I stayed here while checking out the Chicago Jazz festival. It is right in the heart of downtown and near many stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and nicely designed. The jets in the shower was great. It had a combination jet set up. There was also a nice sized tub. There was a workout room, sauna and spa. There was also a bar and restaurant.. This is a great place to stay. I do plan on visiting soon.

This is a Two-Key Michelin Hotel, and it shows! Superbly appointed yet functional rooms, seamless service, a calming ambience with pastel themes, and understated luxury everywhere you look. While I was here on a work trip, I would not mind splurging on a repeat stay with the missus. Will be back!

The Langham is absolutely stunning with exceptional service. I was in Chicago for work and had the pleasure of experiencing the Langham. To call the hotel is well-appointed would be an understatement. The lobby area, the bar, and the accommodations are impressive. I run out of adjectives to describe my wonderful experience here. The cocktail bar serves the very best drinks in the city, hands down. Located in the heart of downtown overlooking the River. It is perfectly located. Despite all the accolades, the prices also match the extravagance. My cocktails was $22, and others on the menu exceeded $30. I am not a rich man, but the Langham made me feel like King for a day. Five starts, easy.

Really nice hotel. Comfortable bed and our room was nice and spacious. The location is really convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

I will never stay anywhere else in Chicago again. This place is the best. The accommodations are beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff is exceptional. Also, there were lots of security precautions during the St Patrick's Day celebrations and always multiple staff at the front doors to assist. You need a keycard to get to the floors with rooms which I also appreciate. There is a Nespresso in the room as well as a fully stocked mini-bar with all sorts of things. They are not cheap so beware. I apparently had a half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc (basically two glasses) for a whopping $85 when I could have walked to Eately and gotten three full size comparable bottles for the same price but hey, I am not shocked. This is a luxury hotel and the prices reflect that. Alex, the concierge is a wizard, full of resources and suggestions, kind and communicative. Toya, who is in charge of turndown, she is the sweetest. The kids and I adore her. She is fun and spunky. Henna, who assisted us before arriving was beyond helpful with every bizarre request I had, concerns, etc. Context: I was coming to Chicago for St Patrick's Day as a single mom with two kids on an extremely busy weekend.

Such a lovely spot! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming -- you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. The food was really good, fresh, and satisfying, and the location is excellent, super convenient and easy to get to. Overall, just a great experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!

I had the good fortune of attending a dinner event at the Langham Chicago, and as expected, the food was impeccable. I started with a simple green salad, a large bowl filled with light and crisp greens, tomatoes, radicchio and turnips, very refreshing. Followed by a burrata salad which had a large, plump burrata dumpling over a bed of greens, sweet plums and pickled onions with a few slices of toast. Then a filet of cod - soft and flaky with crispy skin, over a puree with cubes of potato and Brussel sprout leaves. And finished off with a chocolate mousse donut with a small cherry mousse adorned with gold leaf. And a deep cup of coffee. Excellent food, excellent service and a posh setting. If you have a chance to visit the Langham, go for it!

My wife and I like to go to high noon tea time about 4 times a year. We like to check out a few different ones.

Are the saunas included with hotel reservation, like the pool? Or are they a part of the spa, and require payment? Also, is there social distancing required in the pool and saunas, such that reservations are required for them?

There are two sauna rooms, one steam room and showers (cold and regular) in the Chuan Spa locker rooms on the fourth floor. All hotel guests have complimentary access to those amenities; simply register at the Chuan Spa front desk to receive a key…

What room location is most desirable? We seek quiet.

This hotel is city, expect moderate city sounds. So absolutely worth the stay.

No response to my 2 internal request for a quote, I have to email you. Then your own deadline isn't met." Then Nicole asks me question some that I already answered in my initial requests. Clearly, no attentiveness or attention to detail. Sent me their basic cookie cutter event stuff. I didn't want their cookie cutter display stuff from their website. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I really appreciate your patience and apologize again for the frustrating experience." Asked for the CEO, or person in charge and was ignored. Again, why would I use this company? Why would you?

We come here or get take out at least weekly lol…read more My favorite is the pork carnitas taco and hard shell beef taco, then the chicken burrito. Guac and chips as well duh. They deserve a Michelin star at this point every single time we come with friends, family, ourselves or order it always tastes the same (delicious obvi). We have never seen them waiver in quality. We love and will always support you Antique Taco

Over 1400 reviews with a 4 star rating is crazy. They must be doing something right. Not exactly…read moresure what is though. We came around lunch time on Sunday. The place was half full and the staff was very friendly. You order at the counter, they give you a number and deliver the food to your table. My wife ordered their Skirt Steak taco and their Sweet & Spicy chicken taco. The skirt steak came with roasted tomato salsa, arugula, queso, lime and cilantro. I'm sorry but what the hell is arugula doing on a taco? The chicken taco came with honey yogurt, cucumber, jalapeño, onion and mint. I get it. Im all for reinventing traditional dishes and perhaps making them healthier but this ain't it. The steak wasn't seasoned right, the any flavor the chicken had was hiding behind the mint and the cucumber. I ordered their Fried Chicken Burrito. This was a little better, but it also had arugula. The "tres queso" was like melted cheese. I thought it was going to come with a more traditional queso sauce. The habanero hot sauce was non existent. Anything habanero should always pack some heat. I'm obsessed with habanero. And trust me, I tried hard looking for it, it was not there. No heat. IIt also came potato chips on the side. Nobody is craving potato chips with their damn burrito man. Some tortilla chips would have probably been better. I'll admit, I wasn't a big fan of their menu prior to coming in. Still decided to stop in, but don't believe I'll ever return. And I get it, I'm probably not the palate they're trying to please. I am not the person they are catering to. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. But this just isn't it.
