I finally had the opportunity to dine here with my wife and friends. What an amazing atmosphere, this restaurant is huge and beautiful. It's directly connected to both iPlay America and TopGolf Virtual so the location is perfect for a night out with family or friends or simply a date night. Our food was delicious, I had the caccio e Pepe which is one of my favs and they were on point. The deserts were amazing although I was full the rest of my table were not and had positive feedback. Drinks were top notch, I really enjoyed the spiced pear drink, even though it's listed as a sour thankfully it wasn't really sour. Lastly the customer service was fantastic. Really zero room for any complaints on our visit. They offer reservations online but this place is so big you may not need them. Highly recommend you check them out. We came here on a Saturday night with a last min reservation. This place is in a strip mall nestled between iPlay American and Top Golf suites. Kind of weird but w/e. We were greeted and seated. It had a nice ambience and a good dj. Our server was really nice. I got a virgin hurricane smoked drink, the salmon, the airline chicken and mac n cheese. The drink was good but very sweet. You pay for the presentation. The food took a while to come out but it was good. The salmon was crispy but the sauce it came with was a bit salty. The chicken was good as well and well seasoned. This is a beautiful restaurant to come celebrate a birthday or other special event especially if you love Christmas. The decor is so beautiful and festive. There's tons of photo opps. My friend and I planned on coming here for brunch but the kitchen closed around 3pm so we just did dinner. The calamari is truly the best I've ever had it's so delicious ! Must try appetizer. This place has so much potential to be a 5 star place . I had lunch here around 3pm on a Saturday and it was empty . My first impression was wow it's so pretty here why is it empty? Our waitress was very nice but left us unattended for long periods of time even though we were the only people in there, let's just say it was a long wait to order anything additional or even ask for water. My group of 4 shared the burrata tartufa (this was delicious) , the peaches and cream salad ( this was interesting but the presentation was not the best). For entree I ordered the short rib bolognese based on the good reviews but somehow mine was flavorless- it had the potential to be great and it was a let down , I did not finish it . Hands down the best selection of drinks I've ever came across in a while. My sister and I came here for a dinner date, it was very cute and cozy. For starters I ordered a cocktail called What's up Doc, it's a carrot base drink and man oh man it was delicious! It was nothing how I imagined it to be. Shout out to whoever thought of that! Family and friends got together for Easter dinner. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted and sat at the bar first. We were served by Angelina, and she was great. I got the vesper martini, and it was tasty. We then moved over to the table, and Enea was our server, and he was good. This place is an absolute gem! It is brand new, and it's just open perfect spot to celebrate a birthday dinner, which is exactly what I did! Every inch of this place is a photo op, it looks like a real botanical garden in there. Both my friend and myself tried the to kill a, rose, absolutely delicious strong, and came with a rose, petal on top. Such a beautiful touch. Usually when I temper my expectations I come away impressed. Despite all the glamorous pictures of the atmosphere online, which to be fair made me think it was like a space in an amusement park being next to iPlay America, I was expecting gimmicky food and drinks. Instead what I got mostly matched the atmosphere, which is nicer and looks less convoluted in person: an excellent cocktail, a solid beer pour, and a reasonably good appetizer. All in a restaurant environment that is a modern version of hip and trendy, and that isn't negatively affected by being in an indoor arcade space. Let's Spoon was an expertly-crafted concoction of gin and raspberry jam, lending itself to a slightly thicker-than-average consistency for the cocktail. I would have joked that a spoon in the drink would make the aesthetic, but my friend ordered one after and got a tiny spoon with raspberry jam in her drink. This was definitely on the stronger side, with enough gin to round out the drink and make it feel worthwhile. I can tell it's a good, if not great, cocktail because I was able to happily sip on it. As a cocktail bar, Loaded Spoon is relaxing and markedly better than the average restaurant. I ordered the Thai Chicken Skewers, and this was also better than expected: the Thai chili sauce had prominent flavors, the chicken was barbecued well if not a tad overcooked, and the bread served with it sopped up the wonderful sauce nicely. Now I'm slightly curious about the entrees. Desserts in particular have my attention, as what I saw looked delicious and multi-layered with fresh whipped cream and numerous sweet elements. The milkshakes I saw ordered looked better than competing milkshake menus at other restaurants that do over-the-top milkshakes with cake, etc. on top. All of the desserts looked to be outrageous. This is a higher-end establishment, so do expect to come here for a special occasion or a night out for drinks. The bar has plenty of space, with a couple of benches and seats wrapping around the room. The dining room tables also looked comfortable, and well-constructed like a nicer Atlantic City casino restaurant. A lot of reviews mention the service, and