My friend and I booked two nights at the Pendry Chicago while traveling to Chicago for the recent March Madness men's basketball games (Sweet 16 & Elite 8). My friend had stayed at this hotel before with family and was excited to go back. We enjoyed the hotel's amenities, restaurants, room and history along with the proximity to so much in the city. The Pendry Chicago on Michigan Avenue is housed in the former Carbide & Carbon building and is still home to the historic lobby, with gold Art Deco features original to the 1929 building. The hotel's stylish design embraces its rich heritage as well as the future. While we were hoping for an upgrade included in our package through Fine Hotel & Resorts, there was nothing available with multiple beds. We received some chocolates as a welcome amenity. We had two tasty breakfasts on property in the Venteux restaurant and also through room service, a dinner in Venteux, and drinks and a dinner on two occasions at the Bar Pendry. All were delightful experiences, and I wrote separate Yelp reviews on the food and service for each of these restaurants. We drove offsite and went to one of the many nearby restaurants for lunch on our second day there. We booked a Fine Hotels + Resorts offer that included early and late checkout, room upgrade when available, daily $60 breakfast credit, $100 credit which we used for a nice dinner, and welcome amenity. There is an approximately $42 per day destination fee, which includes a non-alcoholic welcome cocktail (at check-in), high speed WiFi, in-room coffee and boxed bottled water, morning lobby coffee cart, access to fitness center RunGo app, shoeshine service, children's plush toy amenity, complimentary printing up to 10 pages, complimentary local calls, nightly turndown service, and complimentary transportation within a 2 mile radius. We took advantage of the complimentary transportation through their shuttle several times over the 48 hours. We had a delightful visit and would certainly recommend this unique experience to anyone else looking for a similar experience! read more

Stayed here with friends recently and had a wonderful experience! We got to stay here due to my friends having travel points they wanted to share. The whole stay was seamless from start to finish. We were greeted in the lobby and check in was quick. They have a delicious lemon citrus tea that was so refreshing and light. We only stayed for a night, but the rooms and beds are very comfortable with spacious bathrooms. The toiletries are luxe--definitely a change from a typical hotel. They provide water both upon arrival and in the room, which is much appreciated. read more

I decided to try something a little different and stay downtown this year for Christmas. Checking in on December 24 and checking out on December 26th I had an excellent stay. Upon arrival the doorman was very welcoming and led me inside to a beautifully decorated lobby. The gingerbread theme and large Christmas trees really enhanced the "tis' the season" vibe. This location is amazing being right in the middle and nearby to everything. Check in was easy and Devonte was so kind and helpful. I had a small issue with my original room assignment but he was quick to get the issue resolved and stayed professional during my entire stay by addressing me by my last name and always speaking when I passed by. The welcome drink (some kind of citrus tea) in the lobby was delicious and I probably over indulged during my stay getting a cup every time I passed by. With a password you could take that tea over to the bar and add a complimentary shot of your preferred alcohol. I added casamigos because I'm a tequila girl. My room was amazing. It felt like I was in a mini apartment on the 19th floor. There was so much natural light and I had the best views of Michigan Ave as well as a small glimpse of the lake. I will admit that it does get a little loud with street noise and emergency vehicles constantly passing by but that's city living for you and it didn't bother me too much. The shower was nice and the bed was so so comfy. I took advantage of both the on-site connected restaurant for breakfast each day as well as the hotel bar for late night snacks and drinks. The hotel chicken tenders and fries made for quite the fulfilling snack but unfortunately the grilled cheese was a hard pass. The connected restaurant was just ok. Not a fan of their matcha lattes or breakfast offerings but I had credits to use so it worked out. If you sit in the cafe part there is great people watching over by the window. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will be adding the Pendry to my list of hotels to stay when I am visiting downtown. Random Tips: 1. Use spothero to park in the garage across the street for about $40-$50 a night. Still expensive but less than valet. 2. This is a pet friendly hotel but there is no nearby relief area. 3. The hotel is backed up to apartments and office buildings so close the blinds before you strip down and/or shower. read more

