I wanted to start off by saying that I love the atmosphere at CouturEye. The interior is very clean and nice. I went to my first lash appointment with Brandi a month ago, she's very sweet and I really enjoyed talking to her. I got 2D lash extensions from her. She asked me if I wanted them short, medium or long lashes and I told her I wanted them long. She suggested to get medium because my eyes are quite small and I agreed with her because I wanted them slightly natural for my Vietnam trip anyways. I really love the 2D lashes that she gave me! For my second appointment I went to Chelsea because Brandi was completely booked on the only day I was available. I decided to try 3D lash extensions instead because I have a few weddings to go to this month so I wanted a more dramatic look. I told Chelsea that I wanted either a gorgeous lash shape or a open eye shape. Chelsea suggested to me that I should do open eyelash shape because I have hooded eyes and my natural lashes follow an open eye. I told her I was really tired from work and I wasn't in a chatty mood. Chelsea was understanding and said it's okay that I didn't have to if I didn't want to. She's really sweet and I felt confident that she'll make my lashes look amazing and they are! I absolutely love my 3D lashes and can't wait to go back to her for my fill in!

Ok am I crazy here..? I had my lash extensions done on on 5/22. It is 5/31 and literally every single one has fallen off. When I came in, Chelsea was there to do my set and she seem really disinterested in me. And then when I went to lay down to get my lashes done she didn't really ask me what I wanted, I had to personally ask was kind of curl and length she was going to do. Then she kind of was like oh yeah that'll be fine and then I laid down to get my lashes done. There was a REALLY weird soap opera on and even when I said "this is a really weird show" she just kinda said uhu and didn't offer to change it. Maybe I'm used to something else but I have had my lashes done before and usually they explain the type of lashes they will use and put on calming music so you can fall asleep. The whole process took about an hour and I was happy with my initial lashes. I followed all procedures and didn't get them wet for 24 hours and I didn't even wear makeup so I could be extra careful. I felt like she wasn't happy that I bought the lowest cost option and so didn't really care which makes me sad. But honestly. Half of these lashes were gone by day 4 and all. LITERALLY all are gone today and it's been 8 days. I just think that's kind of crazy. The photo attached was taken today and you can see not a single lash remains :/ Oh and I posted a photo of a screen shot of my appt.

This place has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. The stylist answered the phone in the middle of working on my eye lashes, and I could hear her sending texts through the session. It's no surprise that almost all the lashes fell out of my left eye in only 2 days. It was horribly embarrassing. When I called to let the owner what happened, she was extremely rude and yelled at me until I had to hang up the phone. She acted like she was going to make it right. The next session went well, but when I called back to schedule a fill-in, she refused to book an appointment for me. If you're looking for a petty, short-tempered stylist, this is the place for you. If you want good customer service and a high quality salon, go somewhere else. The owner bullies people who leave bad reviews.

I've had an eyelash extension done only once in my life and it was not a professional job. I didn't know what to expect going into CouturEye. I just decided to go for it after reading the positive reviews. There is a Yelp deal attached, $58 for $125 so that helped the decision process as well. I was able to schedule online and was excited to see that they had an opening for 9pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and Brandi (owner) was with another client and politely advised me that she'd be right with me. Once it was my turn she consulted with me to find out what I liked/wanted and made suggestions. 10 minutes later I felt super comfortable and we talked like old friends. The hr flew by so fast! I felt no pain, no liquid running in my eye, no sticky eyelids, etc. See the 1st time I had them done I experienced all of the above and when they were taken off they took my natural lashes off as well so I was pretty much looking like a bald eagle imo. I almost shed a tear when I looked in the mirror they look so fab and natural. Totally exceeded my expectations! I've scheduled another appt with her in a week for a brow extension and cannot wait to see those results. I'll keep you posted.

