This place is an absolute hidden gem! We stumbled across it after eating at rum, fish, and Vino. This place is beyond charming and full of character. From the moment you walk in the ambience is on point, especially during the holidays, when it feels extra cozy and magical. One of the coolest surprises is the boutique style store attached to the bar. It has the cutest most thoughtfully curated items. It's the kind of place where you can walk in for a drink and walk out with five brand new purses. Their wine cellar as the perfect touch and really adds to the experience. This place is perfect for a relax night out a glass of Wine or just taking in the experience. This place is truly unique and stylish. It's a must visit.!!

Met up with 4 friends for a lovely evening. The drinks are great but a bit on the smaller side for my espresso martinis and the drinks my friend ordered. Given the cost, I'm definitely not feeling the value. The pretzel, flat bread pizza, and meatballs were all good. The service was spotty. It was a Friday evening from 6-8:30 and the waitress could have sold us more drinks and food had she been more attentive. The ambiance is great, and a nice place to meet with friends. Located on Palm street right next to Rumfish y Vino. Leaving 4 stars for service and for serving up small drinks with hefty price tags.

I saw this place from across the street when I was at a different bar and made a note to myself that I had to try it in the future - and I'm glad I did! It's a beautiful bar with well crafted cocktails. I enjoyed the vibe in there. It wasn't loud, no crazy decor that was trying too hard, just a beautiful old brick building. The space is very large and there's plenty of seating, including 2 couches in the middle of the room. I got the Back in the Saddle because I was intrigued by the idea of a wine float on a drink. It was really tasty! I would definitely get it again. My husband had the 5 boroughs and liked it but it definitely isn't for everyone with that vermouth flavor. The bartender was friendly and made the drinks with so much care and precision. There's so many interesting drinks on the menu that I'd love to come back and try.

One of the smoothest old fashions I've ever had. Definitely like coming here from camarillo to get it.

Most amazing drinks and service. The livery is very open and breezy and very relaxing. And the expresso martini is mmm good.

We enjoyed the open ambience of the bar. Very hospitable bartender and staff. The cocktails were above average for sure. I had a Manhattan.

Especially with a toddler (IYKYK). We tried a couple of things and shared them. The fish tacos were better than I expected. Loved the kick of the chipotle sauce on them and the charred pineapple was a nice touch. The garlic shrimp had a nice bite. I wish the spinach and artichoke dip were a bit creamier. As it cooled down, it wasn't as smooth to spread on your chip but still good. And their beef tallow fries are always a must and delish! Service was so friendly! The woman who took our order made recommendations on the menu, was very sweet, and attentive. Servers walking around were also so nice and good about cleaning up unused plates. Great place for a quick, low stakes happy hour and dinner. Family friendly and beautiful setup.

It was really good overall -- though I found it a little heavy on the mezcal flavor, which isn't my personal favorite. That said, if you're a mezcal fan, this one is definitely for you. Second visit I returned for a second visit and ordered two cocktails. First, an extra hard shaken dirty gin martini -- really good. Simple and well-executed. The standout of the night, though, was the Gin Fix, one of their signature cocktails. It's made with gin, pineapple, Italian spices, lemon, vanilla, and herbal liqueur. Absolutely delicious. What makes it special is how well-balanced and unique it is -- you can actually taste each element distinctly. The Italian spices come through, the pineapple and lemon bring a bright citrus note, the vanilla adds just a touch of sweetness, and the gin and herbal liqueur tie it all together beautifully. Overall: Bank of Trust puts real thought into their cocktail program. The flavor combinations are creative without being overdone, and the balance in each drink shows real craft. Worth a visit -- and a return.

The tables near us were checked on a lot but not us. Food was just okay. Linguine pasta, calamari, and sliders were all bland. Sliders were super basic, just meat, sauce and bun. They charge $2 for a side of sauce in a tiny ramekin. The woman bartender was really nice and upbeat and helped us close out at the end of our meal. Honestly, just much better food and experiences next door.

Good drinks and good food. Plenty of seating outside. It was a good fit for our group. Was quite a surprise when last night we arrived to find a private event happening. I realize that the Tavern hosts private events, I saw that on the website. Neither Katie nor I discussed the possibility of a conflict when I spoke with her, so part of this is on me, but as the event coordinator, most of it was on her. Doesn't she have a main calendar for events? Because if she does, we weren't on it. The security fetched Katie, and she matter-of-factly stated that they were hosting a private event, so the venue was not available. She never apologized, seemed to not care that we had 30-40 people showing up at a place that was now unavailable to us. She stated, again matter-of-factly with no apology, that it was wedding season and events were her priority. So, the Tavern? Probably a great place for events, and a fun bar with good food, but their event coordinator definitely needs better communication and better organization. We will no longer be meeting there, needless to say.