Beautiful repurposed historical building with a striking art deco lobby . Pet friendly but they don't have a designated pet area . River walk is only a block away though . The doormen / doorwomen were the nicest and most helpful people I've met . Reception was helpful and they serve the best lemonade drink with an option to spike it at the bar. The room was beautiful and comfy . We did room service and the food was okay but came hot and beautifully served . The valet is $80 per night which is expensive but I guess that's the price you pay for convenience and location . Overall this was a great experience. Loved staying at the Pendry Chicago! The location is unbeatable and makes walking to a lot of things super doable. The building itself is beautiful, and love the history and inspiration behind the architecture. The room we had was spacious and very clean. It had a steamer rather than an iron which I absolutely love. They staff was also so incredibly welcoming and friendly. The only issue we had was having a bit of difficulty catching an elevator during busier times of day, which is standard I think is large busy hotels. Booked a staycation through Amex fine resorts. I liked that I could text the front desk so all my needs were easily met. Great location and there is $17 spothero parking close. We got a tower king and the room is a pretty standard size. I wish there was a bathtub but the shower water pressure is nice. I recently enjoyed a great birthday winter weekend at The Pendry hotel. Knowing the weather in February we wanted an excellent location with short walkable attractions. We also wanted to ability to "stay in" and feel transported. The Pendry provided all this in droves. Muriel checked us in and gave us the royal birthday treatment. Sweet treats, corner upgrade, and early check in set the tone for a great stay. Staff was notably helpful and friendly. Dolapo the doorman and Nike the private driver truly stood apart as excellence in action. The room service breakfast was a nice option, but we recommend going down to the cafe instead. The ambiance and delicious food and drinks make for a great start to the day. The Venteux Brasserie had good not great food with some struggles in service. But ambiance and happy hour were stellar. The steak frites had tough meat, but the filet and fruit de mer were very good. Negroni on point. Rooftop and Bar Pendry also provided cozy relaxation options. As you know, The Doctor and I do quite a few staycations in Chicago. The Pendry was the latest on the list and it did not disappoint at all. This was by far one of the most enjoyable staycations we have experience and The Pendry will be at the top of our list to stay at. Upon our arrival, our Uber driver had to park across the street from the hotel due to the fact that two very large tour buses were parked out front. The Doctor and I didn't think too much about it as we figured we would just go to the light and cross the street. However as soon as our bags left the vehicle and hit the ground, there was a gentleman with dreadlocks crossing the street to get our bags, stopping traffic to make sure we made it across safely. The reason I am mentioning the dreadlocks is because we did not get his name, but he was so wonderful the entire weekend we interacted with him. He got our bags on a luggage rack, got us water and took The Doctor up to the reception area. If I had I had to point out a con, it would be that our room was not ready when we got there. That said, I was not mad about it as it was about 15 mins later when everything was ready. The reason I was not upset was because the young woman behind the desk stated that our room was cleaned, but it was going through a final "inspection" before it could be released. I completely appreciated hearing that, and while we waited there was this lovely lemony drink you could pour and take to the the bar to have a shot put into it if you said the secret password, which was "Bob" for that day. The Captain of the Bell-people (Perry) took us to our room, giving us a breakdown of the different restaurants (in and outside of the hotel) that we could dine at. Once we got to the room, he pointed out all of the amenities in the room and explained that we could use the fridge (which was stocked with drinks and some high end adult beverages). Perry pointed out that the bottle water was complimentary would be replaced on a daily basis, which is very nice as a lot of hotels charge for bottled water now. He even told us what his schedule would be for the weekend in case we needed to reach him personally. The suite itself was very spacious, with two separate bathrooms, a TV in the main living space as well as the bedroom. They had Netflix as well as free HBO Max, as well as other streaming platforms for music, etc. The wet bar area on top has a very nice selection of hard liquors, snacks, complimentary coffees, as well as a charger. What I really loved about our suite was the fact that there was off white carpet everywhere (except the bathroom) and it was spotless. I am use to seeing some wear and tear at hotels. We treat spaces as if they are ours, but realize others might not, so I was very surprised not to see any stains on the furniture or carpet. The furniture was in good condition, the leather chairs/ottomans showed no signs of tears. The big selling point for me was the fact that we got a text every day asking what time housekeeping should stop by our room to clean it. We have never experienced that before and it was nice because usually we don't do housekeeping as it we never know when they are coming, so this was amazing. And when I say they clean, they clean! And put everything in its proper place. Some of the items on the bar were moved around because we were looking at them, and just put them back. The housekeeping staff not only put everything back the way it was originally placed, they also arranged the items we each had on the counters in our bathroom to a showroom level...crazy and lovely. Keep in mind if you are looking for a "quiet" hotel, this is not it. While we had no complaints about folks in the rooms next to us, this hotel is in a heavy traffic area in Chicago and on the river. So there will street sounds and at night the sounds of people racing their Speed Racer cars and bikes, which I do not mind, All in all, the staff were all lovely and eager to help and quite pleasant to speak to. This was one of the first times we have done room service and the gentleman who brought up our food was great, placing our food on the table, then asking us if it was ok if he removed the covers. I ordered a Wagyu burger, but forgot to ask for mustard, The Doctor called room service and the gentleman who had brought up our food was back up in flash with a small jar of mustard. The burger was really good BTW as were the lemon pepper wings and The chicken noodle soup The Doctor got. All in all, this was a first rate staycation for us and we had so much fun staying at The Pendry. We are planning on going back in November if we can get in, and if not, we will wait. read more

