They are not stingy with knowledge or recommendations; it's wonderful to have honest, local appliance repair professionals who don't talk down to you, but actually educate. The cousins determined that it was going to be a $500 transmission/gearcase repair; they recommended a new washer because of the wear on the other parts inside, over paying for an expensive and likely short-lived fix. We decided to go that route. We're having them come back to clean the coils of our refrigerator next week. I could NOT recommend them more highly!

He did some computer testing and said everything seemed fine and there is always that amount of residual water at the bottom. I asked why the first tech didn't just tell me that and was told " no one had probably ever asked that question before". Unfortunately I'd already paid them. I feel like they were dishonest with me. Not a good experience at all!

No problems. Return technician shows up TWO MONTHS LATER and refuses to fix dishwasher without someone over 18 present. This is TERRIBLE service. Why enter the fist time, but refuse the second. We even told him it is fine to go ahead and repair the dishwasher. This company made NO DISCLOSURE beforehand that someone over 18 needed to be present. This is TERRIBLE service. Waiting months for down appliances to be repaired and then to leave over something like this. As if a few months age makes ANY difference. If going to make requirements like this they MUST be disclosed beforehand.

Jonathan gave us great service at a good price. He explained what he did (for some 2nd floor vents…read morehe went in through the basement), got the air ducts good and clean, showed me all the junk that he cleaned out (lots of mouse poop, yuck). The only deduction was because although he was fairly clean, there was some mouse poop left in the basement where he did the cleaning, and in the furnace, which was not fun cleaning out. Still, for the price, I was happy to clean up a little. After he came to do the cleaning, our furnace started leaking. We thought maybe it was related to the cleaning, called him and asked him to check it out. He came the next day, was very gracious about it, opened up the furnace, and determined the A coil was leaking through the drain pan, not because the condensation tube was blocked by something knocked loose by the cleaning. He called his friend right there on the spot to see if he could come replace our drain pan or the A coil. Haven't heard from the friend yet, but Jonathan went above and beyond without charging us for what was essentially a service diagnostic.