the bartenders were pretty much on top of their game. I appreciate how they provided water as well without having to ask for it. But the entrees were awful. The server was all over the place the food was cold and burn and old and also very bland looking they gave my brother the wrong steak it was so dry it had a skin condition the garlic mash potatoes was just what it was NO FLAVOR no butter just bland as hell. The food is way over priced for the portion and taste. They need to get a REAL CHEF. We paid $20 for just 1 skewer the server put other people bills on our bill from a whole other table. The pork chop was incredible. Took my wife here for the miracle Christmas pop up. Was not impressed with the ambience or decor. Not seasoned well enough in my opinion as stated in some of the other reviews. When I added salt and pepper they were better but I was disappointed because it's a unique dish they offer that sounded good. It was really looking forward to getting the lobster fusilli but was honestly disappointed to see that they didn't have it on the menu to be honest. This is what we came here for so we were kind of let down. We came on a Thursday night, and it was actually quite quiet and empty. It was nice that they gave us time. They weren't rushing us out of there. We did get the filet which was very good not sure if it was worth $50. We also got the truffle mac & cheese, which is pretty good and the corn risotto which was mediocre. I do think that some things on their menu are over priced but I at this point, you should be planning to spend a little bit of money if you're coming here. The one guy working there came up and actually offered to give us comped dessert which was really nice and unexpected. My friend and I were very excited to try this place. I believe it just opened a couple months ago. First let me say, it's expensive. Just know before going, you will be dropping a good amount of money. I would consider it to be $$$. We got the Cloud 9 drink, which is fun for a first time experience but I would never go back the big drinks. The dry ice hardens the bottom part of the liquid in the drink so a quarter of it is actually not drinkable. You can only drink 3 quarters and it's filled with ice so assume you're drinking half this cup for $35. For an experience, sure get it but if you just want a drink, get something else. Cloud 9 tasted fine, something like cherry soda and I ate a couple of the candy in the drink. For dinner, I got the lobster fusilli and my friend got the gnocchi bacon scallops. The music is a bit loud, but not so loud that you can't hold a conversation. Once we were seated, it took our server about 10 minutes to acknowledge the fact that we were there. It was very tasty. My wife started with the French Onion Soup. It was good but a bit on the sweet side for my taste. I had the lobster bisque and it was amazing. It was velvety, perfectly seasoned, and had large chunks of butter poached lobster in it. My wife got the tuna for her entree and it was flavorful and perfectly cooked. I had the lemon thyme chicken. It was ok, but it was over seasoned and bland at the same time. We took a chocolate dessert home and it was really good! The total bill was just over $200 including a tip. Overall, the food was ok but I don't know that it was worth the cost. They do have some apps that I would like to try in the future. They were a little disorganized, even though there was absolutely no customers in the restaurant, it took a few minutes for them to find us a table and then again to find where that table was. We were seated and our waiter was very friendly and we had zero issues with timing of our drinks and food. I order a what's up doc and my partner ordered a beer. I really liked my drink--very refreshing though a little light on the alcohol. The food was the disappointing part. We ordered the chicken lollipops as a starter, and though the sauce was good, the chicken itself was quite bland. We then got two pasta dishes--the truffle papardelle and the taglioni vongole. They were both so bland. They were also both very watery--with nothing sticking onto the pasta so it was almost like a pasta soup without enough soup. The truffle dish smelled of truffle but wasn't present in the taste. And the taglioni's best part were the few clams that adorned the dish. If I were to come back, it would only be for drinks at the bar, because the ambiance is actually quite nice. The calamari was very good but entrees were just ok and for the pricing you would expect a more flavorful or bountiful serving. A $65 ribeye was just ok and peppercorn sauce was served late, when almost halfway done with the steak. It ended up being an au jus which is not much of a peppercorn so I'm not sure what was going on with that. The whipped potatoes needed something, either some butter or gravy but a very plain small serving for $12. Consider including sides to your steak because at those prices, expectations were very high and they definitely fell flat. Loaded milkshake was just ok, watery/melted consistency under the dry donut and poprock filled wafers. $24 is a bit of a stretch for the quality of milkshake. Maybe consider a better ice cream. Went here on a whim on a Friday night. Got seated immediately, and our waiter came over to us very quickly. The drinks were great and the experience of them was entertaining. The food had great taste and came out hot. The place is a little pricey, but for the experience and the taste, I thought it was pretty good. We didn't get the hyped up cocktails, seemed too much for a moms night out but we did indulge in their specialty cocktails and they were all top notch.