The Pendry is a great way to have a staycation in Chicago while experiencing the downtown of Chicago. A fairly small lobby with a bar off to the side. The rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable, and a full gym in the basement. They also have great room service with delicious food. A full breakfast and dinner options for you to choose from. I'd been wanting to check out Pendry hotels and was thrilled to finally be able to do so in Chicago. I've been to Pendry bars before, which I love, so I knew I would like the hotel. And I did. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the doormen, which I appreciate. Except for whoever stole my clothes from my room, which I did not appreciate. It was fairly jarring to come back from exploring the city to find that things had been stolen. I'm glad I travel with a door jammer/alarm, which I use, because who knows what could have happened. Aside from the in-room theft, I had a great time here. The rooms are big, with comfy beds and a wonderful bathroom. The shower is nice, albeit poorly designed (you need to enter from the side with the showerhead if you leave the bathroom door open). Carpeting needs to be redone. I loved the minibar options, even though I did not partake. Aside from the bathroom vent, everything was extremely clean. Other reviewers mention the noise, which is true during the day, but I was on a low floor and at night, it didn't bother me. The lobby is well-appointed, as is the bar area. I will say the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was very friendly and kind. There was a bar attached to the hotel and a rooftop bar which I didn't get a chance to go to. There js also a cute cafe and restaurant attached as well. The first night you arrive they give you a complimentary beverage which was a yummy jasmine green tea mixture and they allow you to go to the bar to spike it with a secret password which I thought was very cute and fun! I had a chance to go to the bar and the cafe - both had amazing drinks and the breakfast food at the cafe was delicious. There was room service which I was excited about but I was shocked to see there was a $7 delivery fee for the room service. The hotel in itself was already very expensive so I did not expect I would have to pay for room service. When I received my checkout bill I was also charged for amenities - which I did not even use not knew about- I think that should not be an additional charge but just part of the price you are paying for the room. I ordered an avocado toast, and 2 espressos and with room service and tip that was $50. To me that is outrageous Overall I loved the atmosphere and the kind staff and the attached bar and restaurant options, but I will say I was surprised to be charged so much upon leaving considering how pricey everything already is inside the hotel. read more

