with me and he made me feel very comfortable. The wellness coordinator at the desk was also very warm, helpful and friendly. It's worth the commute from Edgewater and I will be returning here any time I need adjustments from now on. read more

I've been coming to The Joint for a few months now- I started coming because I was having some pain in my mid-back. I feel refreshed after each adjustment, which are quick and pain free. The flexibility of the office makes it easy to pop in and be treated quickly! read more

This place is seriously a life saver! I come in for help with thoracic, lumbar, & hip pain. Dr. West is the absolute best. He listens to your problems, asks questions, & puts everything back where it's supposed to be. You feel instant relief. He's gifted & has a passion for what he does, which makes him amazing at it! The other lady reviewers are definitely right when they say he's a snack too ; ) read more

I had been having chronic neck discomfort for about a year. I had never been to a chiropractor and was apprehensive, but after having enough of the discomfort, I decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. I've been to The Joint 6 times now, and have had a pleasant experience each time. Both doctors have been great and the front staff are always friendly and welcoming. Despite the walk-in only policy, the wait times are usually minimal (longer on weekends but that's to be expected anywhere). My neck discomfort has definitely improved and I am very happy with my experience here so far. I highly recommend! read more

Very clean. Very easy. Very reasonably priced. Great Doctors....walk ins are welcome so no appointment needed. Also $39 per visit is crazy inexpensive... read more

I love the doctors and the walk-in model however, since The Joint closed all but one of its Chicago locations, this location has wait times of 45 minutes or more. They will not accept appointments. They only have one doctor on duty at a time. I have tried to come in at different times/days and I still experience long wait times. As I am currently writing this review while waiting in the reception area, the receptionist has had to bring more chairs into the lobby from their back office to accommodate seating for the people waiting. The adjustment area has multiple adjustment tables but they only use one at a time, since there is only one doctor. At the time of this post I have been waiting exactly an hour. I've been told I am third in line. Oh and another person just walked in. He was told the wait time is at least an hour. He left. Not a great way to treat your patients, especially when the service use to be faster before the other locations closed. I've already started a search for another chiropractor that could accept appointments. read more

First I must say that this one star rating is not in regards to the chiropractors. The service they provide is great, no complaint there. My issue is with corporate and management. I had a membership with them while they had an office in the Chicago downtown area. That facility closed for whatever reason in 2016. The corporate office sent me an email that said that they would be transferring my info to the next closest location which was 2711 North elston which was an inconvenience for me. The email also stated that they would give me a free month of service for the inconvenience and it did not include a "use by" date. I finally had the opportunity to visit the Elston location in September of this year. They manager would not honor the email. She said that they gave me the free month in January even though the email said that my info would be transferred to the Elston location on January 31st. And again there was no "use by" date on the email. I made that trip for nothing and very upset that the manager did not make any attempts to even ask me to send a copy of the email or do anything for that matter. She just said that there was nothing she could do. To make matters worse, I attempted to call the corporate office and left 2 voicemails and no one called me back. I went on the website an wrote them an email on October 5th, in hopes they would respond to me by email. It is November 1st, and still no contact. IF YOU'RE GOING TO OFFER A SERVICE TO ME BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE YOU CAUSED ME, HONOR IT! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! read more
