Raine's claim that i waited past the timeframe window is just pure fiction. That is not what happened at all, and that is just another lie. What happened is she and the management, GPK & Associates, negotiated a sweetheart deal with me to move to the unit upstairs because they are desperately trying to get us rent controlled residents out, they've been doing it to us for years, then they asked for my private info without having any deal on paper (my mistake). Raine assured me it was all in "good faith", her exact words. I trusted her. Then the management reneged on our agreement completely and then tried to claim I violated my lease based on the private info they asked me for, even though there was no violation. They were wrong, I've been legally and fairly renting my unit and abiding by my lease for over 20 years. Raine and GPK absolutely knew what they were doing. And i have no idea what she is talking about by saying that I didn't respond within some timely window... that did not happen. It's just an excuse. A fiction. These are not my "speculations", this is what happened to me. And Raine was at least the middleman. No matter how much gaslighting corporate language one uses, it won't obfuscate a lie. Trust, I have the texts between Raine and I that prove everything I'm saying, and nothing about any "timeframe window." As a matter of fact, I ended communications between us once i was threatened by Raine. Happy to post screenshots. I felt so violated by Raine and GPK & Associates that I considered filing a complaint with the DRE and LAHD. The fact is, I waited an extremely long time for the management to even make an offer... there was no timeframe window. It's all just a lie and shows she is not a truthful or trustworthy person when push comes to shove. Of course if you come to her ready to rent and with money in hand, she's going to seem friendly and capable. It's an easy commission for her. But that is not really her, in my experience. Absolutely amazing experience with Life Knyper!!! He accommodated not one, but TWO, viewings for apartments that we were interested in with such a quick turnaround. Life is very responsive and answered all questions that we had immediately. Very friendly and kind! If you're looking for a place, this is by far the BEST company to work with. He knew we were looking for an apartment that that fit us and never pushed us to make a quick decision (unlike a lot of other companies). He also never hovered over us as we toured the places, but was there if we had any questions. I cannot recommend this company enough! I am already sharing their information with my friends looking around.
