My husband came here and he said it wasn't bad but mentioned how rude the front desk woman was and I didn't think anything of it. Until I call to set an appointment for myself as well and boy my husband wasn't kidding absolutely no professional tone to her voice when I asked simple questions. I was still polite but I thought to myself "I am not coming here, if this is the how the front desk lady speaks to people I can't even imagine the care quality or standards they have for the other stay". When my husband called to cancel his appointment because he didn't need them anymore, it was the same lady and she was still so rude and un professional! My husband asked for her name and she laughed and said D then hung up. This consist type of care from the front office made it clear to me that it must be a management problem maybe if they allow this behavior. All the doctors here are amazing! This is the best location by far, especially in comparison to other locations in the Valley.

If you can get in to the right person, great. The problem is you generally have to wait 45 minutes on average, and sometimes they go to lunch while you're in line! They also have chiropractors that a lot of people don't want to see, so you have everybody waiting for one person while the other Dr. Is standing around. Sone of the doctors like to chat when you are on the table, and can't seen to chat and work at the same time, lengthening the process not only for you but for those in line after you. Overall, there are many better options out there in my and my partners opinion. read more

Application was redundant and takes some time to fill out, but they were quick after I was done and left me feeling much better than when I came in. The doctor was thorough with questions and then aligned my hips, back and sternum. Great deals as well for a monthly membership. If you have any type of insurance claim I would stay away. Be careful with this place because I think they pay very little attention to what they put in patient notes. They admitted to making an error and then refused to fix it. I think they have too many chiropractors in and out of the place that don't even know how to use their computer system. I wish I found a single chiropractor instead of a place like the Joint. Note: I thought Dr Sims and Levi were excellent. Dr Sims (Jason) is amazing. I have moderate scoliosis and get a lot of back pain when I sit at my desk all day st work. I literally couldn't even sit anymore because I hadn't seen a chiro in months since I moved here from WI. After just 2 visits with Jason I was completely pain free and felt amazing. I still check in every week and have had no issues. I feel so good and can sleep and sit again. The payment plan is very affordable too! I currently only have insurance covering my chiropractic in WI, so the cash only policy is awesome. It's only $15 a visit and doesn't break my bank. I have been going to chiropractors for many years routinely. Monthly when doing great, more often when not. I'm one of those people who needs chiropractic care to function without low back pain. I had been going to my current (until today anyway) chiro for a few years. It had started not to work out. Double and triple booking patients. Not asking or not listening to what I had going on that day. The adjustment was almost always the same no matter what I went in for. Sometimes he would forget to do components of the adjustment. He would say "good" even if nothing popped or got adjusted. Try a move once, twice sometimes 3 times and I would become very sore waiting for the relief. Seemed often to be working on autopilot. Anyway. I ended up at The Joint at Desert Ridge. Dr Sims asked me what brought me in today, wow. No chiro has asked me that in a while! I explained to him what hurt and why I figured it did. He did a quick thorough adjustment and before I got off the table I had this magical hard to quantify feeling of everything that has been misaligned being once again in perfect alignment...and painless. Whew. Needless to say I bought a package. I just want to add that not everyone is looking for massage and water tables and ice packs and muscle stim. I really appreciate the quick high quality visit that is hands on joint manipulation only, so I can go about my way quickly and in better shape than when I arrived. I went to this place in real pain and things were changing as far as pain levels and then he adjusted me and almost blew out a disk by over powering me to make an adjustment. I found a real healing Doctor that explained that these pop and crack places aren't good for you if they don't warm you up and loosen you up first. read more

I just visited The Joint yesterday and was thoroughly pleased! The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel very welcome. I was admittedly a little nervous, as I've always wanted to seek chiropractic care but never could afford it. When I heard about The Joint a couple years ago I knew I would have to try, but we were not living near a location at the time. As soon as we moved to Phoenix I made plans to visit. I visited the Joint Chiropractic, Desert Ridge location on 5/11/19 which is not my normal site, which is currently in Gilbert. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of having Dr. Jimmy Pierce attend to my issue. Dr Pierce took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns and fear of having another session for at least 20 minutes. After, listening to his diagnostic of what he felt I was experiencing and how he would address it, I decided to continue with the session. I left the session with a reduce pain level and convince that I needed to possible change my site just to always have his services.
