He said they did not and I should try MGM or Total Wine. He said there was "a MGM on Robert, Back down 7th about 12 or 13 minutes away." I got a chuckle at how oddly specific he was. The prices are higher than most stores in the area so you are paying for the convenience if you are in the neighborhood. If you want a convenient local spot this is nice to have around the corner but if you want better prices I'd go up the street for more options.

My most recent mission was finding a nice red from one of the handful of vineyards I like when going upmarket for wine. This time, I was in the mood for a red from Ridge. They had several of their red blends - what makes Ridge so unique, settling on a bottle of their East Bench. The staff here are so into wine, that the guy was interested in what I was cooking to pair with the wine. They also have a good booze selection, too. And they have free off-street parking, too.

I let them know I was looking for sake, they immediately directed me to the room temp sake shelf, and also pointed out the refrigerated sake. The staff member asked if I had any questions or needed anything else which was appreciated. I let them know I was just looking for a simple, basic, lower cost one and she pointed out a couple. I grabbed a couple other items in addition to the sake on the way out and was pleased with all. I really appreciated the helpful staff and kindness. The store was clean, organized, and stocked. In addition to the sake, I saw many items stocked that you don't find at evert liquor store which is always nice! Will return - this may be my go-to, local liquor store?!
