Dalius fixed that also so now it's easier to move clothes from washer to dryer. Really nice guy & very professional.

People expect appliance repairs to be cheap, they often are not. Often parts are sold as a kit, and a kit can contain many parts and often you only need 1 part, but you must purchase the kit. The cousins determined that it was going to be a $500 transmission/gearcase repair; they recommended a new washer because of the wear on the other parts inside, over paying for an expensive and likely short-lived fix.