I held off writing a review from my first visit because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But after my experience today, I feel comfortable in saying that, although her lash work is good, her customer service and personality is lacking! Visit 1: Only about a 15 minute wait. She was fast. Efficient. But said no more than maybe 3 words the entire time. My attempts to break the ice by complimenting her hair and her boots fell flat. I understand I am not attending a comedy show and I don't expect to be entertained, but I've never had a lash experience so...quiet. And it was just awkward. Luckily she has a soft touch so I fell asleep halfway through. I bought a Groupon, so I had to make my refill appointment within 2 weeks, which I did. The weather was horrible. It was storming and wasn't letting up. My first thought at 8am was to reschedule, but this was the last day within my 2 weeks. Also, I wanted to be considerate, not knowing how far she had to travel, she could have already been en route. I wrapped up and got there at exactly 9:02 for my 9am appt. the door was closed and the shade was down so I knocked on the door. No answer. I heard what I thought was talking (but now assume it was the radio maybe), so I sat in the waiting area, which is close to the door and waited. At about 9:30am I went out to my car for something and decided to call her. She flatly stated that she was there and I didn't show up, so she left?! Huh?! She also stated that she waits no longer than 15 minutes on a customer and I could call and reschedule. (Mind you, this is the day before Christmas!!) I questioned how any of that was possible, since I'd been waiting for half an hour!? I would have seen her walk out. And when she walked out, did she not think to look over at the waiting area? (Hell, maybe my head was down at the time she left?!) And I guess a phone call to the customer is just too much work!? My assumption is that because I was prepaid through a Groupon voucher, my business was just not that valuable. Sad, because I intended on tipping her the full price of the refill, since it is the day before Christmas! The good thing I CAN say, is that my lashes still look decent from 2 weeks ago, so I can still pull it off. I'm just pissed that I had to fight this horrible weather to get here! In conclusion, my instincts from the first visit were right. I won't be back! (I wanted to give 2.5, but don't know how to give half stars.) Happy Holidays yelpers!!

I never write Yelp reviews, but had to show some love because I'm absolutely in love with my new lashes! Brandi is extremely personable and did a great job at assessing what look is best for me by asking me a few simple questions and then working her magic. Super relaxing experience and I'm absolutely hooked now. Highly recommend CouturEye because the prices are great, the work surpassed my expectations, and Brandi was an absolute riot to chat with.

This is not a fake review. Based off of my recent experience here, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Brandi has very negative energy. Don't rely on me, just pay attention to her responses on the unfavorable reviews. Anytime a business owner tells you that they have to "get to know you " before they can have a conversation with you or answer your valid questions, (a first time customer),take heed! I honestly believe she was shocked when I brought that to her attention and tried to clean it up but by then the impression was made and set. Remember you are getting paid to provide a service dear. You are always "ON" . The potential to scale up and sustain is threatened by your own attitude. Returning customers is what drives business profits. Brandi will get in her own way because of this. Such a shame! On top of that her work is mediocre at best. That's a hell of some nerve in a market as saturated as this. read more

I went here the first time and Chelsea did my lash and did an amazing job but she was not personable at all and almost come off uninterested. Maybe she just hate her job. Second time there, Brandi did my lash and also did a good job but she just had straight attitude. I disregarded it, and made my third appt weeks later for third refill but due to work I had to reschedule on the app. Then I received a text to confirm my appt that I had cancel initially. So I decided to call and let them know I won't be making it to the initial appt which is why I canceled it. She was absolutely rude and not service oriented AT ALL!! As a small business owner, keeping your clientele should be your main priority, therefore good customer service is everything. She was outright nasty! Later on that day I went into my email and realized she canceled both appointments I had made. Just because you do your job well does not give you the right to be nasty...be humble and pray you maintain the clients you already have!! They do good lash but I will not be wasting my money on rudeness and poor customer service. read more