Can't believe this hotel is part of fine hotels and resorts... it's a failed attempt at luxury. As you check you'll be graciously showered by condensate from A/C. The rooms generally small, well appointed but poorly lit. The lobby is nice well thought out, I would say from a design perspective the common areas are tasteful and the complimentary coffee is just what you need in the morning. My room didn't have a desk and the sound proofing was borderline terrible. The service was uninspiring but the location is central. Would stay again? Perhaps. This time as my first experience at a Pendry and it feels like a place I'd rather grab drinks at than spend the night. Another flawless stay at Pendry Chicago. This was our second time staying at the Pendry and once again, it exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely taken care of. The gentlemen at the door are next level helpful--genuinely some of the best I've encountered at any hotel. They go out of their way to make things easy and always seem one step ahead of what you might need. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The bathrooms were especially lovely--clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt calm and luxurious. A huge shoutout to Michael and Sierra, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and warm. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. I also have to mention the incredible room service team, who kindly brought up warm milk for our toddler and even delivered a microwave to make things easier for us. Their patience and genuine thoughtfulness meant so much to us as parents traveling with a little one. We stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas and had a really nice time. The hotel is in a lovely and historic building and the renovation has been done to a very high level. The location is also perfect for exploring Chicago! We arrived at 4pm and our room was ready. As we had booked through Amex FHR we got a number of benefits, including an upgrade (which was honored). We ended up being upgraded to a Tower Room, which was a great size and perfect for a 4 night stay. The room was well equipped (there was a robe which I LOVE in a hotel) and the shower was great. The thing I would note though is that the AC was not working (I understand this is turned off for the winter) so if you like sleeping in a cold room, which we do, you are going to be out of luck in the winter months. We had a credit of $60 for breakfast everyday and we took advantage of this. There is a wide selection available at the on-site restaurant and the service is quick, although this does get busy and sometimes there may be a wait for the table. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at Pendry and would be happy to return in the future. read more

This is a hip and cool downtown chicago hotel. The location is great, right between State Street and Millennium Park areas and Michigan Ave shopping. The lobby has a great hotel bar with awesome drinks. This is an old building, so the rooms aren't super spacious, but they are nice. Being an old building, the windows are smaller and were chilly when we were there. But overall, everything was wonderful! Also, if you are staying in the city, there is always street noise. Bring earplugs! I really loved the towels, so random, but they were thick and nice! read more

I recently stayed at the Pendry Chicago and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself was very clean, and the location is excellent--right in the heart of downtown and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Chicago. The building is beautiful and the rooms were well maintained. However, for the price we paid, the service was very disappointing. When booking, the hotel advertised Cadillac service, but this was never offered or mentioned during our stay. The air conditioning in the room barely worked, which made it uncomfortable at times. On the night before checkout, our room keys stopped working around 8 p.m., which was frustrating to deal with late in the evening. Additionally, when we booked the room we were told it would have a walk-in shower, but the room we received only had a tub. The phone in the room was also broken, so we couldn't call the front desk to request basic things like additional water. To make matters worse, the final price charged ended up being higher than what was listed on the invoice we received, which was unexpected. Overall, while the hotel is clean and in a great location, the level of service and several operational issues did not match the premium price point. For what we paid, I expected a much smoother and more attentive experience. read more

Never again. This hotel is NOISY. If you stay here, insist on a room away from the street. The corner rooms are the worst. We actually had to call the police at 2AM due to the motorcycles racing outside. They came, but the street noise was still too much. The hotel manager in the morning was totally indifferent towards us. Like he has disdain for the guests. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't offer the service level that their price point would suggest. When we checked in there was no help with the luggage, the room key wasn't set up properly (had to leave the luggage in the hallway to run back down), then when we asked to change rooms due to the noise there was poor communication and bad attitude from the hotel. We book with American Express Platinum and have never been met with such poor hospitality at one of the "Fine hotels and resorts." Will never stay here again. Last trip we stayed at the Langham and would recommend that hotel 100% over the Pendry. read more

The rooms were spacious, the beds super comfortable, the lighting in the bathroom marvelous, and the customer service impeccable. The late night room service hamburger hit the spot and the morning coffee was delicious, too! From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out and got my luggage from the bellman, my stay was five star worthy. I loved the architecture, the history, and the vibes. I stayed there October 31st to November 1st of 2025. The rooms were very nice, but the service was well below what I would expect from premium hotel. On top of that they added a so called "Destination Charge" to my bill. $41/night over and above the quoted room rate. When I stayed at a hotel near the Madrid airport recently, I was quoted a room rate of €260 per night. When I got my final bill I was charged €260 per night. My quoted room rate for the Pendry was $260 per night. When I received my final bill I ended up paying $350 per night. That included all the local and state taxes along with the "Destination Charge". They knew these fees up front they should have quoted it. This is a sleazy way to run a business. read more

