$20 entry fee, bags are checked at the door, no re-entry after you enter, family environment/full of family, drinks are majority made of juice, 18% gratuity fee on top of everything, no bringing in bottled anything, no bringing in food anything

Sat inside at the bar for lunch with my mom. The bartender was awesome! Great personality and very friendly and interactive. The food was much better than expected. The pastrami could've been better. A little salty and gristly.

Update, tried the food. Pizza is good, fries are good, grill cheese is good, service is good. Whatever calories I burn is alas gained by me eating afterward.

Long hall leads to restrooms with more dining tables.

The Last Resort must be a well kept secret, especially from families without a pool!! (I learned about this place in a RI magazine). During the summer, families with kids are welcome to use the giant pool between 11:00 am to 4:00 for ONLY $10 per swimmer. (This is an incredible deal considering country/pool clubs charge about $1,000 just for the summer season.) Adults only swim from 4:00 to 8:00. Pool toys are allowed in. The pool is Well-maintained and the environment is clean throughout. Perfect for casual social gatherings!! At least 5 gazebos are available outdoors to keep cool with comfortable deep seated chairs and loveseats, no rent fee, first come first served. There is a bar, pizza parlor, and restaurant inside. Waiters/waitresses may take your order while you're outside. Fun, lively music is always playing from their huge stage by the pool. DJ's play music Fridays & weekends. Tons of Adirondack chairs and tables with umbrellas outside, huge inside dining area. Volleyball net towards the opposite side from the outdoor stage. The food at the restaurant is fresh and decent tasting. We ordered calamari, fish & chips, pizza, and a pound of fries. The fries are made of freshly cut potatoes with the skin on, served with garlic mayo. Bottled condiments (ketchup, relish, etc) in a storage caddy is brought to your table along with your food. I liked that a pitcher of iced water was also provided. Our waitress was very attentive and thoughtful (thank you!). No outside food or drinks allowed. Huge Parking lot. A fundraiser with live music performed on their indoor stage took place here last winter. The indoor dining hall is huge. Excellent venue for pool parties, catching some sun/swimming here instead of the beach, and fundraisers!!

Brass Attack at The Last Resort

I went there for a nice band that was playing that night called, "Brass Attack."0 Getting a drink at the inside bar was kind of difficult so we took the advice from someone and moved to the outside Tiki Bar. My drink was pretty weak as was the second. My friend ordered the Nachos and it was good. We really didn't go there to eat. Judging from past reviews I probably wouldn't make a special trip here to eat. They do have some great bands on the weekends. They also have a beautiful pool which, I guess is utilized for day time activities. Nice bar staff at The Tiki Bar. Great band.

    Yummy drinks!

Big bar, plenty of parking, bar kinda seems tucked away. Often feels empty. Robyn is a cool waitress. Pool, volleyball, live bands can help!

My sever Lilly was very friendly until I responded HONESTLY to her question, "How was everything?" I did respond politely.... I did expect a Manager to come to the table but that did not happen. I guess it was My Fault for ordering a $65 skirt steak without knowing the size (no more than 6 ounces). I did ask my waitress if it was a big piece of meat; Her response was, "It is for me" or something like that. I would say a fair PRICE for this DISH would me $40. It was tasty but not certainly not worth $65; Unless it had double the meat. We sat outdoors, which was very nice and will certainly be back to do it again! I would like to see a reply from management, but we will see if I get one.

I've seen on social media that people complained about the new location having mainly street parking - we both found parking easily on the street - quit yer b*tchin' people lol. Besides I believe they have a lot behind the restaurant that we didn't have to use but it's there if needed. We were the only ones there when we first walked in but more patrons came in as the night went on. Made our way to the bar and orders were flowing - one warning if you're sitting at the bar, it is an open kitchen so there will be alot of aromas flowing through and may get on your clothes but really it'll just remind you of how good the food was. Also, the barstools are not the most comfy - metal stools with no backing so after 2.5 hours, we were feeling a bit achy. We ordered way more than we should've but everything just looked so good! We got the croquettes (our absolute fave), the cauliflower, the pizza du jour (I think it had spinach, pepperoni, ricotta and garlic) and for entrees we got the fish tacos and the Orecchiette. Not one complaint - everything was divine. Croquettes were melty, smoky little nuggets of heaven and our favorites bites of the night. The pizza had a great balance of flavors and the crust was thin and crispy. We were so full but had a few bites of the fish tacos and pasta - the fish was cooked to perfection and the aioli it came with topped it perfectly. Pasta was different - had a scallion cream sauce that was a nice change up from your typical Alfredo. Don't sleep on this place - the street is busy being on a main road but so well worth the visit, I didn't catch our bartender's name but he and a few other servers were super personable and friendly - gave us just enough time in between meals and personal space to not hover. Absolutely will return!

We made a 5:45 reservation but when we arrived the restaurant wasn't super busy so I'm not sure we necessarily needed to. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous. They have a large bar when you first walk in, a main room, a porch like seating area, and outdoor seating. It was all decorated beautifully and was elegant but inviting. Our waiter was named Matt, and he was also excellent. Easily able to answer any questions, friendly, inviting, and attentive but not overbearing. He made our first visit a great one! I had the seafood pappardelle and the significant other had the sesame tuna. My pappardelle was excellent. A great portion or scallops and shrimp. Usually I find calamari to be chewy but this was nice and tender. At $31 they're not giving the food away but I found the price to be adequate for the portion. All in all it's a great restaurant and there are options on the menu that I would be excited to try in the future! Although the parking lot is large it fills up fast so I would recommend arriving to a reservation early.
