Then she turns to me and says it was only missing the turkey which was not correct. At this point she looked at the sandwich, confirmed I was right and worked with the staff member making the sandwich to get it right. It took an hour of my time to , a phone call and 2 trips to accomplish that. Did she offer a brownie or a bag of chips or a meaningful acknowledgement of the inconvenience or the attitude?? No. Was the corrected sandwich worth the aggravation? No. I actually thought they had forgotten the lettuce again but it was just such a minimal amount it was hiding under a slice of tomato. Will I return. No. Maybe focus more on accuracy and less on being a jerk. That side of face you served me was unwarranted. I lead with kindness, you should have followed. The main food options are in the second room, and it includes very well-stocked shelves. I was amazed and overwhelmed by the number of snack items they had. There is also a full wall of where your own, loose products like granola and nuts. I arrived in the middle of a weekend day, so there seemed to be not as many vegetables left. For example, I got the last carton of cherry tomatoes. There were also not as large options of vegetables, but I assume that is because most of the produce is local. The second space has a large variety of household and health products. I wonder how popular that part of the store is. One thing I did not like, though, was the prices were not always obviously posted or on the product itself. That always makes me a little worried, especially in a store that is generally on the more expensive side.