If you're a history buff and love restored architecture that has been restored to perfection, this is a gorgeous building to satisfy your senses. The rooms were comfortable and had all the accoutraments that you would expect for an upscale hotel. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, the AC worked well, in-room refrigerators and coffee makers, and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I did, however, experience 2 annoying issues. It was extremely loud due to the proximity of the building. This, unfortunately, is not something they can control but be prepared to bring ear plugs so you can black out the street noise. The second is availability of the elevators. They are SO SLOW. I had to build in 15 minutes in my schedule just for taking the elevator. This was a major complaint among all my business colleagues who faced the same challenges regardless of what floor your room was on - there are different elevator banks for different floors. They also don't have service elevators, so meal and housekeeping carts can fill one whole elevator, and you have to wait for another. read more

This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby has a complimentary tea drink that you can spike for free at the bar (with a code word), but I wasn't told that at checkin and learned about it later from a coworker. My room was suite and it was huge! It had a separate living area with pull out couch and two full bathrooms. They made up the sofa bed for me when I called to request it. Incredible hotel in the heart of Chicago's most touristy area! I booked a little staycation for the Thanksgiving weekend and really enjoyed my quick stay. It hit some of the most important parts of comfort for me: clean room, clean carpets, strong water pressure with HOT water, mini fridge, and the most comfortable bed (my husband seriously contemplated buying their bedding set)! The staff checked in on me twice with little snacks- a trio of chocolates not long after checkin, and two mini macarons in the evening. My requests for dental kits were quickly completed, and room service was delivered within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the TV. The remote lagged so horribly and the TV was just overall a bit small. Pretty disappointed there wasn't a way to cast content from my own device. Tried logging into Netflix and it was unusable just from how slow everything was. Room service was absurdly expensive, which I guess is to be expected. read more

I stayed at the Pendry for a two night staycation in December to celebrate graduating from grad school with my boyfriend. It was his idea, and we used our Amex perks since this hotel is part of their Fine Hotels and Resorts collection (if you have access to this and are considering booking take a look at the Amex perks, it's super worth it). We had an incredible experience from start to finish. Before the stay, the concierge was so lovely and gave us fantastic ideas and recommendations, and helped us with a reservation at the winter garden rooftop (which is 500% cute and worth every penny). We had breakfast at their restaurant both days and it was pretty good. Hated the chicken sandwich, loved everything else especially the breakfast potatoes. Our room was very spacious, a single king bed, and the bathroom was bigger than most hotel bathrooms which was nice. The toiletries were all really nice, and the room was pristine across the board. I really enjoyed the location for a staycation. We easily walked to the christkindl market and through grant/millenium parks. We took the train to the Steppenwolf for a fantastic show, and had easy access to restaurants. I loved the style and comfort of this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks Pendry staff for making it an amazing stay! One tiny note: all hotels at this point should be offering a digital tipping option for housekeeping, valet, etc. Pendry will keep their staff happy and avoid inconveniencing guests by adding an easy option for this. read more

Nice hotel and location. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar was not too crowded although not as great of views as I had hoped.

I stayed at the Pendry for 2 nights and loved the stay. It's a classy location in the heart of downtown Chicago! Lots of places to walk to from the hotel and great hospitality! Pendry is a chain of 5 star boutique hotels, owned by Montage. As of 2024 they have 12 locations, in the US, Mexico, and Barbados. The vibe is young and modern in comparison to Montage hotels, which have more of an old money high luxury feel. This location in Chicago is within a beautiful historic building, in a prime downtown location. My husband and I stayed here for 1 week on a recent work trip to Chicago. Our room was clean, with decor that was understated yet chic. Despite being small, I liked that there was a table with chairs and not just a bed. The worst aspect of the room was the complete lack of natural light, and the view being directly into a gym across the street. Though the staff here seemed well meaning, service was entry level. When we had packages delivered, it was a lengthy process for anyone to find them. I requested a pair of scissors to open the large boxes of wardrobe I had received after traveling from LA, to be told "we can't let you use the scissors, it's our policy, sorry". It was wild that I had to go to CVS to buy scissors while staying at a 5 star hotel. Complaints aside, the lobby is beautiful and a nice place to hang out (there is a pitcher of fruit tea that you must try), the location is ideal, and the bed was comfortable. But, I would not stay here again. read more

