In a few short hours, he took my car from "who is this woman and why is she collecting graham cracker crumbs in her backseat?" to "I don't know how the kids are getting to school because they're sure as heck not getting in this clean car!" In all seriousness, Austin did a great job. My car interior had about four years' worth of dirt and dust and he managed to produce sparkle and shine that I haven't seen since the day I bought it. His attention to detail really helped bring out the true beauty of a clean car. Add onto that the fact that Austin will come to you, and it's a no-brainer. I am throughly satisfied with Diva's work. The owner, Michael, was an active participant in the process and charged well below most other estimates. He drove me to my home across town after I dropped off my car. I was told I'd get a ride back when the job was done. Instead, Michael surprised me by delivering the car to my house!
