They have good pricing and always do a good job. I've gotten so many different styles, thick, dramatic and natural. No matter what I request they always execute it perfectly. This time I got a wispy dramatic set because I'm going to a couple of events and wanted a more dramatic look. I attached a picture! I paid $135 for a full set. It does get cheaper if you go less dramatic. This is your typical lash place, relaxing spa music. It's not always quiet due to not being in your own room. But personally that doesn't bug me. It's not loud by any means. You just occasionally hear other customers walking in and talking to their technician. Again that's pretty normal. Now the lady I had did answer the phone while doing my lashes (told her I didn't mind) and she did sanitize before she started working on my eyes again. The salon is clean, technicians are clean, and the salon smells clean. Nothing is more gross than when you go in a salon and smell everyone's lunch. Overall I love this place. They're consistent, the lashes last, and they're reasonably priced. If you go just bring pictures and they can literally match almost everything.

When they first opened up I came to check it out then bc of my real lashes falling out I stopped coming here and drove all the way to Newport Beach (Japanese studied techniques that help with lash regrowth) but do to the travel time I decided to give this place another try. Today was my 7th visit and I can't say things are better. They had my name down as someone else and after 6 visits of me mentioning this today was the day I decided I won't ever return. When I arrived she had me sit and wait for 15 mins. I had an appointment at 3pm. As you can see I'm typing this at 3:32pm so I didn't stay. She couldn't find my records and asked me to go through my phone to find a reminder text (which I delete things bc I need the memory on my phone) which at this point now I'm frustrated. I am unable to find it and I begin to look through my deleted messages when I stop and say wait I don't have it. I explain to her that every time I come on they call me by a different name and I've asked for that to be corrected (it never was) so she finally finds me and is telling me she has the records but at this point I'm not comfortable laying down for an hour with her working on me after 15 mins of arguing with me over if I've ever been there; shifting blame on others who didn't update my name; and all this happening while there are other patrons. Needless to say when she asked me if I want to do it or not (legitimately how she asked me) I decided to leave and this is the video I took as I was leaving because she snatched the cover on the bed I was laying on showing she was upset (all the while speaking in her native language under her breath which after translating she was saying: "How is this my fault ‍" To the owner Jasmin, Do Better!

They start by examining your scalp and then tailor the treatment to your specific hair and scalp needs. It never feels rushed or generic. I was surprised to learn they've only been open for six months because everything felt well-organized and professional. I appreciated their attention to cleanliness and sanitation. They use liners in the pedicure tubs, and all of the tools were autoclaved and opened in front of us, which gave me extra peace of mind. The point is they are in a hurry to move to the next client. It's as though they don't think you'll notice and who wants to complain?! Twice now a different nail tech has finished my nails than the person who started them. It feels like I'm in the way instead of a valued customer. You can't develop loyalty to a place like this when they show no loyalty to you - to even finish an appointment and execute the service as it is written in their description. As for the actual nail work I've had done here, the pedicures though expensive have been okay. The first time I came and got gel X - they looked nice and I was pleased. When I came back to get them redone, I left with different length, nails and spots where it didn't look like the nail polish fully covered the nail on the sides of the nails. The third time I came I did gel builder and those fell off in about four days. I noticed there's another person who reviewed the salon who had the exact same thing happened to them. Since then, I have not been getting any kind of gel X or gel builder on my nails. I have very mixed feelings about this place - they offer you a drink, alcoholic or soda or water when you come in, which is very nice. The chairs are clean and comfortable, the salon is kept up very nicely and clean which is why I rate it three stars because those things are important to me. But... I always leave feeling disappointed. Just for the record I'm not somebody that wants to make a best friend out of my nail tech , and I'm not a diva of any sort, but I do want to be treated with respect and receive the service I paid for. They honestly resembled a drugstore strip lash rather than a customized volume set. I called the salon and was told they could fix them. Unfortunately, the same technician ( ivy) worked on me again. She appeared defensive and, at one point, spoke to a colleague in another language during the appointment. While I want to assume she was asking for help, the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable and unsure of what was being said. After the "fix," the lashes looked even worse -- very heavy and spiky, giving a tarantula-like appearance. When I expressed concern, I was told this was the "doll look," and that the reference photo I showed (from the company's own website) was different because it was a cat-eye shape and the model had different eyes. This was confusing, as I've had similar styles done successfully by other lash technicians in the past. Overall, it was disappointing to see lash styles advertised that the technician didn't seem comfortable or experienced executing, and even more disappointing that this wasn't acknowledged. *Brow correction for my mom*…read more I found Chloe on Yelp. I wanted to set up a consult for my mom while she was visiting California to have her brows corrected. The previous lady made one higher than the other (5 year back). 3/17/24 booked a last minute consult ointment with Chloe at 4pm. She email and texted me appointment details and exact photos of directions to get to her place for the day of. I went with my mom to make sure she felt comfortable expressing her wishes on brow look. Chloe was patient and though some revision she did not advise, she respected my moms desires. They both met in the middle to achieve the best look considering a previous brow tat was already there. I really liked how Chloe does not upsell just to get more money. If you don't need something, she just tells you it's not needed. I really appreciated this. After the brow drawing, she said to text her later if mom decided to proceed for Monday 2/19 @ 12pm. This was also nice that she did not rush us to make an appointment. After we got home, mom and I looked at her brows and decided it was a good look for her. I texted Chloe to confirm mom wanted to proceed. She was booked. Due to me working Monday, I could not come with mom. She was kid sitting for me so she had to bring my daughters with her. Chloe's daughter watched over my girls (per mom) and treated them with such kindness while my mom was getting her brows done. Mom said the entire process took 2 hours. Chloe took her time to numb, then work, then numb, check brows and finish up. Mom did not feel rushed and her end result was very nice. Since I was going to gift this to my mom, I asked Chloe to send me a message after completion and I zelled her the payment. Happy mom= happy daughter Thank you, Chloe.