I booked a staycation at the Pendry for my husband's 31st birthday and I'm so glad I did! Chicago has so many incredible hotels, but what really attracted me to the Pendry is the stunning building. It's located in the Carbon and Carbide building just south of the river on Michigan Avenue. The building is a gorgeous 1920s art deco space, and the Pendry did a wonderful job paying homage to that era. We were greeted by Kate, the Front Desk Agent (or possibly manager) who was so welcoming and sweet. She informed us about everything we needed to know regarding our stay, and we were excited to learn we had a $75 credit to use in the dining areas! We told Kate the reason for our stay was for a birthday, and just a few minutes after checking into our guest room we were treated to a chocolate mousse delivered to us. It's touches like these that really elevate stays and we were so appreciative of the incredible hospitality! The Lobby and entrance is lovely. It has a modern feel that is effortlessly balanced by the 1920s style and art incorporated around every corner. One of my favorite elements were the gorgeous gold elevator doors. We stayed in a King room with views of the city. The room was pristine, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were to die for! I was in love with the decor of the bathroom. Everything was bright with black accents and fit the style of the hotel perfectly. We grabbed a few drinks at the Pendry Bar in the Lobby. They do have a rooftop bar but Kate did tell us that it was already very full when we checked in, so we went with this instead. The good news is that the rooftop bar is open to the public, so we plan on making a trip back at some point to check out those gorgeous views! We ordered room service for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and the meal. I got the pancakes which were INCREDIBLE! They look pretty unassuming but the flavor blew us both away. My husband enjoyed his omelette as well. The only somewhat of a downside that I can think of is because the hotel is right downtown, there were a lot of sirens, loud cars, and outside noises that I heard throughout the night. Though, I think this has more to do with us living in a quieter neighborhood and not being as acclimated to the nosies found in the heart of the City. I'll absolutely recommend the Pendry to all friends and family looking to stay downtown - it was such a treat! We hope to be back for another staycation. read more

Stayed here for two nights. The decor was chic and the architecture was beautiful. The water pressure in the showers was excellent. The coffee in the lobby was appreciated but it did not taste very good. We did not get a chance to try the bar or restaurant but both seemed nice. Valet parking was pricey (80 a night). Air conditioners were easy to use. The adjustable bedside lighting was also a plus as I haven't experienced that in a hotel before. read more

I got stuck in their elevator. It was around 6:30am in the morning and I got in the elevator to go down to the lobby so I could go on a run. Shortly after the elevator started, it stopped...then it jerked, stopped, jerked, and then stopped again. No pressing of buttons would make it continue on its way. Having never been through something like this, I tried the call button first but it brought me to what sounded like an answering machine and then a long dial tone. Another button allowed me to ring a bell, but I had no idea if I would be heard. Long story short, I got out a half hour later with the help of some maintenance/elevator people. But what irks me more than being stuck is that all the consolation I was told I would be offered has still not panned out (now 2 months later.) At the desk, they took down my information and said they'd send me a gift card in the mail to come back. Then, over e-mail, their general manager told me the same thing. But I never received anything. I haven't followed up because, to be honest, I don't know that I would stay here after that experience anyway. But THEY should have followed up to 1.) confirm they had sent it in the mail and 2.) confirm I have received it and express their desire for me to come back. But I guess getting stuck in an elevator doesn't warrant that kind of service. Giving two stars because I otherwise enjoyed the room I was staying in and the location was convenient (I chose it for its proximity to Millennium Park, for that run I was attempting). But beware my experience and the way they respond. read more

My husband and I loved our stay @ the Pendry. Great customer service from all staff members, from the front door men, to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. I do agree with other Yelp reviews, it can be noisy with the sirens but next time we will ask for a different room. Great location, we walked everywhere the only time we used transportation was to and from the airport. Nice room and I love how you just say the secret word & you get a shot of vodka (hubby & I chose vodka) with the juice they have at the front desk when checking in. We will be back. read more

Very nice hotel close to millennium park, the business district, and entertainment. The hotel has plenty of interesting experiences from spiked drinks (if you know the password)--great sized rooms. The rooms are modern and recently updated. The bathrooms are modern and have good amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the lobby, .... The front desk personnel are extremely helpful.
