Here's the problem - it costs extra to get eggs poached. 2 eggs, sausage or bacon, toast and homefries is about $6, but if you want them poached, it's $7 and there are no homefries - have to pay another $1 or $1.50 extra for that. Want Rye toast? That's more money too. When I ordered my food, my poached eggs came on top of my rye toast - making the toast soggy. Look, I know some people might just be making their own egg on toast sandwich, but that can't be most people. Leave the eggs on the side (There was plenty of room on the plate) and let people put it on the bread if that's what they want.
