We wanted to participate in the video game trivia that was hosted at the Centralia one and we decided to stop by 30ish minutes before they started at 7 which they did start on the dot. When you arrive, you go through the restaurant first and you are able to seat yourselves then wait until a server notices to drop off menus and take your order. The menu can be a bit confusing as they have some drink items on the regular menu and a secret menu and limited menu with food or dessert on the drink menu. It took a little bit to get noticed but we got a Hogwash potion and a Yoshi's Island for drinks as we had just had dinner elsewhere as the food prices here a bit much and not worth price but their video game or other nerdy themed drinks which some can be mocktails are fantastic. My boyfriend's Hogwash potion didn't take long and it was cool to see it opened with vapors coming out. My drink took much more time but it felt like it was more ice than anything as I felt like I had maybe four sips before it was all good. The trivia was great but they were having mic issues but it was also just hard to hear the host as we were sitting on the opposite end of where the host was. There are TVs that have the questions so that was very helpful. Good Buzz also does not have a tasting room of it's own. However if you go to the website for Good Buzz Brewing you will find what locations you can purchase their mead from around the Centralia and Chehalis areas. I bought my bottle at the produce section and corner at Jeremy's Farm to Table. I saw about three or four different types of mead but didn't want anything too sweet. I saw berry flavored options but had concerns that might make it sweeter than I'd prefer so I got the Bee Hoppy mead. Mead is often sweet enough as it is due to the honey so that is the reason I went with a hopped option as well. The mead was great! I usually love trying different meaderies as they aren't as numerous as breweries or even cideries so when I get to try one it's a great change of pace. The hops and the mead played very well off of each other with the Bee Hoppy and was refreshing as well. Great first experience with Good Buzz and perhaps since they handled the flavor balance so well it may motivate me to try some of those berry options at another time.

You can either bring your own growler or purchase one on-site. They also have glasses or mugs available for purchase. The brewery is located right off the side of the service road and appears to be in a warehouse-like configuration. There's a food truck on the front that I've heard has some amazing food, although I haven't tried it yet. They do have vegetarian options, so I'll check that out later. The bar dining area is spacious and welcoming for all customers. The bar top has a couple of televisions where you can watch sports if that's your thing. Before you order a beer, I recommend trying a couple of samples, which is what I usually do. The growler I used was about $12-$15, which is a great deal considering that a beer on tap costs about eight dollars for 20 ounces. You can get five of those for the price of $15, so it's a very affordable option. Overall, I really enjoy this place and make it a point to go down there every other month because it's one of my favorite breweries.
