My friend and I shared a meatball slider, and I had a chicken bacon ranch and she had a chicken Parmesan. They offer wine, beer, and other beverages. The chicken had no flavor. It was just breaded and very dry. The top piece of the bread was crispy, thin and broken apart, the bottom piece was very doughy so I threw that part away. The tomato's were diced very tiny, like a salsa which is fine but so small that it didn't have that tomato with balsamic flavor combo that I like. The fries were terrible and went in the trash. Very dry and chewy and no flavor at all. It was worth a try but I hate wasting money . I wouldn't go back. read more

My father and I were there on their second day of operation. Wow!! Since they had already perfected their food from having food trucks the food was fantastic. We saw some good reviews and decided to try The Knot House. We arrived about 6:15. It was not very busy. We picked a table and a server came right I over to greet us with menus and ask about our drink order. She returned to answer questions and then the owner came over and gave us the history of how they became a brick and mortar business from a food truck. She explained the menu in good detail. We all ordered a knot "sandwich" unsure if it was enough for a meal. With a side of french fries to share, one knot sandwich was enough for each of us. If you have a bigger appetite, I would say order 2 knot sandwiches. They are priced appropriately. I got a side salad but it was underwhelming. Chopped lettuce and chopped tomatoes in a tiny bowl for $5. Meh! We did try the meatball appetizer. It was ok. It had plenty of cheese and the sauce was good but the meatballs tasted like frozen pre-made. They weren't bad, but we expected homemade. I tried the caprice chicken knot. It was a fried big chunk of chicken with fresh mozzarella and a balsamic drizzle. It was delicious. My Dad got the sausage knot and it came without the onions and peppers he so wanted. He mentioned it and they quickly fixed the oversight. The knot bread was excellent. We would all go back and try another knot! I realize they are new but the ambience was missing. White walls and no pictures. Needs some warmth and character. Maybe some pictures of the successful food truck business and beautiful buttery garlic knots or the theme you are trying to achieve. Everything went well. My husband ordered the slider of the week. It was the last one. The slider had pernil & an avocado crema. The meat was moist & flavorful. I ordered the lunch special: a slider, a drink, & a 1/2order of fries or chips (I upgraded to onion rings for $1)starts at $10.99. The chicken parm slider was perfectly cooked with a flavorful sauce & a nice piece of all white meat chicken cutlet. We asked if they'd cut both sandwiches for us so we each could taste both sliders. They refused but offered us extra plates & a steak knife so we could cut them. After doing it ourselves we realized why they refused; the presentation of the sliders would be ruined if they did it in the kitchen. The sliders are made from huge garlic knots which were soft & deliciously seasoned with garlic, Parmesan, parsley, etc. The onion rings were crunchy & yummy.
