I wish I didn't spend my money here I was very excited to pamper myself for my birthday. I'm lash certified and I was tired of doing my own lashes I asked for a hybrid extreme this isn't a hybrid. It's a crappy doll eye her dimensions are so off she use 13' in length which looks fine but tell me why all the volume lashes that are suppose to mix are in the front in my inner corner these look like the first set of lashes I did compare to my friend who has a hybrid volume I am upset . Not only that for a hybrid it would 2 hours and 38 mins I get it said it could take that long but for a hybrid 10 mins of that time was trying to get the glue off my eyelash that was attach to my bottom lash. tape placement was not it. 200$ down the drain I don't even feel good for my birthday . I definitely don't blame the salon I think the lash artist I got doesn't know what she's doing and I'm mad at the fact that I got booked with her :( read more

First and foremost, I love my lash tech here, Ellie. She is so talented and when I tell you her technique is so good and so gentle you would be able to take a nap while she applies your lashes! I have very little fall out and she makes sure to tell me about the health of my lashes. I get compliments all the time about how beautiful and natural my lashes are - I love it here! She's not a big talker which is PERFECT for me but I've heard her chat about clients who probably like to talk! Her spirit is beautiful and she totally gets what you want and makes it possible! I always leave feeling like a new woman. But wait there's more...there's a beautiful young lady that works at the front desk named Chrissy and when I tell you she is the sweetest most radiant soul!!! I had a plan to go to Canada attending my good friend's wedding and I was so excited about having my eye lashes done, I walked out very unsatisfied let alone that it was very difficult to deal with their IG phone service to make an appointment in a first place! The turnover there is horrific!! They can't seem to keep lash stylists there, and I get the impression it's a sweat shop environment paying their employees minimum wage. If you get attached to a stylist that you adore, there's no guarantee that same stylist will be there when you return. Add on to that, they charge $300 for a classic set, when other locations with better service, Instagram pages and SUPERB Lash Stylists are charging no more than $200 for a volume set. This place is very overpriced for the mediocre service provided. read more

I had the best experience at the Lash Lounge. I felt so relaxed while receiving my service, Christina was amazing.

This place sucks. Customer service was great but the operator they gave me "Stacy Opudor" did a horrible job my lashes. She explained the different styles but kept pushing natural. However I kept correcting her and saying I wanted classic. She took it upon herself to give me natural. In addition the natural she gave me looks bad. By the time I got home I had 10 - 15 lashes on my cheek. The next day I woke up to more lashes on my face instead of my lashes. It's now 3 days in and my lashes are missing sections. I'm about to fly out of here and this bi$#@ Stacy has me looking like a clown. I requested a refund and received a text telling me to write a review so here it is. I will never go back. I thought I found somewhere amazing by the website photos but I left with my lashes not even looking close to what the website lashes photos look like. Fire the person who did my lashes. Even the lashes she showed me in here phone looked awful and she did mines like the photo she showed me in her phone WHICH I SAID NO TO. I told her several time I did not want natural. I will say that the staff is very kind and hospitable but why offer Threading if you don't know how to thread brows? I booked my appointment online and when arrived the receptionist was so sweet and kind and was very accommodating. I had high hopes especially seeing that this lash lounge is female owned and also minority owned. When it was time for my appt for threading for my brows, I noted the service area was nice and super clean. I did notice that Elise did not ask what I wanted for my brows(meaning shape or thickness etc) before she was ready to start. As I am holding my eyelid I told her I wanted my brows thick but with an arch and to try to keep my tail intact if at all possible. The said "okay" and she began. To my surprise she did not do traditional threading, she used a threading tool/device that was not only painful but didn't get the job done. At the end she tells me " I know you wanted an arch but I didn't want mess up your brows but I did clean them up for you." I replied that they were" better than What I started with" she basically cleaned up the edges and that's it. But no shape or anything??? What's the point of coming to get my brows done to leave with regular shapeless brows and then to pay $25 dollars with tip? If you are gonna offer a service then do that service. But if you can't then don't offer or give me someone who can! Elise is perfectly nice but she didn't do what I asked for and that's disappointing. I booked again with hopes of a better service next time but the more I think about it, I'm more inclined to cancel and never go back. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 1/8/22 at 3:30. A few weeks prior I receive a call asking me to reschedule to 3:45 instead of 3:30. I agreed to reschedule. On the day of my appointment I show up to find out they are CLOSED! Super odd being that their hours are from 9:00am- 6:00pm. I call and text the number and got no response! Their customer service is amazing. I had many lashes fall out within 2 days due to humidity with the weather in December. They were able to get me an appointment immediately to fix the issue. I've been going here since July hoping to get what I asked for. I was lulled in by the discount and then started paying $115 for a fill. I requested full volume lashes. No matter how many times I say I want full lashes, my lashes are not full when I leave. At first I thought it was just me but then my daughter came in for a full set and the same thing happened to her. She got a new set and hers was not full either. This is the last time this business will see me or my daughter. The people are nice but they don't do full lashes here. read more