CouturEye is the only place I'll go for my lashes! I have had my eyelashes done at 2 other places and I never get the same results like I do with Brandi. She is very knowledgable and really knows what looks good on you. She takes the time to apply each lash and make you feel comfortable. Her office is clean and very chic. She is definitely worth giving a try!! Love my lashes!! read more

I read all of the reviews about how welcoming and how nice Brandi and her staff is. 1st off, the recording on the phone still directs you to their old location. I called and Brandi was nice, saying the location is close by and to call if i got lost. Very nice about it.... so, I walk in and rite away, i hear Brandi say to her receptionist. " Im not taking any more". # unprofessional. I Started asking the receptionist about the services. Her answers were vague, didnt seem knowledgeable at all. I asked can i make an appointment for this week. She said they were booked. I said. " ok, do u guys take walk ins?". She said No.. i said oh ok, well the website states u guys take walk ins, she said.. " well, we take walk-ins, but we're busy" and threw her hands in the air.. .. huhhhh? What does that mean? I mean she could've gave me more options, made it clear about the walk ins.. something!.. smh.. thats why i dont support black businesses! read more

Recently, I moved from New York and have been looking for a new brow salon because the one I…read moreinitially found in Georgia was farther from my house and the results were just okay. I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.

She's got my hair bleached blonde and still grows down my back. I adore her customer service and she gets me in and out. Most salons you have to spend the day there but not here. No complaints. The salon is very clean and in a great area. Plenty of parking and the shampoo's I get there are like Jesus himself is washing my hair. My hair is very very dense and VERY difficult for me to manage but she does it with ease. I love it there, I just wish it was closer to where I live.

I have been going to couturEye for 3.5 years! I started getting my lashes done at a well known place in Buckhead and was always disappointed with both the final product and price. Brandi does not disappoint given her attention to detail and her drive to be the best shows every time I get my touch-ups! And I have yet to find quality like she provides at the more than fair pricing she offers. Additionally, the level of service and professionalism is above and beyond. I get reminder text and emails of my appointment to confirm and help keep me on schedule. I was very disappointed with Brandi's business practice. I had paid 138 dollars for 3 full sets, to be used at another time. I came back within a month and received one set. But beacause of family and business commitments I had no time until now to return for the second and third. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that Brandi would not honor my payment even though I have a receipt and bank statement. When I bought the package she told me I could use it at a later date, never specifying what the cutoff might be. I questioned this and she assured me I could redeem whenever. But that was a lie. BRANDI HAS STOLEN MY MONEY, by not honoring her commitment. A poor business woman who happens to perform her lash duties well, but has no idea how to garner repeat customers with stellar service. DO NOT BUY PACKAGE FROM THIS PERSON. read more

First time getting my lashes done at CouturEye and I'm sold. Believe me when I tell you I've had it all- stuck together, falling off the next day, too much glue- need I go on. I must admit that I was very skeptical considering the price point, as I'm accustomed to paying $175-250 for a QUALITY full set of actual Mink lashes; however, I found the quality of Brandi's work to be impeccable. She made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease regarding my expectations. As long as the level of customer service and quality remains, she has a new long-term customer on her hands. read more

All I can say is BRANDI IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! As an avid lash wearer finding a clean, reasonable and talented extensionist with amazing business practices can be very hard to find. Brandi always has everything neat and clean and ready to go when you get there and never has you waiting. I love how thorough she is making sure you get exactly what you want in such a reasonable amount of time. Not only is her work amazing but she is pleasant to be around! Brandi and Chelsea are amazing! The salon is luxurious, professional, and hygienic. I was greeted this weekend by a friendly front desk receptionist and waited only a short time in their posh waiting area featuring a crystal chandelier, plush fur and a tulle lined ceiling! The staff was dressed in all black scrubs and took the time to sanitize the chair before I was seated. My lashes are awesome! Thanks Chelsea! Brandi is awesome! I've been experimenting with different salons and stylist with my lashes for the past couple of months and in June I decided to give CouturEye a try. The service is amazing.
