Never eaten here because literally every time my partner comes to get it, IT IS THE SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. Took over 30 minutes and my food from The Melt was cold. Just go there instead, unless you have unlimited time then come here. You start off by ordering on a kiosk, no one greets you as you walk in. It seems like there is a sufficient number of staff and they appear to be hustling around. The issue is that they are prioritizing food delivery service orders because those go out much faster than anyone who comes in and orders. Anyways, this system is not efficient and needs work. I found this restaurant VERY good and had a great first-time visit. My lady wanted to show me this restaurant a couple weeks ago but I believe they were closed for Easter. We had the chance to come back for lunch and I was super excited. What caught my attention was the wrap with french fries inside and that's what I ordered. For her bowl, I found that the rice was a little bit undercooked/firm. It wasn't as fluffy as I was expecting. I believe for the price you pay, you get a generous portion of food that can honestly be split into 2 meals. Everything my lady and I got was very flavorful and delicious. Tried the kebab shop the other day for lunch and really enjoyed it. I got a bowl with the saffron rice, gyro, cucumbers, pickled onions and dill yogurt sauce. It was really good. The gyro was a little on the drier side, but still tasty. The sauce was delicious. The service was good and quick even though it was packed. The ambiance was nice and clean. By far the BEST location I've had the pleasure of visiting! Located in Rivermark Plaza, this particular The Kebab Shop is a drive from home but 100% worth the time and extra effort!! I came by to pick up a quick order of crave fries. Ordering via mobile order was quick and easy. The most difficult part was simply finding an empty parking spot. Upon arrival, there only seemed to be one employee on hand- situated in front of the flat grill top. He peeked out to see me and took that extra moment to greet me. This is more of a thank you note than a review. I just picked up food for my son at the Kebab Shop in Rivermark. It would have been an ordinary thing to do except he ordered it from the shop Irvine! I am thankful that the employees and manager here in Rivermark are kind, understanding people. They understood mistakes happen and helped me out by filling my order at their location and even offering me water while I waited on a hot day. They were busy, but still had time to be kind and have a couple short exchanges of conversation with me. It's nice to know that customer service, kindness and thoughtfulness still exist in the bay. I have not had the food yet, but I hear from my son that it's very good and fresh. That is a review for him to do until I do, which will be soon. Thanks to the manager and crew for their help today! Huge sized wraps! The wrap was delicious and filling. It goes perfect with their sauces (I like OG yogurt the most). Their cilantro jalapeno sauce is also pretty flavorful and tasty. The steak was mostly tender, though some bites were too tough to chew. The hummus was nice and creamy, I could get a side of that next time! Overall flavor was fresh and flavorful, crunchy cabbage. Sometimes I get their fries (in the wrap as well), though they get pretty hard once it's cooled down. The baklava was disappointing, the layers were soft and not flaky at all. This location is my go to for chicken kebabs. The food is always cooked fresh and the saffron rice goes so good with the chicken, yogurt sauce and the green sauce. I was so excited when I saw they brought back the steak as well. I usually order for pickup but since it was so hot in the house we decided to eat in. The staff are always friendly and welcoming whenever I go there. Today I opted for double grilled saffron chicken and double saffron rice and as usual it was amazing. I'm at the one and only The Kebab Shop in Santa Clara this Monday Afternoon, where it's all about the Kebab. I'm having me a bowl, of what they call a Truffle Maker, and it consist of only the healthiest ingredients, Truffle Brown Rice, Grilled Veggies, Fire Hummus, Pita Crumbles, Jalapeños, and Grilled Beef Kofta. This is a one of a kind creation, I don't see it everywhere else at similar Shop's. The Kofta was Grilled just right, juicy, and not greasy. The Hummus is creamy, and more of a consistency I'm used to. The Red Cabbage Slaw was sliced kinda more rustic, it kept its texture, it was bright, and added a lot of contrast. I really like how the Grilled Veggies has Squash in it. And the Tzatziki Sauce, isn't overpowering, and ties the whole Dish together. It's balanced, packed with flavor, and does got a touch of Umami. They get some points, for originality. I was thinking this was going to be a 3.9-4.3 stars, I want to give this a 4.2/4.3 stars, but I give this 4.3 stars out of 5 stars. It did take about 10-12 mins to make which was a bit long, but I understand that fresh and good food take time. Their menu is pretty extensive with lots to choose from. People have the ability to customize their wraps which is a plus. They have a sauce station which is nice because I got to take a few extra OG Yogurt sauces! I stopped by the Kebab Shop in Santa Clara and waited about five minutes at the front counter with no acknowledgment. When I finally asked if they were open, the employee responded that the front counter wasn't important right now because they were focused on catering orders and that I could wait a minute. That response and tone were extremely rude. I've been to other Kebab Shop locations at least once a week, and I've never been treated like this before. It's really upsetting to see such poor customer service here. I hope management addresses this, because I usually enjoy the food... but the attitude from the front counter staff today was unacceptable. read more

Came by on a Saturday morning not the best time on a weekend located in an area that is heavily pack with surrounding business and parking can be a real challenge. I've always have a craving for Middle Eastern food for its rich diverse healthy meals. Upon entry I was greeted by the manager and the interior is quite spacious has a refreshing look with a spectacular view not to mention outdoor seating. Looking over the menu I chose the bowl comes with chicken pea salad a good source of protein and carb that along with two side had the hummus and feta cheese and marinated grilled chicken thigh and it was simply delicious generous portion size. Like where they have a chose of three types of sauce garlic yogurt, chili jalapeño and fire chili adds flavor to your favorite dish and on the side is where they have the utensils napkins and mayonnaise, ketchup, salt and pepper packets. One of our go to places for a quick dinner. Almost always order to go. We live close by and pretty much order the same things every time. The chicken döner kebab wrap with pickled onions. If I'm feeling indulgent, I'll ask for fries inside my wrap. If I just want fries then I'll order them as a side. They're really tasty and freshly fried. If I'm really hungry then I'll finish a wrap but I usually save about a third as leftovers. Perfectly good the next day for lunch. Super friendly service. You wait a little for your food but not too long. The food is fresh. Don't forget about the sauces. There's a red, green and white.
